Curious for a great time.....(I couldn't help myself ). Then Curious Cork Wine & Provisions is definitely worth a visit. There is no shortage of friendly and knowledgeable service. Lovely indoor space with a nice size bar and a quaint outdoor area. They even have a private room for private gatherings. Now let's talk about the self pour wine & beer wall. Your server will give you the option for a wine card so you can buy by the ounce or you can enjoy them at the table by the glass along with other cocktails. The food is a draw, they have tapa style and entree's. We enjoyed everything we ate. .....And let me not forget they have a Cork Club and Happy Hour. This was definitely a great time, Cheers!

Most recently visited with family because I genuinely love this place. We ordered a charcuterie board that was quite pricey and poorly put together, truthfully disappointing and looked like everything was literally just throw on the board. The wine options were okay, some options were out and the price ranges are a bit on the higher side now. Expect to easily spend over $100 here for a light amount of food and drinks, Lake Nona pricing truly. Service is excellent but the quality of food has sadly gone down.

Local to us so we go back often. Hood food and service. Staffs really knowledgable about the wines. Food is also very good. Went for a date night and it was perfect!!

Always love the atmosphere. When they have live music, like tonight, it's an even better experience. Shannone is an awesome bartender+ and Bo is a great sommelier, his pairings and suggestions always on point. Love them both! The food is good, I've enjoyed a few different things, including the lobster roll, the meatballs and the sliders

Wonderful new restaurant in Lake Nona. Great service, super nice ambiance and the food was delicious! Curious Cork has a self serve wine and beer area where you can sample wines from around the world. They have great happy hour specials and a very nice menu with a variety of options. Really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be visiting again!

We came here to try the wine. They have a wine selection where you can pay by the glass, which is very unique. It's kind of like the wine room in Winter Park. They also have a walk-up bar. You can sit in order food and they have a dining room where you can dine in and order we got the charcuterie board, which was excellent came with a lot of variety of cheeses and meats. We also got the olives, which were really good for our drinks. We tried the rosé on the top, which was really good from France, and we also ordered the lavender mocktail, which was very floral and light and refreshing. If it's your first time dining with them, they give you a treat at the end of the meal today we got a chocolate chip cookie, which wasn't a nice touch. For dessert we also got two scoops of gelato, pistachio, and strawberry. The gelato was super smooth and delicious. Will be back again to try more food and wines.

We were a group of 10 people and we were put in the private room which was great! The server was fabulous and attentive. Even the owner stopped in to say hi and see how our experience was. The food was very good. I wanted more of a non ground mustard beer cheese with the pretzel, but oh well. The Brussels were yummy. The toast that came with the meatballs was about more toasted than I like. I do not know much about wines except I like a reisling and there is no reason to have a 0% alcohol reisling. The card concept is neat, but I don't care to pay $3 to try 1 oz for something I don't like. I also would have liked true liquor, like Tito's. Other than that this place is neat.

Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 So much fun!! We went on a Wednesday and they had a violinist on site so the vibes were on point. It was also an experience in that you have the option to try multiple pours before selecting a bottle. This was a great way to taste test any number of wines. The food was also solid. We focused on shareable items for this evening but it made it clear that I will be returning to try the entrees. The fish dip and mussels are a must have! The pimiento dip is a stronger flavor so this is really only for those who enjoy that flavor palate. Our waiter (I failed because I didn't write his name down) was fun and definitely added to the experience. Can't wait to go back!

Had such a fun time here!! I absolutely loved getting to try a variety of different wines from all over. The system was super easy to use and the variety of wine from the walls was incredible. The food dish we tried was amazing, I only had a snack but it was so good. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely can't wait to go back here again!

Had a nice experience here with a group of friends. The establishment was clean and it had a good vibe. Charcuterie was ok. I didn't like the meats very much and that was surprising bc I love charcuterie boards. The meatballs were a hit with the group. I truly enjoyed the lobster rolls. They had a dip trio and we were split about how much we liked it. It was nice that they had beautiful live music, but it was so loud it made conversation a little difficult. The service was slightly inconsistent. I felt like we had to keep asking for things because we weren't being checked on regularly. Overall it was pretty good, but the service misses is why I gave them a 4 and not a 5.

This was my second time visiting Curious Cork, and it was just as good as the first time. I had the same server, Vanessa, who is amazing. This time we started with the burger sliders, delicious (but only brings 3), we had the small charcuterie board, lots of wine (they have happy hour deals during the week from 4:00-6::00). We had the gelato trio for dessert (cookies and cream, raspberry, dark chocolate).

I attended Curious Cork on a special preview night for guests who made reservations. There were two of us that went and we arrived at 6:13pm for a 6:30pm reservation. We arrived and were greeted very warmly by the managers who held the door open for us as we walked in. I said hi to the hostess first and let them know I had a reservation under my name. We told them we were very happy with sitting at the bar and they sat us there. The bar was a little awkward as they had a large portion of it that extends out past the bartenders. I felt bad but our amazing bartender, Samantha, came all the way over to us to take our orders and explain how the process worked. She was absolutely phenomenal during the entire time we were there and I am so happy that we got her service! Curious cork works where you have a card and put it into the machines to get a sample of either beer or wine. I decided to start with wine and when I received my glass I was able to go get a couple tastings. The prices are okay. I tried three samples (1 oz samples) for around $2-$3 per sample. It gave me the opportunity to try some of the red wines and they were very good! My boyfriend tried the beer and their prices per oz. ranged from $.45 to $.95 which is typically for a specialty beer that is not domestic. This special event offered complimentary dishes (1 per person) and we ordered the meatballs and the lobster rolls. Both dishes were just okay, nothing wowed us as far as the meatball flavor or lobster flavor. It was really nice of them to offer this to us along with our drinks though. The area to get the beverages from the machines was very close and tight. I think that they could have worked with the layout a little better. I don't think they accounted for the amount of people that could be back there at one point. The beer also came out really foamy so I think that there are some kinks to work out there as well. We spent about $35 for our wine and beer samples which I think was very reasonable. The entire staff was very nice, you could tell that they were new and working out some of the machines. For example, I asked a staff member a question that she didnt know and a customer answered on her behalf as she was able to figure it out. But all staff members were very nice. Samantha was awesome and I would be willing to get some drinks there again in the future!

So excited this place is finally open after I've been eyeing this site every time I drive by for the better part of the past year. Was able to join in for opening night--the place was bustling and a reservation was definitely needed--will recommended at least for now while the opening hype is still there. The decor is beautiful and full of natural wood tones, almost Japandi vibes. They have 64 wines on tap and 18 beers along an "L" configuration along the wall. The beers on one arm of the L and the wines on the other. Since there are more wines featured there are two additional columns that encase half the wines sitting in front of the wine arm of said L. Our server, Shiloh, was very informative and had good wine recommendations, and kept us entertained with conversation throughout the evening. One of the co-owners Bob also stopped by to greet all the guests. My companion and I tried several wines each and were genuinely impressed by the taste of everything from reds to roses and white. There was a good range of prices on the wines as well. I do love that they can dispense a 1 oz pour since sometimes that's all I'm in the mood for. It was pretty seamless to just swipe your card and select your wine and pour, with everything being tabulated for the final check. My only gripe is that the wines being on both sides of the columns disrupted the traffic flow at times, especially when bottles needed to be changed out (done by flipping down the glass panel like an oven door). Did not try the beers as I am not a beer girlie but it is nice to have the option. In addition to the wine we tried we ordered some bites to share: the dip trio and the margherita flatbread. They were great, especially the whitefish dip, although the first set of pita we ordered was a little cold and stale. However, when we requested additional pita ($1 charge) we got was warm and soft. Due to some of the flow issues I probably wouldn't want to come back during a really busy time, but I am looking forward to visiting on a slower, tame night. Truly a great addition to the Lake Nona area that adds something new and unique!

We took the stairs to our table upstairs. We were seated near a wall and the bar. I waiter promptly came over to greet us. I wanted to try a few things but the brunch menu was sort of limited. I opted for crispy Mac & cheese bites, french toast, and breakfast croissant sandwich. The mac & cheese bites were crispy but could have used a little more seasoning and a little more cheese filling. The French toast was 2 pieces of toast with maple syrup and fruit. I opted to leave the fruit off with the current health concerns with raw food. It would have been nice to have been offered a substitute but I wasn't so I paid $18 for 2 pieces of French toast. I feel like the French toast would have been a better choice if it was accompanied with choice of, chicken sausage or regular sausage and eggs. That would have made a more complete brunch. The French toast was ok but could have used a little more flavor (ie cinnamon, vanilla, etc). The syrup was a very good grade of maple syrup and tasted so good. I did add 2 eggs for $6. Lastly had the breakfast croissant sandwich with grits. The sandwich was good I did substitute the regular sausage for chicken sausage. The chicken sausage was delicious. I was very pleased with the grits they were so good. Overall, the portions are small especially for the price. The restaurant is in a prime location, right in the center of Disney Springs and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I would like to return for lunch or dinner in the cooler months so I may dine on the second floor patio over looking Disney Springs.

The "Escargot" in this appetizer's name comes from the plate it was served on and the delicious sauce prepared with it. Snails were not a part of this mixture, but they were not missed in this satisfying concoction. For the main course, I chose the Cerdo Iberico Con Salsa Pedro Ximenez. It was a deliciously roast pork tenderloin, sitting in a mustard sauce, which was incredible. It was also accompanied by herb roasted potatoes. Mikhail had the same course, and he raved about it also. For dessert, I chose the Affogato, which was a combination of vanilla gelato with caramel espresso on the side. It was the perfect final act for this magical dining experience. Mikhail chose the Pot De Crème which consisted of a rich chocolate custard with creme Chantilly and sea salt. He allowed Lorn and I a taste, and we all agreed it reminded us of a velvety chocolate mousse that was definitely homemade. Finally, I would like to also commend the manager/owner who checked on us throughout the evening and made us so comfortable in his environment. If you are ever in the Hannibal Square area, especially during the current Magical Dining period, I recommend you try this quaint restaurant. Just remember, as stated above, reservations are recommended.

I came back to canvas with moderate expectations because I didn't particularly enjoy my experience…read morethe last time I was here, this time it was for magical dining. The wait staff was way more attentive this time, filling my water every moment it was even half empty. They walked us through any items that we had questions about and was very thorough in their explanation in case there were ingredients that we might've not enjoyed. As part of my magical dining experience, I got the calamari, the meatloaf, and the bread pudding, ALL of which were fantastic. The calamari came crispy and stayed that way even though we sat outside in the humidity. It was dressed in a sweet sour spicy sauce - this was the standout appetizer of the 3 that we ordered. The calamari came with spicy chilis that the waitress asked if I wanted on the side minding my spice tolerance, I asked for it to be as the chef prepares it which is right on top, I should've asked for it on the side because it was very spicy. Fortunately, the spice does not permeate through the sauce and I was able to pick around the chilies. The meatloaf was ok but I can't really complain about a dish that is boring to begin with. Everything was good but nothing innovative or interesting. Very hearty and a lot of food, but if this dish was a paint color, it would be agreeable-gray - a crowd pleaser, filling, and no fuss. I will preface the dessert with the fact that I love bread pudding, i compare all bread puddings to Ohana's at Disney's Polynesian resort, and this definitely met or exceeded that bar. The portion was perfectly served in a mini cocotte, the bread was toasted on the top, gooey on the inside, full butterscotch flavors throughout, it was heavenly as we watched the sun set behind of the beautiful lake where the restaurant sits. The food here has definitely upgraded but my main complain that I had before was the attentiveness of the waitstaff and they turned that completely around. A great place to check out that I will return to many times.

We visited Canvas Restaurant & Market for Magical Dining and it was definitely a good choice!…read more We started with the Crispy Point Judith Calamari and Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and both were delicious. For our entrées, we had Joe's Mac & Five Cheese with grilled chicken and the Braised Short Rib Meatloaf. That mac & cheese was rich, cheesy and absolutely NOT interested in being a side dish. And the short rib meatloaf with the mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy was great. Then came dessert because apparently we still had room. The Bread & Butter Pudding and Nutella Donuts were the perfect ending. We also tried the Blood Orange Cosmo and Nona Sunset, and both drinks were really good. But I HAVE to shout out our server, Samuel. He was PHENOMENAL! Attentive, personable, knowledgeable and just genuinely added to the entire experience. Great service can take a good dinner to another level, and Samuel absolutely did that. Everything we tried was awesome, the portions were generous, and Magical Dining was a great way to experience the menu. 10/10; good food, good drinks, great service and the restaurant was nice and quiet.
