Since these drinks presumably aren't premixed, I'm not sure where the disconnect happened, but after three attempts we gave up. Unfortunately, things didn't improve once the food arrived. Several parts of our orders were incorrect, some of the food wasn't hot, and the issues continued throughout the meal. The manager did come by our table twice, so I appreciate that there was at least an attempt to address everything. By that point, though, I had just finished an extremely long shift and was exhausted, so I eventually left the rest of my family inside and waited in the car. I could understand one rough visit, especially on a busy day, but this unfortunately hasn't been an isolated experience for us at this location. Every time we give it another chance, something seems to fall short. I genuinely wish this location were more consistent because we would absolutely frequent it given how close and convenient it is. Better quality control on food leaving the kitchen, more attention to order accuracy, and some consistency behind the bar would make a huge difference.
