After a wonderful day in Moab and at Arches, we were looking for something delicious and top rated. We are so thankful Thai Bella popped up. We came in slightly before 5 and had the restaurant to ourselves until the restaurant was getting filled right at 5. We understand why! It's a cute little house with tables that makes this a cozy restaurant with phenomenal food and gorgeous presentations! Our table of three has had a variety of different Thai foods both in the US and in Thailand. This was truly phenomenal and the staff were so helpful! It was recommended we get the Bella's Fresh Roll and get the Sous Vide Duck with Thai Basil Sauce. 10/10 recommendations. The roll was so incredibly fresh and was listed as organic. You could tell! There was so much flavor in the roll itself and then the peanut sauce had a ton of flavor. We also asked for the extra hot sauces which paired perfectly with the roll! The Gyoza was also delicious and full of flavor. Crispy on the outside but perfectly tender on the inside. We also got the Larb Salad which was flavored perfectly and paired well with the chili sauces. Finally our main dishes were Khao Soi with the Meat Combo which was delicious and full of flavor. We ordered the Thai Basil Fried Rice with Chicken which tasted so refreshing and was very flavorful. This also paired extremely well with their hottest chili sauce. The Sous Vide Duck with Thai Basil Sauce was incredibly tender, full of flavor, and spiced perfectly. This duck tasted so fresh that my guess is that it must have been local. By far one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at ever. ANYWHERE. We live in Florida and we wish we could go here regularly and speak about our 2 visits to this restaurant routinely. If we could drive here and get back to work/school in a timely manner, I would do it- and forgo sleep to make it happen! We are here TWICE in our 4 days in Moab. We tried it our 2nd night there and loved it so much we went back for our last night. I dream about the dish I had here both times I ate here. Khao soi is the dish. I have never heard of it before I walked into the restaurant that day. I saw it on the menu and it sounded interesting. I was up for trying something new and went for it. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made when it comes to food. The chef came out and delivered our food. My husband got pad Thai, my son got drunken noodles and I got the heavenly khao soi. I immediately removed the lime from my bowl but the chef admonished me and told me to squeeze the lime in the bowl. I did this and it was superb- you need to do this. The dish is a yellow curry based noodle dish typically served in Thailand. I got it with chicken. It is something I have never tasted before and it is something I strive to find again. I love curry and it is so much more flavorful and unlike anything I have had before. I also ordered a brown sugar iced tea and it was also great. We left that first night and were blown away. Our hotel was less than a block away so we walked back and agreed we would be back. We went back our last night and the servers remembered us. We sat at the same table. I got the khao soi and so did my son. My husband got the green curry. My husband loved my dish, but also says his was the best curry he had ever eaten. I was in heaven eating my dish and my son was so excited to have his own bowl (he is 15). We left stuffed and wishing we would be back again. Back in Florida, we are on a mission to find a comparable khao soi or make our own and so far- no luck. We are stuck dreaming of our meals at Thai Bella. The host came out of the restaurant and said they will not seat us as they have a policy of last seating at 2:30 !! The service is actually pretty fast, and the decor is really nice and beautiful with outdoor seating if it's not too cold. It's a small place so there might be a wait. We decided to get to go instead. The portion is decent. The massaman is really good. It has purple potatoes instead of regular ones. That's a nice surprise. The drunken noodles were cooked well, noodles are lumped together, and the eggplant is also cooked really nicely with a good amount of basil. That led us to Thai Bella, a highly rated restaurant and deservedly so. We walked in and after a short wait, got a table outside on a lovely evening. Lights on trees and soft music I particularly liked set the mood. Our server was over to get us started with drinks. Even our granddaughter, the burger and nuggets queen, found something she liked, their Traditional Fried Rice. For me, the Lo Mein with Chicken sounded good, and it was way better than just good. Plated to perfection, great flavor, my wife was right, a change from burgers was an excellent idea. When we got there around 5:30 we waited for about 10 minutes and noticed that the wait got longer as we were eating. We got a seat outdoors since the weather was nice the day we went. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered the Tom Yum soup with veggies, Pad Thai with chicken and the Massaman Curry with tofu. We loved all the dishes. Their flavors were well balanced - not too sweet or sour like some other Pad Thai, curries, and Thai soups we have had. We really enjoyed our dinner here. Delicious! We had a party of 2 on Monday, 7/4/22. We only had to wait 5 minutes. And we ourselves were out of there in 30 minutes. The food came out so quickly. It's small with limited inside seating, but they turn tables quickly. They have patio seating too, just not when we were there because they were short staffed. The service was incredible. Our waters were never empty. We split an appetizer, soup, and entree. It was the perfect amount of food. Here's what we got: - Crispy Egg Roll ($8): Your typical egg rolls. The food was incredible! The service was some of the best we have ever had! The vibe and ambiance is lovely and inviting. I am kicking myself for not taking a picture of the food for this review because the plating was gorgeous We traveling form SLC and I am bummed that it's so far away from us because the pa-nag curry was better then our favorite Thai place back home. You can tell the owned is good to her employees, everyone seemed to like each other which was very nice to see. Next time we come back, we will definitely be coming here!! On vacation in Moab, Ut with 2 friends and had dinner two nights but nothing worth writing about. I had a burger one night and ribs another.. All three of us were craving a lighter meal tonight which included vegetables so Thai was a good option. We noticed this restaurant in our tour around town and read the good reviews. It was early when we arrived and they just opened and were not entirely ready to seat us. At first we were concerned but all turned out very well. We were seated outdoors..they tried their best to keep us out of the hot early eve sun as temps were high! We were given fast, excellent service with drinks, appetizers and our meal. We ordered 6 Crab Rangoon normally not found on a Thai menu but we all agreed how good they were! Our three main courses were Pad Sei, Tom Ka Noodle Soup and Cashew & Vegetables all three dishes with chicken. Well, when all three women LOVE their meals, i cant say anything more as it speaks for itself. Fresh, tender, perfectly seasoned, homemade noodles, light meals yet we walked away completely satisfied! Next trip to Moab we will come back for this Thai! read more

We've eaten at almost all the Moab Thai rest around and like Thai Bella the most. We asked for extra rice for my husband, and they gave him plenty (usually you get a small cup). The seaweed salad was great and the staff's recommendation on main dishes hit the nail on the head. read more
