The timing felt disjointed, especially since you'd expect the appetizers to arrive before the entrées. The biggest issue, though, is the value. The prices are on the higher end for Thai food, and when the overall experience is just average, it's hard to justify the cost. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either.
