Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. I always have gotten regular polish and it will last 2-2.5 weeks. They could also validate that through my visits at their heights location. Girl with the two tone hair blunt bob on both occasions is rude and not welcoming. Milano has been my go to and I should have stuck with that. Lesson learned.
