When you're working in a bar, interacting with people is literally part of the job. so I'm just shocked that the bartender Tori was so cold and clearly didn't want to be there! The drinks themselves were nothing special and definitely not worth dealing with the attitude that came with them. Overall it was a really disappointing experience and not the kind of environment I'd want to come back to. We did takeout from Texas Roadhouse on Semoran last night around 7pm and had a great experience. We ordered the family burger meal, which comes with four burgers with all the toppings, sides of fries, and a family-sized salad. This meal definitely fills the whole family up and is a great value for the amount of food you get. Since it was takeout, we stayed in the car and the host came out to bring us our order. We went on a Saturday night and Texas Roadhouse was packed. Every table was seated and it was quite noisy but that's expected considering the amount of people dining. Surprisingly we only waited five minutes for our table. The server was very attentive and considering how busy they were she was on point with accuracy. We ordered drinks of a Frozen Sangria with a Tequila shot and a Jack and Coke. Both were delicious and priced accordingly. The rolls are always good so we gobbled those down along with some onion petals. My kids got chicken tenders, steak, with fries and they enjoyed their meal without any complaints. I had a house salad and a sirloin with fries. My meal was really good, I love the ranch dressing for my salad, the steak was cooked to my liking, and I'm a sucker for a steak fries. My husband had the ribeye and he said it was well seasoned. The Mac and cheese was creamy and the potato loaded with cheese and bacon. For dessert we had the strawberry cheesecake. It was creamy and the strawberries added just the right amount of sweetness. Overall we had a great dining experience and the food was great. We will definitely be back in the near future. read more

Texas Roadhouse has been my place to go when I am in the mood for some steak without having to pay big steakhouse prices! I recently stopped by this location for dinner the other night since I was around the area. The location had a good amount of parking within its own parking lot for easy access. The decor on the inside was of course the company's nostalgic decor...very country and backyard bbq vibes! Upon entering, we were greeted and seated almost immediately. Our server was absolutely fantastic. She was very attentive and was very knowledgeable of the menu! For drinks, I order their famous $5 margarita. The drink tasted mostly like margarita mix but hey...for that price can't beat it! For food I ordered the sirloin steak w/ a loaded baked potato and chili. I would say the flavor was good but.. I ordered a medium temperature steak and it came very well done... which made it really dry. Overall...Texas Roadhouse is just one of those places you go to and sorta know what to expect. I love going to Texas Roadhouse and this time in this location was no different . Every time , I get great service, the food has never disappointed me and the vibes are great. This time I ordered the 10 oz sirloin and loaded baked potato. As you can see from the picture the potato is very loaded and the steak cooked to perfection, very juicy and tender. The Review: I had not been to Texas Roadhouse in a while and normally I'll order along the lines of chicken or a sandwich but this evening I went with a steak. It was cooked to perfection without need for added sauce, definitely meeting the expectations that come with a steakhouse, and the chain. The cinnamon butter biscuits were fantastic and I enjoyed the variety of drinks they offer on the menu that include free refills! The staff was friendly, though it was not especially busy and seemed to only come over when it was time for ordering or food delivery. There also were tables nearby that remained uncleaned the whole time (but staff visibly together nearby) so while our experience was good it is an area that could be improved (attentiveness). We went as a family to this location, and we honestly hadn't been in years. I've only been there once before. I will say that the service really impressed me. The staff, the waitress, and the manager were all very nice and very apologetic. We ordered a bone-in ribeye, and when it came out, there was a piece of hair in the meal. We were completely disgusted. We told our waitress, and the manager came over, apologized, and took it back. They brought out a new steak, but it was extremely raw. The manager apologized again and explained that bone-in steaks can be tricky for the chefs because they try not to burn them, but this one was just way too raw. She took it back again. By the time everything went back and forth, we were no longer hungry. They did take eight dollars off, which we appreciated, but the entire experience was disappointing. The staff were very nice, but the meal itself was absolutely disgusting. Will I go back to this location? Absolutely not. We were completely turned off by the whole thing. This Texas Roadhouse was popping!! I don't think I've ever seen one so busy. And as always the bread and butter is so freaking good. It has literally never disappointed me. Do I wish they brought bread out faster and with more butter in the little dish? Yes, but that's because I love it so much. Last time my boyfriend and I were here we had an awful experience with waiting to see our server and actually ended up leaving. However. Today we decided (reluctantly at first I might add) to give this same location another shot! I am so happy we did. We were seated immediately despite the long wait and also were greeted extremely promptly. We noticed all servers around us had high energy and had a smile on their face. It really does make a difference. When our server Alexandra greeted us, she was timely, efficient, and thorough. She brought back our drinks immediately and put our order in. Throughout the wait for the food, she made sure to check back in with us, bringing us more bread, refills before we even asked, and kept us up to date on the food order in the kitchen! It's very refreshing to have such a drastic positive change regarding the server and environment! She was truly on it! In addition to the service off to a great start, we got our food and it was great!! We always know what to expect when coming to Texas Roadhouse but the food quality and taste certainly exceeded what we expected. I went ti Texas raodhouse as a hopeful good choice after a bad experience at another restaurant. I hadn't been here in a while, but tonight solidified why I'll return. I got the Legendary Margaritas. It was amazing and a great size. My only regret is jot getting a second one. My sever Megan was polite, attentive, and very on point eith the order. It was a busy night but we didn't feel neglected. I got the "Road Kill" steak with a sweet potato and steak fries. The fries could have been warmer, but the steak was amazing. My company also enjoyed their food. First off the staff is very friendly, you can pick your steak at the counter when entering and the whole environment seems authentic. For starters our order was: -Cactus Blossom (golden-fried onion with Cajun sauce for dipping) Had a great crunch, hot and delicious. The Cajun sauce is awesome For our entires my wife ordered-Hand Cut Sirloin (Lean, juicy steak. Comes with two sides; she got a backed potato and house salad with ranch) My wife ordered her steak at medium temperature and it was cooked perfectly. It was so delicious and I got to choose two sides. I got mash and green beans. The service was kinda rushed by our server but it was semi busy for Father's Day. The ambiance was very Texas bar themed. Wooden decor and country Cracker Barrel vibes. They don't throw peanuts on the floor any more but you can ask and they will give you a bag of peanuts to enjoy.
