It's a bottomless mimosa with great home fries and hash browns.

It's a bottomless mimosa spot with great home fries and hash browns. This is a local restaurant that offers a homey dining experience for friends. It can get loud at during brunch and dinners. The service is always friendly and accommodating. During the warmer months, there is outdoor dining and a great spot for larger party events. The bathrooms are clean, but depending on where you sit, can get a wafting urine smell, based on where they are located.

Shay at Terrazza RI saved my night with those crazy good cocktails! Never a bad drink & the service was on point!

Not every restaurant has it all or is perfect. Some just get a whole bunch of things right and make the dining experience enjoyable. Three of us landed here last night for a dinner outside. The experience started with a terrific server and a great evening to eat outside. Always prefer eating outside given the opportunity providing the weather is good. It was perfect tonight. The outdoor seating area is quite large. perhaps some 15 to 20 tables. The area was packed. It also has a bar that you can sit at outside. The menu offers a good variety of meats, fish, and salads. I saw an order of sliders come out, so that's what I ordered. The meal comes with three sliders of Angus beef, onion, ring, their special sauce, on a toasted bun. Not super filling, but excellent. It comes with french fries which were quite good. everyone enjoyed their meal.

Stopped by for a late lunch and happened to walk in on brunch with Santa day! Not wanting to sit in the main section where Santa and the toddlers were located, we were allowed to sit at the bar, which was lovely. Remastered Wizard of Oz was playing instead of sports and the bartender was kind and friendly. We didn't have to wait longer than two minutes to get drinks, and received refills without asking. Food was pretty good! I would've not served crown tater tots with the chicken and waffles, especially when you're offering a choice of home fries and hashbrowns, tater tots are not hashbrowns. I would've served some fresh fruit on the side instead of tater tots and waffles on the same plate. I ordered the cheeseburger, that was well cooked. We even got a pic with Santa!

Back to Terrazza but this time for a business dinner. There were over 30 of there. The staff was very accommodating, setting up our table quickly when we got there over 40 minutes early. They have a good size parking lot so parking for us was not an issue. Food was great, for w big party im surprised on how quickly the food came out and with no issues. Everyone loved the food and said would love to return.

This place is a mixed bag for me. On the one hand it's over the top, but on the other hand it's below average. Four stars is a shaking of those hands. The supreme side of things were ambiance and service. I do highly recommend getting a rezzy prior to arrival. It just makes for a smooth experience. The staff are super attentive and have a passion for what they do. Between the staff, the lighting, decor and flickering fireplace it helps make the whole experience palatable. The food is sub par. I really felt the flavors were bland. The seafood is definitely not fresh. The highlight (unfortunately) were the noodles in the pappardelle. They had a freshness mingled with a tasty sauce that outshined the frozen seafood that accompanied. It's a 5 for service and atmosphere, 3 for the food. I prob won't be back...Bon appetite!

Food was absolutely delicious!! I love when a place offers a PINK VODKA PARMIGIANA!! $8 martinis soooo appreciated but def tasted watered down, so ehhh for that but I will definitely try it again, maybe something was off with my tastebuds. A+ for the food though!

I came here with my mother. It was a pretty busy night. We had reservations and we were using a gift card. I had gotten her for Christmas. We ordered some kebab and some shrimp pasta. Both could've used some seasoning and they didn't come out hot which was weird because they did say that their kitchen was small so we were expecting it to be hot. The hostess told us we had an hour and a half to eat but our food didn't come out for 30 minutes. The flat bread that we ordered was the best thing we got. I just don't ever see myself coming back for such over priced okay food in Smithfield lol. We did sit by the fire and enjoy the atmosphere.

Excellent service by Matt and delicious martinis made by bartender Shay! Arrived for an early dinner at 5 pm. Enjoyed the happy hour specials. We dined on chicken piccata, salad with salmon, and chicken parm. Fireplace was cozy. We will return soon'

It has almost a cult-like following after reading the reviews. In my experience, everything I have ordered was okay ... but nothing incredibly amazing vs. the price. I have not seen higher menu prices outside of Manhattan. Two sandwiches and one beer came to $78 after the tip. You read that correctly ... a burger with fries, a pulled pork sandwich with side salad and the cheapest draft beer on the menu ... $78!!! The wings/tenders were over $20 ... in fact, other than the side upgrades, nothing on the menu was under $20. If you are charging $25 for a 'diner burger' and fries, it better be an amazing burger. Mine was no better than Five Guys and less tasty than a Shake Shack. Given the prices, one wouldn't expect that you'd get potato chips with your burger. In order to get French fries ... it's a $5 upcharge. A side salad is $9. I don't mind paying more for quality ... and Blackie's quality is probably high as their meats, vegetables, potatoes, etc. all list the origin place. However high the quality is, for me anyways, the food doesn't seem much different taste-wise, than anywhere else that is much less expensive. Having said that, the portions are huge. The nachos look like they are meant for an entire table and everything is served on metal cafeteria-style trays. Good for them though because the place is huge and always packed. The crowd here is very typical 'Rhode Island'. Expect to see a lot of anchor tattoos, lifted Jeeps with no doors in the parking lot, young 20 - 40 year old crowd who probably played high school football or baseball back in the day and still enjoy telling stories about it. There are no shortage of cross-fitters here. There is a nice buzz of conversation and energy ... but this is not the place you want to go if you don't like crowds. Inside is weird. The walls are painted black and the chairs/tables look like something in a boutique hotel. It looks a little more like a corporate hotel lobby or wedding function hall vs. a restaurant ... especially given the typical crowd. This is not the sports bar it appears to be on the outside. Overall, my 3-stars may seem harsh. But that's an average score ... and honestly, my food has always been average. Maybe I need to try the pizza. If you have deep pockets and like huge portions, you probably won't be disappointed in this place. The service is great, although 2 people working a packed bar, you will wait a bit if you need anything. Also, I came to watch the big game and for some reason they hung pendant lights which dangle down from around the bar. While they make everyone look better, the TVs are blocked by the lights. Very odd.

Its fine and seemed relatively clean. For this visit, we arrived about 9AM early in the work week, the restaurant was at about 20-25% capacity. There were 3 waitstaff on the floor and one showed up shortly after we were seated, this brought the total number of servers to 4. The staff immediately seemed put upon by our presence. I usually try to seem more friendly when I am confronted with folks like this, but they would have none of it. My friendly smiles were met with blank stares. Once we were seated, the drink question was asked of us. But the staffer was multi tasking, and when we responded, it was acknowledged as if we'd rudely interupted them. Further interactions went similarly. Our food arrived on the slow side but in a reasonable amount of time. The waffle was fluffy and crisp, the pancake thick and on the dry, soft, cakey end of the spectrum, (vs thin, buttery and crisp). Fruit was your standard food distributor pre-cut variety of melon, red grapes and pineapple, the same stuff you get at the supermarket. My scrambled eggs were overcooked, dry and rubbery but I have had worse. Bacon was similarly dry, probably reheated, not cooked to order. Italian toast was from a real Italian loaf, thin but decent. Homefries were pretty good. Once the food arrived, no one came by the table again to check on things until well after we'd finished eating. I initially thought there were no refills on the weak coffee until I heard an adjacent table being offered a refill. We were never asked if we needed anything else, or if the food was okay. That said, the food at the Orchard Grill isn't bad, it's just mediocre.. Paired with the bare minimum of unfriendly service, it was just not worth the 40+ dollars for the adult and two kids meals. Waitstaff treat you like a task, not like patrons, not like people seeking a positive experience. At the Orchard Grill you are an obstacle to be oveecome with the very smallest amount of effort you can get away with without seeming overtly hostile. Made our way to the bar and orders were flowing - one warning if you're sitting at the bar, it is an open kitchen so there will be alot of aromas flowing through and may get on your clothes but really it'll just remind you of how good the food was. Also, the barstools are not the most comfy - metal stools with no backing so after 2.5 hours, we were feeling a bit achy. We ordered way more than we should've but everything just looked so good! We got the croquettes (our absolute fave), the cauliflower, the pizza du jour (I think it had spinach, pepperoni, ricotta and garlic) and for entrees we got the fish tacos and the Orecchiette. Not one complaint - everything was divine. Croquettes were melty, smoky little nuggets of heaven and our favorites bites of the night. The pizza had a great balance of flavors and the crust was thin and crispy. We were so full but had a few bites of the fish tacos and pasta - the fish was cooked to perfection and the aioli it came with topped it perfectly. Pasta was different - had a scallion cream sauce that was a nice change up from your typical Alfredo. Don't sleep on this place - the street is busy being on a main road but so well worth the visit, I didn't catch our bartender's name but he and a few other servers were super personable and friendly - gave us just enough time in between meals and personal space to not hover. Absolutely will return!

I have a couple of favorites. The grilled crusted salmon over a vegetable hash is delicious. When…read moreeveryone is trying to put a great spin on Brussels Sprouts, trust me Chris has nailed this. I recommend the Lamb Sirloin this is an epic combination of wonderful flavors and accents. Try the fish tacos.
