Another good experience at this, our favorite Bonefish location. Service was spot on excellent from Laura G. The manager, Matt was also great as he checked on us a few times during our meal. Nice follow up. I had my norm, the shrimp and grits, which was, as usual, quite satisfying & tasty. My wife had the bistro steak chimichurri with green beans as they were out of the broccoli. I made a solo reservation for one for Bonefish Grill's 3-course brunch event ($40 per person), and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! There was plenty of free parking, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the host. My server Damien was fantastic attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. what an amazing experience! Evie was our server and she was extremely attentive and made a kick ass Margarita! It had the perfect amount of sweet and spiciness to it. We did the price fix lunch and I had a delicious burger with coleslaw and my husband had the fish and chips. He had the corn chowder soup and I had the Caesar salad. The bread was so good and crispy. We ended with the mango crème brûlée, which was magnificent. I have never had a mango crème brûlée before so it was a real treat! I've been to several Bonefish Grills and they are very consistent. Got here later than normal after picking my wife up at MCO. Got the Bang Bang Shrimp as always. Only downside is that it was super slow getting to us. Prett much when the meal arrived. Had a great last dinner in Florida at bonefish! Went in recently for lunch with my husband and ordered from their Lunch Prix Fixe Menu. For $15.90 you get a drink, choice of soup or salad, and an entree (choose from two fish or two bang bang shrimp tacos, BFG burger, fish and chips, or chicken breast). I got an iced tea with tomato soup and the bang bang shrimp tacos with fries option and it was a lot of food. Our server Mark was awesome, super attentive and always made sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. My wife and I stayed at the Renaissance and figured this was the best option for dinner. A 10 minute walk got us to the restaurant. The ambiance is nice and we were seated immediately with bread for the table soon after. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli and I ordered the wahoo imperial ( I think it was called) as well as a shrimp skewer. It took longer than expected as people around us that came in later were served before we were. My wife described her dish as flavorless pasta sitting in milk. She asked the waitress to take it away without finishing. My fish was overcooked and room temperature and I had to ask for my shrimp. The shrimp came 10 mins later. The waitress never asked how our meal was. I'm sure she knew we weren't happy. We hadn't been to a Bonefish in several years. This visit made us remember why. I've come to this location around the same time every year for the last 2-3 years. We hold a training and this restaurant is very close. To begin, making a reservation for a large party was very easy. They do not have a private room but they do have any area where they can seat 20+ people. We made the reservation well in advance for a Saturday evening this last time and it worked out great. I've had a lot of things at this location but my favorite by far is their steak and bang bang shrimp. It's so good! I also love their smoked old fashioneds. They are the perfect balance. Again, BEST center cut pork chop dish we've ever had and we are tough critics. That's 2 for 2 in my book! We eat at this location at least once a month when flying out of MCO. The one thing that strikes me as amazing, most of the employees have been here a long time and genuinely love each other. I watch them change shifts and there are fist bumps and hugs thru out. Love this camaraderie among the employee group. You can tell they love their job and the people they work with! My sister ordered the scallops and she said they were delicious. I ordered the poke bowl and I was so disappointed. The poke"sauce" was more of a mayo base. Always enjoy Bonefish Grill. I'm not really a chain person, but this is one of my exceptions. This visit was for a 4 course drinks/course pairing. As always, the place was clean and tables set nicely and they went beyond to decorate festively for the event. The drinks and food were on mostly on point. Service was good and managers were seeing that it went smoothly. I'm an oyster person and the charbroiled oysters were my least favorite. The taste was good, but consistency wasn't quite right. I don't cook them myself, but I'd say they were a bit over cooked or sat too long before reaching my table, IDK. Manager mentioned oysters were new to them. The pasta was delicious as was the salmon. I think it could have used a little extra sauce on the plate, but I think they were concerned for those who don't enjoy spice as they mentioned the heat in the sauce as they brought it to the tables. I'm not a desert fan, but it was really good, not too sweet and nice texture. I ate almost half of it. Looking forward to the next pairing. read more

This was a last minute dining experience. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate us in the main dining so we ate by the patio. It was an extremely windy night, which we really wish that they could've accommodated us back into the restaurant however, we sat outside and braved all of the wind blowing around us.
