Must eat, and then ask for more. :X I ordered the Country Fried Chicken with gravy on the side (gravy tends to be salty here) and my sides: seasoned rice (SALTY) and sweet potato (whole). Chicken was thin and cooked perfectly. I just dip it in my gravy instead of smothering the gravy all over the fried chicken. My husband got the half rack of ribs&steak. The steak was still pink in the middle which he liked. I was surprised, I thought it would have been completely cooked since the waiter didn't ask how he want the steak cooked. The ribs were decent, not falling off the bone but BBQ tasted good. The kids mini cheeseburgers (2 sliders, steak fries and a drink) were "chewy" as they described it. The patties were quite over cooked. The buns were a bit toasted. (1 ) Our steaks, (both ribeyes) were cooked and seasoned really nicely, she had sweet baked potatoe and green beans (w/ bacon) and the sides weren't much to applaud. I had baked loaded potatoe and cup of chili, which were both sorry for ruining the party. The chili was very certainly a #10 canned chili. The kind you put on a state fair hot dog. The server was excellent. Very attentive, and brought everything out in a timely manner. The drinks were weak, but attractive in presentation. There is an option to order a "kicker," which is a small plastic test tube of pure liquor. I ordered two of their margaritas and a kicker in each of them, which made the drink stronger and much better. Love this place. Been to this specific location many times and I've never had a bad experience. The warm bread is utterly delicious and the sweet butter it comes with is even better! They give you as much as you like and it's the best thing ever! We called ahead and were sorted within 5 minutes of walking in even though there were tons of people there and it was very busy. Service was great overall. The waitress was nice and friendly but wasn't fake or trying too hard. She got us everything we needed and kept coming by to check on us periodically. We never had to wait long for anything. This time around I got the ribeye and it was so so good. I asked for medium well and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. The center was fully cooked yet tender and juicy throughout. Asked for it to be smothered which was the best decision because the melted cheese along with the grilled mushrooms and onions was a great touch. The veggies were seasoned and grilled to perfection. The entre comes with two sides so I picked the mashed potatoes and buttered corn. I was not disappointed. They were both well seasoned and very tasty. Portions are great for the price you're paying. Holy Moly, the rolls were AMAZING! My boyfriend had to remind me NOT to fill up on bread. It was fresh out the oven, came out HAWTTT. The drink selection was...plentiful. My eyes seriously lit up just looking at all the options. I ended up getting a strawberry frozen marg with a kicker (ALWAYS get the kicker) It was sooo good! And strong. Just the way I like it. They brought out a little sampler plate of some of their sides (green beans, mashed, chili, and corn) I really liked that. They were all so tasty. I ended up ordering the 8 oz sirloin (med rare) with mashed & corn. Extra Extra gravy. I am sort of a steak snob so I always get nervous when my steak comes out. Tonight was the first time I was here in over 7 years (not even kidding). I was quite excited because I remember this place to be one of my favorite steak restaurants. I know people rave about their bread all the time so I was super excited for that too. I came here with a party of 12 around 5:30PM and were able to get seated right away. We got the $9.99 combo deal that was available before 6PM every week day so everybody ordered combos from that menu. Service was attentive and great. Our server Danara (I think that's how you spell her name) handled our large party well. However, I was less than impressed with the food. The reason why this review is two stars is because the bread is just TOO GOOD. I ordered the country fried chicken with steak fries and buttered corn. The fried chicken literally tastes like it was frozen for days before it got fried. Something about it was off. I was also expecting fried chicken wings, not flatted chicken with no bones. The fries were really good. The buttered corn was good until I realized they put too much black pepper seasoning. It was quite overwhelming, so I only had two bites. The chicken comes with gravy too, but I asked for it on the side. Thank goodness I did because the gravy was HORRIBLE. I don't even know how to describe it. Maybe I should've opted for the white gravy instead of the brown. The 6 oz. sirloin was the biggest disappointment of the night. My sister ordered a medium rare. I expected it to be juicy, but rather it was dry and overcooked. It was definitely not the kind of steak I remember Texas Roadhouse was known for. By the end of the night, I was glad that they had the $9.99 deal because it was not worth any more than that. Just go there to eat a "descent steak" for a cheap price! Forget about anything else on the menu. Be ready for a very crowded and noisy environment, and if you don't book in advance, you might have to wait a long time especially on Sunday night. Came in on a busy night yesterday and honestly could not be any happier with the decision on coming here for dinner. Our server Trevor was extremely attentive serving me and my boyfriend while working the bar. It was clear he's been working there for a while cause he knew the menu like the back of his hand. It caught me off guard but well appreciated considering not even the high end steak houses never asked. The only thing that I wish I had a better experience with was all of the hosts. I felt unwelcomed at first, there was no friendly interaction. When I came in the lady just looked at me until I took the initiative to greet her and ask her for a table for two. She seemed annoyed and I felt like I interrupted her conversation with the other hosts for being present. She asked for my name, number, stated the estimated wait time, and told us to wait outside. Today I went to the Texas Roadhouse with my house, staff, it was the most terrible service we all placed our orders, some of the steaks were very dry, my order was the roadkill steak, I asked for well done but the cooks cooked my steak medium rare, it was very salty, my table asked for a waitress, we sent all our food back to the kitchen, the wait time was even worst we waited at our table for over 45 minutes, this is very unprofessional for a restaurant running its business, the only good thing at Texas Roadhouse was the bread, the drinks but other than that I give only one star because Texas Roadhouse had very poor service when the waitress was taking very one's order, we all had decided to pay for the bill, leave, all of us were irate with the poor service, we all decided never to eat at Texas Roadhouse again. read more

Tonight my husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse in Everett, MA. Our experience started with us being brought to a dirty table. We had the pleasure of having Bukky as our server. Who we informed that our table was dirty and she instantly cleaned it for us. After putting in our drinks and appetizers. Bukky let us know that one of our appetizers would take a little longer and ask if we needed anything else. When it came time for our main course to come out (which my husband and I both had steaks) we were asked to cut in them to make sure they were at the desired temperature. Mine was over cooked so I sent it back. In doing so Bukky let me know it was being recooked and that the manager would be bringing it out. Again Bukky asked if she could get us anything else in the meantime. When the manager Logan brought out my recooked steak I was asked to cut it to see if it was to the temperature of my liking. After cutting into my steak it was still over cooked and I told him he smiled and proceeded to tell me that it was slightly pink. I cut into another piece and said "no this is still over." Not wanting to cause a scene I decided to stay with this steak which was tough to eat. Logan was not helpful and not understanding at all he only cared about what he seen to be pink when it was actually gray. Bukky on the other hand was very understanding and very accommodating. She is hands down one of the best servers I've come across in a long time. The manager Logan definitely needs more training of how to deal with unhappy customers. But if you are ever thinking of going to Texas Roadhouse in Everett, MA ask for Bukky she is the BEST! read more

This woman Deanna denied my black family a table at the Everett Massachusetts location and discriminated us. When we first arrived we were poorly greeted and poorly communicated with. My elderly parents asked to use the restroom while we wait. While we were waiting we asked to be seated they denied us because our parents were "missing" although they just said they could use the restroom. Our parents were in the bathroom for quite some time because they are elderly. When our parents came back from the bathroom we were told very rudely by Deanna that our "table was given away your time is up" she then explained we had 12 minutes to have a vacant table and because our elderly parents were in the bathroom we were denied and told we had to wait 45 minutes. If I can put no stars I would, we also talk to their General manager Victor Hanan to explain our situation and he ended up saying there's nothing he can do.
