I think I have tried most of the things on the menu. My favorite is the omelets with the small pancakes. The coffee is amazing and the ambience is charming. They have a bar, so our guest this last time had mimosas' with their breakfast plus the brewed coffees. It's a small place in a strip shopping center close to Sam Moon so it's not a place one just finds, but once you do, you will be going back. On a snobbish note: The plates and silverware are not something expected at a little diner, they are quality products expected from a fine diner. As a former restaurant owner, that added touch (and expense) really made a statement as to how important quality is to them. It 100% reflects in their restaurant as well as their food. After writing this review, I decided we are heading over there again today. Can't rave enough about this place...

The restaurant itself was very clean in the dining area and in the restrooms. For being a prime time right after church they were busy but you couldn't tell. We had no wait and food came out much quicker than expected with no issues. If you're in the area don't look past this place for a good breakfast option.

I really wanted to give 360 a 5-star review, because there was a lot to love, but the refusal to…read moremake a very simple adjustment to my Happy Hour mimosa left me disappointed. I asked for a splash of cranberry juice. That's it. The easy solution would have been to hold back a little OJ and add a splash of cranberry. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase a separate cranberry drink or pay full price for the mimosa. For a splash of juice? Wow. That's unfortunate, because so much of the experience was actually great. Our server, Ashlyn, was really good, super friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on us. The decor was beautiful, and the food delivered. The birria tacos were delicious. The tortilla was lightly sautéed, the portion of meat was generous, and the consommé was nicely seasoned. The chicken nachos were also really good, with just the right amount of guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I would absolutely have returned with friends based on the food, atmosphere, and service. But customer service is also about the little things. I've made this same simple request at every order of mimosa at any restaurants and have never experienced that level of resistance. I understand having standards and policies, but there should also be room for common sense and customer consideration. When the request is this small and the accommodation is this easy, saying "yes" goes a long way. 360 had a real opportunity to turn a good experience into a great one. Instead, the mimosa policy left a sour taste that the food couldn't quite overcome.

It was super windy that day, so everyone was inside, but honestly the wait wasn't bad at all. We walked in without a reservation and only waited about 5-10 minutes. The food was amazing across the board. We ordered a mimosa flight, and everybody loved it! Some of my friends got the chicken and waffles and were obsessed. I had the French toast with the cone in the middle (can't remember the exact name), but it was sooo good. Service was a little slow, but I'll give them grace because the place was completely packed due to the weather and everyone being moved indoors. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I'll definitely be circling back next time I'm in Dallas!

Meh. The boujie…read morebiscuits were very well made (coming from someone who does not typically even like biscuits) if a bit cold. Butters were fine, but tasted like standard bulk food service butter (you know, that little square butter packet with metallic flavor) with mix-ins. Not fresh. The Stacked and Jacked pancakes themselves were delicious, but I was taken aback by the bananas being served as an entire banana half on top of each side. Not sure why you wouldn't serve this with sliced bananas. No one serves pancakes with whole bananas, or even half bananas. And the mascarpone did not work. These needed butter, not cream cheese. The biggest plus: the menu is designed in a way that allowed us to order a side of eggs, sausage, and bacon as a single order (build your own sides for $11) and then we added hash browns for an extra small charge. AND, there was enough to split - 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 hash browns. But the downside? The eggs were 100% the pour out of a carton kind and the hash browns were bulk buy patties. So. There's a theme here. Which is that they don't make a lot of things fresh. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised given the vibe - service is very cold and disinterested. The focus seems to be more on weekend drunk brunch fun than the food. The atmosphere is minimal bordering on industrial. Which. I have been reading a book called "Scarcity Brain" by Michael Easter that talks about the gamification of humankind, including designing restaurants to suit Instagram worthiness for "points" i.e., likes, reblog, comments, etc. So I get it. And I probably should have realized all of this when I looked at the fun and wacky menu online that uses f&ck in their descriptions (not offended, I curse like a sailor). But I was still hoping the food would be good. Meh.

Absolutely zero refills while we waited for almost 40 minutes for food after ordering. The attitudes may also have been because the food took forever to get to the tables and customers' were verbally upset. Then, once the food arrived, the order was incorrect. We didn't send it back because we had things to do and couldn't WASTE another hour waiting. I believe their menu is too large for the kitchen to execute with any quality. IMO My adjectives here are dirty, slow, unhappy and below average. With all the Brunch places popping up within 5 minutes of this place, One would expect A LOT MORE effort on their part. We do not recommend this place and will not be visiting again.

My friend got a vanilla latte, that she said was very sweet. Didn't even look to see the price for it, but I imagine it was close to $10 Service was great. We had a new girl, who did very good. Made sure our drinks were always filled up, & was very sweet The ambiance is chill, it was a bit loud for a breakfast spot though. Good luck finding a parking spot BTW, especially if it's on the weekend. Downtown Keller is cool, but the parking is abysmal It only gets 4 stars because of the prices here at Seven Mile. It's a great spot for breakfast, brunch & lunch, but it's always been a pricier spot, that hipsters love to congregate
