Curious for a great time.....(I couldn't help myself ). Then Curious Cork Wine & Provisions is definitely worth a visit. There is no shortage of friendly and knowledgeable service. Lovely indoor space with a nice size bar and a quaint outdoor area. They even have a private room for private gatherings. Now let's talk about the self pour wine & beer wall. Your server will give you the option for a wine card so you can buy by the ounce or you can enjoy them at the table by the glass along with other cocktails. The food is a draw, they have tapa style and entree's. We enjoyed everything we ate. .....And let me not forget they have a Cork Club and Happy Hour. This was definitely a great time, Cheers!

I always drive by this sign and finally stopped in. I was lucky because I came in at 5:30 and they have a weekly happy hour from 4-6. They have drinks you can order from the menu but they also have a self serve win machine. You add your card to a tab and then you can get various oz pours of wine. Not all wine is on happy hour, but the ones that you can choose from are 1/2 price! They also have $10 cocktails and apps from $10-12 on happy hour. While I did like the portions, one thing that sort of turned me off was that sliders on the normal menu come with 3 but on happy hour, comes with 2. The happy menu bites were also not on the regular menu. So while I was happy with the food choices, it almost seemed like less of a discounted price and more an alternative menu they can make cheaper if that makes sense. However, I would definitely come back again to try their regular menu and drinks.

Most recently visited with family because I genuinely love this place. We ordered a charcuterie board that was quite pricey and poorly put together, truthfully disappointing and looked like everything was literally just throw on the board. The wine options were okay, some options were out and the price ranges are a bit on the higher side now. Expect to easily spend over $100 here for a light amount of food and drinks, Lake Nona pricing truly. Service is excellent but the quality of food has sadly gone down.

Local to us so we go back often. Hood food and service. Staffs really knowledgable about the wines. Food is also very good. Went for a date night and it was perfect!!

Always love the atmosphere. When they have live music, like tonight, it's an even better experience. Shannone is an awesome bartender+ and Bo is a great sommelier, his pairings and suggestions always on point. Love them both! The food is good, I've enjoyed a few different things, including the lobster roll, the meatballs and the sliders

Wonderful new restaurant in Lake Nona. Great service, super nice ambiance and the food was delicious! Curious Cork has a self serve wine and beer area where you can sample wines from around the world. They have great happy hour specials and a very nice menu with a variety of options. Really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be visiting again!

We came here to try the wine. They have a wine selection where you can pay by the glass, which is very unique. It's kind of like the wine room in Winter Park. They also have a walk-up bar. You can sit in order food and they have a dining room where you can dine in and order we got the charcuterie board, which was excellent came with a lot of variety of cheeses and meats. We also got the olives, which were really good for our drinks. We tried the rosé on the top, which was really good from France, and we also ordered the lavender mocktail, which was very floral and light and refreshing. If it's your first time dining with them, they give you a treat at the end of the meal today we got a chocolate chip cookie, which wasn't a nice touch. For dessert we also got two scoops of gelato, pistachio, and strawberry. The gelato was super smooth and delicious. Will be back again to try more food and wines.

We were a group of 10 people and we were put in the private room which was great! The server was fabulous and attentive. Even the owner stopped in to say hi and see how our experience was. The food was very good. I wanted more of a non ground mustard beer cheese with the pretzel, but oh well. The Brussels were yummy. The toast that came with the meatballs was about more toasted than I like. I do not know much about wines except I like a reisling and there is no reason to have a 0% alcohol reisling. The card concept is neat, but I don't care to pay $3 to try 1 oz for something I don't like. I also would have liked true liquor, like Tito's. Other than that this place is neat.

Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 So much fun!! We went on a Wednesday and they had a violinist on site so the vibes were on point. It was also an experience in that you have the option to try multiple pours before selecting a bottle. This was a great way to taste test any number of wines. The food was also solid. We focused on shareable items for this evening but it made it clear that I will be returning to try the entrees. The fish dip and mussels are a must have! The pimiento dip is a stronger flavor so this is really only for those who enjoy that flavor palate. Our waiter (I failed because I didn't write his name down) was fun and definitely added to the experience. Can't wait to go back!

Had such a fun time here!! I absolutely loved getting to try a variety of different wines from all over. The system was super easy to use and the variety of wine from the walls was incredible. The food dish we tried was amazing, I only had a snack but it was so good. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely can't wait to go back here again!

Had a nice experience here with a group of friends. The establishment was clean and it had a good vibe. Charcuterie was ok. I didn't like the meats very much and that was surprising bc I love charcuterie boards. The meatballs were a hit with the group. I truly enjoyed the lobster rolls. They had a dip trio and we were split about how much we liked it. It was nice that they had beautiful live music, but it was so loud it made conversation a little difficult. The service was slightly inconsistent. I felt like we had to keep asking for things because we weren't being checked on regularly. Overall it was pretty good, but the service misses is why I gave them a 4 and not a 5.

This was my second time visiting Curious Cork, and it was just as good as the first time. I had the same server, Vanessa, who is amazing. This time we started with the burger sliders, delicious (but only brings 3), we had the small charcuterie board, lots of wine (they have happy hour deals during the week from 4:00-6::00). We had the gelato trio for dessert (cookies and cream, raspberry, dark chocolate).

I attended Curious Cork on a special preview night for guests who made reservations. There were two of us that went and we arrived at 6:13pm for a 6:30pm reservation. We arrived and were greeted very warmly by the managers who held the door open for us as we walked in. I said hi to the hostess first and let them know I had a reservation under my name. We told them we were very happy with sitting at the bar and they sat us there. The bar was a little awkward as they had a large portion of it that extends out past the bartenders. I felt bad but our amazing bartender, Samantha, came all the way over to us to take our orders and explain how the process worked. She was absolutely phenomenal during the entire time we were there and I am so happy that we got her service! Curious cork works where you have a card and put it into the machines to get a sample of either beer or wine. I decided to start with wine and when I received my glass I was able to go get a couple tastings. The prices are okay. I tried three samples (1 oz samples) for around $2-$3 per sample. It gave me the opportunity to try some of the red wines and they were very good! My boyfriend tried the beer and their prices per oz. ranged from $.45 to $.95 which is typically for a specialty beer that is not domestic. This special event offered complimentary dishes (1 per person) and we ordered the meatballs and the lobster rolls. Both dishes were just okay, nothing wowed us as far as the meatball flavor or lobster flavor. It was really nice of them to offer this to us along with our drinks though. The area to get the beverages from the machines was very close and tight. I think that they could have worked with the layout a little better. I don't think they accounted for the amount of people that could be back there at one point. The beer also came out really foamy so I think that there are some kinks to work out there as well. We spent about $35 for our wine and beer samples which I think was very reasonable. The entire staff was very nice, you could tell that they were new and working out some of the machines. For example, I asked a staff member a question that she didnt know and a customer answered on her behalf as she was able to figure it out. But all staff members were very nice. Samantha was awesome and I would be willing to get some drinks there again in the future!

I came back to canvas with moderate expectations because I didn't particularly enjoy my experience…read morethe last time I was here, this time it was for magical dining. The wait staff was way more attentive this time, filling my water every moment it was even half empty. They walked us through any items that we had questions about and was very thorough in their explanation in case there were ingredients that we might've not enjoyed. As part of my magical dining experience, I got the calamari, the meatloaf, and the bread pudding, ALL of which were fantastic. The calamari came crispy and stayed that way even though we sat outside in the humidity. It was dressed in a sweet sour spicy sauce - this was the standout appetizer of the 3 that we ordered. The calamari came with spicy chilis that the waitress asked if I wanted on the side minding my spice tolerance, I asked for it to be as the chef prepares it which is right on top, I should've asked for it on the side because it was very spicy. Fortunately, the spice does not permeate through the sauce and I was able to pick around the chilies. The meatloaf was ok but I can't really complain about a dish that is boring to begin with. Everything was good but nothing innovative or interesting. Very hearty and a lot of food, but if this dish was a paint color, it would be agreeable-gray - a crowd pleaser, filling, and no fuss. I will preface the dessert with the fact that I love bread pudding, i compare all bread puddings to Ohana's at Disney's Polynesian resort, and this definitely met or exceeded that bar. The portion was perfectly served in a mini cocotte, the bread was toasted on the top, gooey on the inside, full butterscotch flavors throughout, it was heavenly as we watched the sun set behind of the beautiful lake where the restaurant sits. The food here has definitely upgraded but my main complain that I had before was the attentiveness of the waitstaff and they turned that completely around. A great place to check out that I will return to many times.

For our entrées, we had Joe's Mac & Five Cheese with grilled chicken and the Braised Short Rib Meatloaf. That mac & cheese was rich, cheesy and absolutely NOT interested in being a side dish. And the short rib meatloaf with the mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy was great. Then came dessert because apparently we still had room. The Bread & Butter Pudding and Nutella Donuts were the perfect ending. We also tried the Blood Orange Cosmo and Nona Sunset, and both drinks were really good. But I HAVE to shout out our server, Samuel. He was PHENOMENAL! Attentive, personable, knowledgeable and just genuinely added to the entire experience. Great service can take a good dinner to another level, and Samuel absolutely did that. Everything we tried was awesome, the portions were generous, and Magical Dining was a great way to experience the menu. 10/10; good food, good drinks, great service and the restaurant was nice and quiet.

The service was stellar from start to finish, and the food was amazing. The Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops were easily the highlight and honestly some of the best lamb chops I've had. They were perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The Coal-Roasted Carrots were also cooked perfectly and were such a great side. The Sticky Edamame was great, but the Whipped Ricotta Crostini with Sicilian pistachio butter was AMAZING. The fluffy, creamy ricotta paired with the pistachio was such a good combination and definitely something I would order again. We finished with the Mixed Berry Cheesecake, which was delicious and the perfect ending to the meal. I'm really glad I decided to give Chroma another try because this experience completely changed my impression. Between the stellar service, amazing food, and atmosphere, this was easily a 5/5 visit. The restaurant was very busy, and our waiter was clearly juggling a lot of tables. Despite that, he remained pretty friendly, which I appreciated. Food understandably took a while to come out, so we ordered drinks while waiting. The beer was perfectly fine, but the mixed drinks were a completely different story. Between my mother and me, we tried three different mixed drinks, and all three were sent back. I specifically asked for something that wasn't overly syrupy or at least to go light on the syrup, but each drink tasted overwhelmingly like syrup and juice. Since these drinks presumably aren't premixed, I'm not sure where the disconnect happened, but after three attempts we gave up. Unfortunately, things didn't improve once the food arrived. Several parts of our orders were incorrect, some of the food wasn't hot, and the issues continued throughout the meal. The manager did come by our table twice, so I appreciate that there was at least an attempt to address everything. By that point, though, I had just finished an extremely long shift and was exhausted, so I eventually left the rest of my family inside and waited in the car. I could understand one rough visit, especially on a busy day, but this unfortunately hasn't been an isolated experience for us at this location. Every time we give it another chance, something seems to fall short. I genuinely wish this location were more consistent because we would absolutely frequent it given how close and convenient it is. Better quality control on food leaving the kitchen, more attention to order accuracy, and some consistency behind the bar would make a huge difference. For now, though, I unfortunately can't recommend this location based on our repeated experiences.

We took the stairs to our table upstairs. We were seated near a wall and the bar. I waiter promptly came over to greet us. I wanted to try a few things but the brunch menu was sort of limited. I opted for crispy Mac & cheese bites, french toast, and breakfast croissant sandwich. The mac & cheese bites were crispy but could have used a little more seasoning and a little more cheese filling. The French toast was 2 pieces of toast with maple syrup and fruit. I opted to leave the fruit off with the current health concerns with raw food. It would have been nice to have been offered a substitute but I wasn't so I paid $18 for 2 pieces of French toast. I feel like the French toast would have been a better choice if it was accompanied with choice of, chicken sausage or regular sausage and eggs. That would have made a more complete brunch. The French toast was ok but could have used a little more flavor (ie cinnamon, vanilla, etc). The syrup was a very good grade of maple syrup and tasted so good. I did add 2 eggs for $6. Lastly had the breakfast croissant sandwich with grits. The sandwich was good I did substitute the regular sausage for chicken sausage. The chicken sausage was delicious. I was very pleased with the grits they were so good. Overall, the portions are small especially for the price.
