Free bag of peanuts right when you sit down is always a win! Their rolls with the cinnamon butter are so delicious and it's honestly hard not to fill up on them alone. I also really enjoy their Caesar salads and Ft. Worth Ribeye. The steaks are a great value for the price and consistently hit the spot. I love the decor! Very southern and feels like a quick escape from the city. There's a big parking lot in the plaza, which makes things easy, but there can sometimes be a wait. Service can be a bit slow at times, and it's not always easy to flag someone down if you need help. Overall though, solid food and good value, especially if you're craving a hearty steak dinner!

Love a good texas roadhouse day. Sunday afternoon was busy but no wait luckily. Staff were extra friendly and made sure we were having a good experience. Food was good too!

Chewed old gum on bread basket

Absolutely disgusting experience. We were served a bread basket that had someone else's chewed gum stuck to it. That's a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. On top of that, our waiter was incredibly rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him the entire time. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I expected much better from Texas Roadhouse. I won't be coming back.

Chicken critters meal... also had a side of corn.

Went for the early dinner menu at $12.99 includes 6oz sirloin and 2 sides. Took the house salad and mash potatoes. Good steak and great service

this is a "medium" steak. I hope they can give me the raw steak next time. This make me easy to cook by myself

Our server was great, he did a good job. Good portions of food, good vibes. The only things they need to fix was the ladies by the front door who seemed very unwelcoming.

Can't go wrong with their rolls and ribs. And I love their Caesar salad. I tried something different and ordered the shrimp and rice plate was impressed. This is my new go-to!

    Sirloin was cook as requested

Poor service and was never greeted by the hostess when we walked in. They kept on talking to each other until we walked up to the podium.

The only negative thing about this fantastic buffet was their subjective pricing. As other…read morereviewers mentioned they sometimes change you more per pound (if you're paying per pound) if you have "more meat than buffet items." I tried to balance out my plate to be half and half and scored the 14.49 rate but if the staff thought I had too much meat I would have paid 19.99 per pound instead. lol. Otherwise I was a fan, the meat was tender juicy and flavorful (especially the steak) and the buffet items were really good as well (polenta and fried plantains were standouts) The wait staff were just okay, my waitress was just standing near the front and I tried to get her eye contact but that didn't work so when the manager came by to check on me (she didn't) I asked him if he could send her to pay. Overall a decent experience but because of their pricing model I won't likely come again.

It was our first time and we just got in line, luckily, someone let us know we had to go up and leave our name with the guy holding the tablet ; there were no directions/signs or staff to direct. Despite the crowd, we were seated in about 20ish minutes. We did the per pound option instead of AYCE and that's what most folks were doing. Service, once we were seated, was attentive, food was good. They could have done a better job at keeping the buffet options stalked, they were out of 3 options. This is definitely a more casual place, no frills and closer to an everyday Brazilian churrascaria. Overall, it was fine, if I were in the neighborhood and looking for a bite, I would stop in again.

There are plenty of places in Boston that can make a good burger. What is much harder to find is a…read morerestaurant that feels like it couldn't exist anywhere else. I'd heard Waverly had one of the better burgers around, so when a friend was visiting for Sail Boston, we made the short trip off the more traveled streets to see if it lived up to the reputation. I'm glad we did. Waverly is tucked away on a quiet side street in Charlestown, and that's part of the charm. The dining room is small, warm, and comfortably lived in. Nothing about it feels manufactured. The decor has an old soul without feeling dated, almost like it has been there longer than it actually has. Later I learned that's intentional. The restaurant takes its name from the historic Waverly House, a grand Charlestown hotel from the 1800s, and was designed to capture the feeling of the neighborhood's historic brownstones rather than chase the latest restaurant trend. The room felt like it belonged to Charlestown. Most of the people inside looked like they could walk home after dinner. That's the kind of place I always hope to find when visiting a neighborhood, somewhere that serves the people who live there first, and everyone else second. We asked for a window table, and the staff happily accommodated us. It's a small gesture, but one that made us feel welcomed instead of processed. The burger justified the trip on its own. I added the sunny-side-up egg, but the real star was the bacon-onion jam. It pulled everything together without overpowering the beef. The burger itself was tender, the sesame brioche somehow managed to hold everything together, and I appreciated the choice of Vermont white cheddar and Grillo's pickles. Those aren't flashy ingredients, they're just the right ones. Seeing Downeast Cider on tap certainly didn't hurt either. What impressed me most wasn't that Waverly was trying to reinvent the neighborhood burger. It wasn't. It simply executed it exceptionally well, with enough confidence to let good ingredients and thoughtful choices do the talking. Charlestown wouldn't just lose a burger if Waverly disappeared. It would lose one of those neighborhood places that quietly makes a neighborhood feel like itself. You come for a well executed meal, but you leave feeling like you've experienced a small piece of Charlestown. Places like that are a lot harder to replace than a good menu.

I really, really, REALLY wanted pancakes. The website said brunch goes until 3. We get there at 2:50. They said they were no longer serving brunch and they've moved to their limited menu, because brunch ends at 3. You can imagine the puzzled look on our faces when they told us it ended at 3pm but it's still 2:50pm. They said we would have been fine if we were 5 minutes earlier. Weird that 2:45 is fine but 2:50 is not. We were annoyed, to say the least. But we were hungry, we didn't know what else was around, we needed to eat, and it already took us 30 minutes to get here in an Uber. Two guys came in after us, also before 3, who were also really excited for brunch. They too were shut down. We ordered off the limited menu. It was okay. It was fine. But that's not the point. If brunch ends at 2:45, then say it ends at 2:45. Don't say it ends at 3pm and then shut people down because it secretly closes earlier. I get that you guys want to switch the kitchen over and prep for dinner, but serve the food you say you're going to serve at the time you're going to serve them. Nobody came in after us and the other party that was also in before 3, so it's not like there was some never ending rush of people trying to get brunch. I also don't recall anyone else coming in before we left probably an hour. Poor communication and poor customer service.

There are options for AYCE as well as by weight, and if you do by weight you have to weigh everything you get at the side buffet and only get meat from the counter, so we opted for AYCE because that seemed cumbersome. The service here was friendly and attentive and as long as your token is green, the meat literally comes nonstop! I really liked their sides and salads, especially the plantains and fresh fruits. The meats were perfectly done and though they didn't really ask, all my pieces were medium/medium rare which is how I like it. The cut that was infused with garlic was really good, as were the sirloin and the chicken hearts and spicy pork sausages. Some pieces were very salty, but I'm pretty sensitive to salt. The grilled pineapple was luscious. If we didn't already have cake waiting for us at home, I would have definitely indulged in some tres leches or lime cake. They ended the meal with cooked cheese dipped in honey or guava sauce which was interesting. The fresh fruit at the salad bar was really refreshing. I probably wouldn't come back because it's just way too much meat/food for me and not my usual favorite (also rather pricey for dinner/weekends). However, my family had a great meal here and I think it's definitely a step up from fogo de chao in terms of quality and service. If you're into Brazilian steakhouses (or steak in general) I would highly recommend this place.

The steaks were expertly prepared, the sides were very good, and the service was professional, attentive, and polished from start to finish. The wine list was also thoughtfully curated, with plenty of excellent choices. Unfortunately, the ambiance did not match the quality of the food or the prices. We measured the noise level throughout dinner at approximately 76-81 dB, making conversation difficult without raising our voices. For a restaurant where steaks range from around $76 to over $200 for Wagyu, I expected a more refined, relaxed atmosphere. I was also surprised by how casually many guests were dressed. I have no objection to casual attire in general, but at this price point I was expecting more of a special-occasion dining experience. Instead, many diners were wearing Bermuda shorts, T-shirts, and sneakers, which made the atmosphere feel more like a busy upscale neighborhood restaurant than a luxury steakhouse. If you're looking for outstanding food and excellent service, Mooo delivers. If you're looking for a quiet, elegant fine-dining experience where you can enjoy a conversation over dinner, you may be disappointed.
