First let me say I visited this spot twice in one week because of how much I loved it. My first visit was a group of six reservation. We were seated quickly once everyone arrived. I arrived early and sat at the bar. Let me say I'm so impressed by their crafted cocktails. The bartenders are the nicest people and made great recommendations. The cocktail she suggested after talking to me briefly, was perfect. Once we were seated, while a tiny thing, the toast corn to snack on was lovely--almost addicting. Our group ordered multiple small plates. I'm not a ceviche person, but I'm happy I tried it. The tuna tartare was great. When I went back later that week, it was just to sit at the bar with a friend to have drinks. If you go before 6pm, it's not too crowded yet. It's perfectly themed and decorated. I think this is surprising because it's smack dab in the middle of a business plaza, but they designed it in a way to make it feel otherwise.

This is such a fun and hip place with great service and even better food. Highly recommend the ceviche!!!

This place was SUCH a vibe!! It was super festive with loud, upbeat music. It was a little difficult to hear/talk but we still had a great time. The cocktails and mocktails were good - a little on the pricey side but tasty. For an appetizer we ordered the king crab taquenos and I would definitely recommend - they were SO good. For an entree I ordered the short rib risotto based off the waitress's recommendation and it did not disappoint! It was incredible. For dessert we ordered the passionfruit which was really tasty as well although I want to go back again and try the tres leches style dessert next time. This was a great experience and the food was really good - it's a bit on the pricey side. Dinner came out to about $200 for 2 cocktails, 1 mocktail, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert. Will definitely go back, just probably not a regular spot for us given the cost.

This restaurant is a whole vibe! We came here because it's relatively close to the airport and we discovered it on OpenTable. There's plenty of parking outside where the restaurant is located. We came when they were having a special on sushi, which means that we ordered extra sushi. The rice was a highlight. All of the food was amazing. The cocktails were imaginative (and a little pricey). You get what you pay for. They kept our waters refilled and took care to explain the menu to us. We are glad to have found this gem of a restaurant and I look forward to my next visit.

Nicely decorated restaurant with pretty good service. Enjoyed the booth seating and all their creative drinks. The lychee pisco drink was light and refreshing. Their hot sauces had good flavor along with some heat. Ceviche was ok, the empanadas were the best with lomo saltado beef filling. The croquettes and Mac and cheese weren't my favs but nice to try. The seafood mixture in tomato sauce with a lightly coated fish was decent.

This was my first time trying pisco, and it was a great experience! The restaurant had plenty of seating, and the décor was elegant with beautiful touches reminiscent of Peru. The mixed ceviche was delicious! The juice was thick and creamy, and the seafood tasted fresh. The pisco sour had a perfect balance of tart and sweet with just the right amount of foam. The steak was slightly undercooked but still flavorful, well-seasoned, and very juicy. The pasta was okay, but I'd probably skip it next time. Our server was lovely, refilling our waters, offering recommendations, and explaining several dishes on the menu. Parking is shared with other businesses in the same plaza, but we didn't have much trouble finding a spot on a Tuesday night. I'd definitely come back to try their happy hour specials!

Solid 4 stars. It was my first time eating here and it wasn't what I was expecting! I was expecting overly salted food but everything that we ordered was seasoned pretty well. The stand out items were the empanadas and the ceviche. The empanada filling not minched mushy meat. Rather it was actual diced meat in a gravy mixture which gave it great texture! The broth the ceviche was in was... *chef's kiss!* I would definitely come back again to try other items.

Love the atmosphere. Food and drinks are always unique and tasty. Service is quick and friendly. The TEXTURAS DE CHOCOLATE is amazing. I rarely eat dessert, but this one was worth the calories. Great textures and amazing flavors.

Every year for my birthday, I try to find a place or restaurant that not only appeases to me aesthetically, but that also has culinary excellence, shows attention and care to detail, and that was this place. I came here along with my family and I was able to secure a reservation for a party of 6. Our waiter was so friendly and suggested the best drinks as well as guided us since we were experiencing magical dining here. The first thing I had was TO DIE FOR!! I ordered the Tuna Tartare, not only was this so fresh, but it came with the perfect complement of the shrimp rice crackers. The combination was killer and opened my palette for what was to come. I wanted to highlight their amazing Ceviche clásico, it was the catch of the day, soaked in leche de Tigre, with a charred Sweet potato, and corn nuts. The flavors were like nothing i've ever tasted before. It makes me really delighted to see and literally taste the creative skill, and passion that goes into each dish & drink! Bravo Pisco, this place will be a Michelin star restaurant if not already!!

TL;DR: -Very good food. -Great service and suggestions. -Good cocktails (with some mocktails too). -Decent price point considering the portions. -Parking can sometimes be a challenge, depending on how crowded the lot is. -Music was a little too loud, but it was good if you like salsa and bachata. -Beautiful interior vibe and had a really fun energy. -Plan to dress fairly nicely like business casual (a button down at least). First and foremost: we will definitely be coming back here at some point. It's a little far from us, but it was worth the drive! When you first enter, you're stepping into a loud, energetic (in a fun way) environment. During the course of our meal, there were a couple of people who got up to dance despite there not being a dance floor. Fantastic energy for sure, though the volume was a little loud for me at times. The staff here are very friendly, and full of helpful suggestions and recommendations, which was helpful because we were torn between so many good choices. As for the food... the food was excellent. We started with the king crab tequeños, which were absolutely delicious. A word to the wise: be careful taking a bite, as my first bite caused some of the sauce inside to spill out onto my shirt! This was obviously my fault, as I should've been eating more directly over my plate, but I got distracted. More importantly, they were delicious, both with and without the dipping sauce! For our entrees, we asked for some recommendations because we were both torn between multiple options. At our server's recommendation, my wife got the short rib risotto and I got the Wagyu Saltado. I further took her recommendation to add the egg and maduros to mine. My meal was very good and the steak was flavorful and tender. The mix of flavors was really good. That being said, my wife's short rib risotto was incredible. I'm not normally a big fan of risotto, but that risotto was fantastic. And the short rib was super tender and so full of flavor. When we come back, I will probably have to get the short rib risotto myself! Finally the cocktails (and mock tail) were very good, and I really appreciate that they have a page in the cocktail book for each drink with a picture and the ingredients to help your selection. My wife's virgin mojito was originally very sour sour, but the server brought it back to add some simple syrup, and it came back much better. We will absolutely be coming back here as the food was just too good not to!

Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar was really delicious! We were visiting my stepson in Orlando for the weekend, and he had been dying to try this place. There were a few parties celebrating Birthdays and the ambiance was fun. I actually wasn't very hungry, so I got a kid's meal of rice and steak, which was fantastic. It was cooked perfectly with so much flavor. The boys were starving and loved all their appetizers and meals. It was pricey, but good quality and worth it.

Me Day Therapy in Full Effect Sometimes all you need is a quick lunch that turns into a transformative experience--and that's exactly what I got at Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar. I indulged in their perfectly seared Scallops topped with Parmesan and Garlic--delicate, buttery, and bursting with umami. On the side? Sweet Plantains--crispy-edged, caramelized naturally, and a comforting nod to my roots. Pure joy on a plate. To sip: a Strawberry Margarita--crafted with refined sugar-free ingredients only. Fresh strawberries, clean ingredients, and zero compromise. This wasn't just lunch--it was Me Day Therapy for the mind, body, and palate. Service and Ambiance on point. Ask for Mariana M. The outside patio was nice as there was a breeze and each table had fly prevention fans on the tabletop which was excellent. They have a decent sized menu and they do offer some larger entrees to share which we will have to return to experience. This is a definite recommend and a place we will return to. Beautiful area that this restaurant is located in within the Lake Nona Med Center. Outside the restaurant in the courtyard there were several vendors set up selling things for Mother's Day. This itself was a beautiful area to spend time in. Free parking via garage.

We were dying for a place with fresh air and outdoor seating, so a colleague found Canvas and we were all completely on board. This exceeded all expectations. The outdoor table in a covered area on the lake was just what we needed and the space itself is beautiful. Our server was Elizabeth and she was someone who has a real gift for delivering great hospitality. We were a larger, last minute group and she really took great care of us so we were all grateful to be seated in her section and all said how excellent she was at her job. The drink list was awesome and they had a great variety of cocktails, mocktails, and wines by the glass/bottle. I had a watermelon ranch water to start, that was so light and refreshing, plus really unique. I then moved onto wine, but my colleagues ordered a variety of drinks like the Lake Side Collins, Espresso Martini, and Blood Orange Cosmo. One in our group who is pregnant really enjoyed the mocktails on the menu. We started with a few apps that Elizabeth recommended, including the whipped ricotta, buffalo chicken, and calamari. We had a lot of different food preferences, but everyone easily found something to order. I had a Caesar salad and truffle fries (the fries were good, but not truffle-y) since like a toddler, I filled up on apps, but everyone cleaned their plates. The portions are also HUGE - two of my friends split the mushroom calzone and a Caesar and it was probably enough food for 3 people. We ended by sharing the Nutella donuts at the table which was the best choice to wrap up a wonderful evening out after two really hard days of work. If I lived in the area, Canvas would be somewhere I'd want in regular rotation to visit - it was a great blend of amazing service, a beautiful ambiance and vibe, and wonderful food/drink options. The most difficult part was figuring out WHAT to order off this menu!

I swear this whole experience felt like a social experiment or something. We were quoted a 20-minute wait that turned into 40, which is fine, but when we got the "table ready" text and went up front, the staff didn't even know if our table was actually ready. Already confused. Then we get seated at a 4-person table. We ask if we can sit at the 2-person table literally right next to it (like... less than a foot away), and they say no. Instead, they have us pull apart the 4-person table ourselves to make it work... and we had to clean it too because there was still stuff on it. At this point I'm like ok so we're employees now? Then a manager comes over and asks us to pick up and rotate our table to make space for a couple with a baby. Mind you this is the SECOND time we've had to move our table. We do it... and then they don't even seat the couple there. So we just rearranged the restaurant for fun I guess. The hostess was also hovering and making small talk about a matcha I got from the coffee spot inside, which felt like she was trying to make up for the table situation but it just made everything more awkward. Also why are the water refills like that?? They kept coming by and pouring literal droplets instead of just filling the glass. And our server somehow had perfect timing in the worst way possible -- every single time my mouth was full, she would appear and ask how everything was. It became a running joke. At one point we were laughing so hard because we genuinely couldn't believe what was happening. The crazy part is the food was actually really good. We spent around $200, so I expected the experience to match. Overall... great food, but the service felt like a fever dream. At this point I'm just wondering when HR is sending my onboarding paperwork.
