My quote was 1800 by the time they delivered my small one bedroom apartment they charged me over $3000 dollars. They said they would refund my deposit which they never did. The movers were tacky and kept asking for tips. They broke my lamp, water dispenser, coffee maker and I'm missing 2 really expensive boxes. The customer service is awful . They also have other legal claims against them. Please don't use them. It's honestly cheaper to pack your stuff in U-Haul and take it your self. This is the first and last moving company I will ever deal with. They claim to be family owned but they do not treat you or your belongings like family.

Destroyed furniture and non-replaceable items from our move with Texas Movers!

My Fellow Texans!!! DO NOT USE this "moving company". If you Google this company, they will gladly advertise that they are the "#1 moving company in Dallas" and "expert moving company" this is all false! These guys are a complete scam!! Facebook reviews don't touch the level of incompetence and total disregard and disrespect for the customer and the customers belongings! Read the reviews on YELP they are all true if they say, "my things were broken", "it was a bait and switch", the "Dispatcher got in a fight with my husband/ wife," they didn't show up when they agreed to" the list goes on and on. If the review says "great move" or "5 stars" that's complete bullshit. Save yourself time, aggregation and money. GO ELSEWHERE- ANYWHERE but here. We scheduled our move, with "Austin" not sure that's his real name and the move was delayed because THEY didn't talk to each other and booked other people on our day- we were Approached by a VERY AGGRESSIVE person "Zack" on the day of the move who within 5 minutes of arriving had picked an actual fight with my husband. We should've walked away right then. But they of course took advantage of our need to move and nailed us with a 5k up charge, yes $5,000 more than what we'd already paid them! Our things arrived late in San Diego, broken, scratched, ripped, boxes collapsed, metal items bent and destroyed! If I could give them ZERO stars I would but in order to write the review and hopefully save all of you the hassle of this company and these worthless people, I had to give them 1 Star ‍ I will continue to write this review on EVERY site I can to get the word out - if you have questions feel free to reach out to me.

Yelp is the only review site to actually capture how horrible this company is. Google has them at 4.7 stars. BBB gives them an A-. This company is the worst. Trust what you read on Yelp. 1) They profoundly underestimated our move. The estimate was $3000. Once they loaded it on the truck we were stuck with paying nearly $7000! 2) They sent ONE person to unload in our new home. When I called the company to find out what was going on they ghosted me: stopped answering calls, stopped returning texts. 3) When we several things were damaged or missing they ghosted us again. They never sent us claim forms, stopped returning calls.

Sales person Tommy Lee is aggressive. This company got my information and has been calling and texting me for a month despite me not interacting with them. Today when I answered the phone and realized it was a sales call, I hung up. I received this text message directly after.

I purchased the car and some unseen events took place on my drive home. To be honest this is nothing the dealership could have seen in advance. I'm extremely big on how people handle situations and not what originally happens and these guys handled everything better then one could expect. They showed extreme integrity and got my car dialed in quickly giving me every update along the way. They even went as far as to drop it back off to me with a full tank of gas. I can't say enough good things about Seth and Raul's dedication to customer service. If your looking for a respectable place with people who actually do what they say go here! Also side note I went in pre approved and Raul was able to beat my already low rate.

My worst car buying experience yet. I have purchased over…read more100 cars in my lifetime, and I can absolutely say that my experience with Driven Autoplex stands out as one of the WORST. There were two good parts. First, I am pretty happy with the vehicle and, while not exactly as described, the car is in good shape and was mostly represented accurately (I was purchasing the car from another state, so relying primarily on the word of the dealer and their descriptions and photos). Secondly, I worked with the salesman, Chance and he was responsive during the sale and helpful. Unfortunately, the good was far overshadowed by the bad. During the purchase discussion I asked Raul, the Finance Manager a direct question about the state of the car's title. In my state if you have a title that is not endorsed by the dealer, the sales tax is much lower. Raul assured me that the title was a "pass through" and as such would not result in me paying a huge amount of sales tax. Now I should be clear, that I have purchased a number of cars through dealers, and I have always asked about the title condition, and legally the dealer should endorse the title, however for whatever reason Raul committed to the title not being endorsed. I committed to the purchase based on the information provided by Raul and arranged for the car to be shipped to me. A few weeks later the title showed up in the mail, and contrary to what I was told by Raul, it was not a "pass through" title. For me, this meant that the sales tax increases from $90 to about $1,000. And not only was the title endorsed by Driven, but it was processed by the dealer 2 weeks prior to my purchase, clearly showing that the commitment that Raul made was completely false. When I called he was very defensive and rude. He threatened me by saying that he "knew where I lived" and I "should be careful." I am not sure why he would have even considered saying such a thing to a customer, but it was clearly confrontational, and completely unprofessional. To Raul's credit he did call me back later, apologized and told me that he did recall making the commitment, and that he would talk to his Title Clerk, Florence and that she would take care of getting a duplicate title. I did hear from Florence about a week later, and she let me know that "getting a duplicate title would be just too much work," and was not going to happen. I then spent 3 weeks trying to contact Raul (who was really skilled at dodging me) to see what he would do to make this right, since he knew he'd made the commitment to me. Finally he told me that his owner Kevin would talk to me. After a few days and several texts, I did finally get Kevin on the phone who denied that Raul ever made a commitment regarding the title, even though he was not present during the initial discussion. Kevin was very defensive and did not want to hear my side of the story, nor even consider any fair resolution. After dealing with Kevin, I can certainly see why Raul is comfortable using misleading sales tactics. It is clearly condoned by Kevin the owner of Driven Autoplex. I can only imagine that if the owner is okay with a certain misleading approach, the management will follow their example. When I told Kevin that I planned on leaving a negative review regarding Driven Autoplex, he also used threats of retaliation. That cemented my commitment to leave this review. Bottom Line: I had the "pleasure" of giving Driven Autoplex $14,000 of my hard-earned cash only to be misled, lied to, bullied, and then threatened. I would advise anyone working with them to proceed with caution and get details in writing.

While not the cheapest option out there, their team was reliable and professional-- and that made the experience so much better. It started with a phone call for details (shipping origin, delivery location, type of car, etc.), and we could tell James knew what he was doing and cared that his team did a good job. There was a 3 day delivery window, and I got a call from the transport driver updating me that the car had been picked up the first day of that window. And then the car was delivered in less than 4 hours! There's an inspection before and after delivery, and the car was unscathed-- hooray! I'm really happy with their team and service :D They accept cash or credit card (for $50 extra). If you're looking for help moving your car to another city, check them out-- I'm definitely going to give them a call next time I need a transport team!

The difference this time was that it was my son's brand-new car, and I was very concerned. I wanted an enclosed trailer. Initially, I received a lot of quotes, and Number One Auto Transport was one of those brokers. In the past, I've received quotes, executed shipments, and things didn't go as expected. However, Rob, who I booked with at Number One, did everything he said he would. I was a little apprehensive because it was my son's car, and I had convinced him to fly home and let me ship it for safety reasons. The car was picked up on time and delivered two days earlier than promised. One thing I really appreciate about Number One Transport is their attention to detail. I wanted to double-check, recheck, and triple-check everything, and they accommodated every single request. If you want peace of mind, I highly recommend Number One Auto Transport. They do what they say they're going to do, and that's the most important thing!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. The carrier was going to be ready on the first day out of the 5-day window - perfecto!. This last minute accommodation was phenomenal as I called to have my car shipped in the next 48 hours. The door-to-door service was very convenient. On the day before shipment, the carrier contacted me with a time slot for delivery. They also kept me posted on the ETA on the shipment day. My car was loaded on the transport truck, and off it went. It arrived in CA safe and sound. In fact, it arrived a day earlier than anticipated, which was in the benefit of the recipient. Now I regret not shipping cars sooner instead of driving many miles across the states to reach my destination. It saves work and time - worth the money.
