We had the pleasure of visiting this location twice today, we're staying in the hotel across just a couple of streets. First, we had lunch with Dad and his wife and we met Robin, whose customer service was amazing from her subtle, witty sense of humor to her ability to know what and how to say things to communicate with a diverse age group and had us laughing and enjoying so much that we came back for dinner. Having dinner at the bar, we had the pleasure of being greeted by the bartender, Tiffany, who is so genuinely happy and seems such a kind, genuine, down to earth person who made sure everything was perfect with our dinner while providing excellent service to the rest of the bar at the same time. The TVs in the bar area played great entertainment as well as the usual big screen sports, which i definitely appreciate. Our group tried a variety of menu items, and all were delicious, and everyone enjoyed those legendary rolls every time as well! Came here for dinner after spending the day doing all sorts of activities we were hungry. We had a party of 3 and were seated promptly. Ordered some steak shrimp and chicken I can't remember the exact dishes. The waiter was extremely patient and attentive with giving us more rolls peanuts napkins etc. Portion size and price is good. VETERANS DAY -2025- We use to frequented Roadhouse often but hadnt been for a couple years. I'm not sure what happened. Steaks were ok ,mashed potato ,entire menu really , was mediocre at best . Even the salad wasnt fresh . Staff was rushed unattentive and we even had our waiter say that ours was his last table and he even sat down w/ us saying he was bored. HE was saying how they ( veterans) were getting vouchers and selling them . WT HECK? Later he came back asking if we needed to go bags (we hadnt even cut into our steaks ) and told us we had been there almost an hour , i'm not sure what happened to customer service but I wont be back . Wait Staff with hats on indoors , Were more interested in SOCIALIZING w/ one another than in doing the jobs for which they were hired to do . Manager that day , was uncaring unprofessional as well . This is usually one of our favorite places to eat but not tonight. Celebrating a birthday with 7 guests. Got on the wait list and was told it would be 3 hour wait for a table for 7, but an hour wait to 2 tables which we opted for. Unfortunately the tables weren't near one another which really defeats the purpose of Celebrating a birthday. Food was good although service was slow and order was a little messed up. My advice would be, don't expect to get seated quickly if you're going on a weekend or even together if you have a large group. read more

I normally order the bone in ribeye, but was feeling that interested in steak (which is unusual), I ordered the chicken fried sirloin. I'd never had it before. I love their salads and rolls, and these were great as usual. The CFS was so greasy I could hardly eat it and the fries were so dry I needed tea to swallow them. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This is a huge shout out to the hostess and wait staff who helped make my mom's 81st birthday special yesterday. We live in Colorado, and when we called to wish her a happy birthday, she mentioned she was going to dinner at Texas Roadhouse solo to enjoy her favorite steak and loaded baked potato. She wasn't going to celebrate with family until the following day. So hubby and I decided to treat her for her dinner. This was very last minute, so I called the restaurant to see how best to do that, and followed their advice with the gift card. Her server gave her the royal treatment and took a photo of her with her meal for us! They also brought her a special birthday dessert. (Mom's bull riding days are behind her!) Apparently, a family dining nearby overheard that it was her birthday, so they ended up paying for her meal! Being the awesome person she is, Mom made sure that her server got a tip deserving of her attentiveness. Mom said her meal was just great, and I'm sure she'll use her gift card on her next trip. So while I can't say much more about the quality of the food since I wasn't actually there, the quality of the people is top notch. I hope management gives kudos to the hostess and waitress who put smiles on all of our faces. It's not just the food, but the experience, too. Sure wish we could thank the mystery family as well. Worst service I've ever had at a Texas Roadhouse. It took well over 10 min for drinks. Had to ask twice for bread for the table. Onion blossom came with the food. My steak was so cold. They took it back and it never came back out. After 45 minutes the guy brought our check and I asked for my steak and he said oh yeah let me go get that. I said don't even worry about it and I don't want it. They took the steak off the bill but charged me for the sides. The manager came out with the steak boxed and threw it down on the table and said "here ya go I comped it for you". As if I didn't already say I didn't want it.
