Finally a truly authentic, delicious and reasonable PuertoRican restaurant. Service by Janelys was caring and professional. The Alcapurria de Jueyes was exceptional. Huge and very tasty Mofongo Mariscos (lots of seafood), and plentiful Mamposteao de Gandules. We washed it down with genuine Parcha and Tamarindo natural juices for a delightful lunch. The music inside is good, but a bit too loud though. We ate again at home due to the huge portions. Will be back here many times.

Hands down! They can cook! Food is very good. Unfortunately, my complaint about the rice coming out lukewarm vs hot was the same experience. Someone please get the memo- we want all our food hot. I had the avocado relleno de camarones (shrimp) in Criolla sauce. My wife had pollo relleno de arroz. Very delicious. However my wife's dish came with cheese on top. Not a fan and we didn't ask for the cheese. When we get the bill- they charged for the cheese, which we didn't ask for. They charged for the shrimp in criolla sauce. Who charges for the sauce being extra? That's a typical dish that most Latino establishments wouldn't charge. If you're not careful they will slip extra costs in. They will automatically charge you and if you're not paying attention you be paying more than what you should. Sadly, they won't even give tap water. You have to buy bottle water! Why? I have no idea but they won't give you water! Now for a lot of people they won't complain because they aren't paying attention or already planning to pay more no matter what. But some of their policies and perhaps workers should be working in integrity. If it's going to cost extra - say it from the beginning.

I can say enough good things about the food but Ivan was awesome. excellent service. We was always very attentive and professional

Where do I even begin with Casa Vieja. La comida es riquísima! So pure in the Puerto Rican culture. I felt like I'm with family. They had live entertainment. Of course there was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. I never mind waiting for amazing food. The restaurant was decorated with items true to our culture and was decorated like San Juan. All of their employees were extremely nice and welcoming. The food did take quite a bit to come out. If you don't mind waiting for food then this would be the place for you. Both of our meals was pure in flavor. Since we came on Father's Day it was so cute to see all the fathers dancing and singing with the dj. I absolutely can't wait to go again. Also before I forget the parking gets packed, but they have people directing you on where to park!

This is my second time here and the food does not disappoint. The flavor, seasoning is truly taste like home. I have recommended this place several times and when people go based off my recommendation it's always a thank you. Keep in mind everything is cooked after ordering so it may take some time for the food to come out and if it's busy it will take longer but I promise worth the wait. I do feel the waitress could be a little more attentive. The environment is amazing especially if you love the feel of feeling like you're in Puerto Rico.

Casa Vieja could be so great! It was super busy when we decided to check it out, but thankfully we did find parking. It was super loud inside with the music blasting which made speaking with the hostess challenging, especially with a language barrier. Eventually we were seated outside at a picnic table with a small umbrella that did not provide much shade and it was pretty toasty out. We definitely got thirsty pretty quick sweating in the sun. We had to wait quite awhile before anyone came to help us. We admitted most of us spoke only English and thankfully we had my brother in law who speaks Spanish because all servers prefer Spanish. We ordered some drinks and it took awhile before the drinks came out and they were definitely watered down. At that point, we were ready to order food and went with this huge fried platter to split between us all. The food took some time but we did not see our server again until the food was ready and we were able to order more watered down drinks. I know staff shortages are a thing so I understand but it was still a little much and it did seem that other tables were being tended but not ours. The platter was huge. It was plenty of food for the 5 of us! It came with 2 types of fries, yuca fries, chicken wings, tostones and sausages. Probably more carbs that anything else but it was a good amount of food. The quality was ok... most of the fried items seemed a little cold and and could use a little fresh fry. Loved all of the sauces it came with though! Overall, giving 3 stars for average drinks and food and less than great service.

This spot is one of the best culinary experience's I've had. They serve Puertorican cuisine and everything that was served was top notch and exceeded our expectations . The service was incredible. Our waitress (Isabel or Isabela ) was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable of the menu. If you ever go there ask for her. I found this place because of a YouTube content creator called "boricua foodie" I will trust every reccomendation he ever gives.

We ordered Pork chunks with fries and rice, mofongo with pork belly, and pernil with salad and tostones. The pork chunks were cooked perfectly and well seasoned, fries also came out hot. The pernil was tender and flavorful, the Mayo ketchup was a perfect complement to the tostones. The mofongo balls and pork belly were well seasoned with the juices from ceviche and was a unique idea. Once again food, service, and ambiance a 10/10, one thing about Grillers is that they are always consistent.

My flan was semi dry no juice to it or cream in taste. I do not know if I would go again and order something else. My two friends split a paella $85.00 and and two sangrias ...when they got their $ 118 .00 bill for the lunch with tip they almost passed out. They said it was good but not that price good for a lunch menu. But the presentation of the paella in a grilled fish was surprising.

When you walk up to the truck you are greeted by the friendly workers who advise you to place your order on the screen and if you need assistance they are more than happy to help. Once your order is placed they will send you a text message when it's ready. They do have a little canopy area with tables and seating, but it's so hot to be outside I opted to wait and eat in my car. We waited about 30 minutes before receiving our food and once we received it you could tell everything was freshly made. We ordered a combo that came with 2 pinchos, 2 pieces of bread, 2 orders of loaded fries,2 mofongo balls. And 2 drinks. The pincho meat is big meaty chunks and well seasoned. These were some of the biggest pinchos I've found in Orlando and the price was really reasonable. The loaded fries were ok, just typical fries with bacon and cheese. These mofongo balls had good seasoning, they weren't dry at all, and the perfect portion. The garlic bread was good as well and was soft. Overall everything was great! The seasoning on all the food was perfect, the portions were more than enough, and the prices extremely reasonable. The only negative I have to say is that it took long for us to receive the food but everything was freshly made and I appreciate all the hard work they do during the extremely hot fl summer.

From the outside you would never guess what is waiting for you inside. Tucked within a plaza this place is stunning, big, beautiful and feels like a full trip to a high end Puerto Rican dining experience the moment you walk through the door. We went on a Saturday night without a reservation and were still seated at a communal high top which we did not mind at all. We started with the alcapurrias and although they were on the smaller side the flavor was insane. For my main I had the mofongo and churrasco and wow. The best mofongo I have had. They put actual pieces of chicharrón inside which gave it the most incredible texture contrast. The churrasco was cooked to perfection and came already sliced into strips with an incredible chimichurri sauce on the side. My fiancé ordered the rice and beans with fried chicken and we loved every bite. The passion fruit juice was also amazing and a must order. The one thing to note is that our food took about 45 minutes to come out and our server did not check on us in the meantime for refills or to give us a heads up about the wait. That part could use some improvement. But the food was so incredibly good that we are absolutely coming back. Hidden gem that deserves way more recognition.

I'll be transparent..we spent about $80 for the two of us, and it was absolutely worth it. I was hoping I wouldn't be disappointed, and they truly delivered. We started with the fried cheese bites with guava sauce, and wow... what a perfect opener. The outside had this delicate crisp, the inside was warm and creamy, and the guava sauce added that perfect sweet‑salty balance without feeling heavy. It tasted like the kind of appetizer you savor slowly because you don't want it to end. It set the tone beautifully for the rest of the meal. My mom ordered the passion fruit juice, and the moment she took a sip, she looked at me like she'd been transported straight back to Puerto Rico. It was bright, refreshing, a little sour, and so full of flavor, not watered down, not overly sweet, just pure passion fruit goodness. It honestly made me nostalgic too, the way certain flavors can bring you home. For my entrée, I ordered the grilled chicken with a small mofongo on the side, and it was incredible. The chicken was juicy and tender which is rare because most places overcook it and it had this beautiful herb flavor from the peppers and cilantro. You could taste the freshness in every bite. The mofongo was smooth, garlicky, and perfectly seasoned. I've had a lot of mofongo in my life, and this one is easily one of the top. It had that perfect balance of texture and flavor that makes you want to keep going back for another bite. My mom ordered the mofongo with shrimp, and the shrimp were huge, plump, and juicy ..not rubbery or overcooked. The sauce tied everything together so well, and every bite felt like a memory of being back on the island. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wait was long, but honestly, it was worth it. Our server was attentive without rushing us, checked in at the right moments, and let us enjoy our meal at our own pace. The whole experience felt intentional and warm. If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican flavors that make you feel at home, this place is it. I would definitely come back. And next time, I'm trying even more from their menu.

Service & Ordering Ordering started off fine, and one employee was genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff interactions were the opposite. The drink options are extremely limited -- mostly bottled items -- and what's pictured on the menu is not what you actually receive. Misleading Drink Advertising I paid over $3 for the branded Talkin' Tacos water shown on the menu. Instead, the employee handing out food dropped two tiny Pure Life bottles, one of the cheapest waters you can buy. My wife and I were shocked. This felt like false advertising and set the tone for the rest of the visit. Incorrect Order & Staff Attitude My food came out with sour cream, which is not listed as a topping for the item I ordered. I don't eat dairy, and when I pointed it out, the employee grabbed the tray, walked off, then came back and shoved it in front of me while insisting "this is what you selected." Completely unprofessional. The helpful employee stepped in and offered to remake it, but by then the experience was already ruined. Food Quality The food itself was bland and lacked flavor. My son barely ate his meal and said it wasn't good, which says a lot about the overall quality. Overall Value Between the misleading drink presentation, rude staff interaction, incorrect order, and mediocre food, Talkin' Tacos simply isn't worth the price.
