A friend of mine and I came back on a Wednesday night and it was very busy. The food wasn't as good as before, still tasty, but not as impressive as before. By the time my meal came out it was not even warm anymore ;(. I ordered the seared tuna and it was just ok but the side of truffle fries my friend and I split were the saving grace of the meal. T The service is what lost another star. We waited 15 minutes after being sat before someone came over and brought us water and let us know our server would be by soon. I've never seen a manager or owner check on any tables the two times I've been here like some other reviewers have mentioned. That would have probably been nice for a new spot, but oh well. This time we sat in the dining room and could barely hear each other talk. If you have any hard of hearing guests with you, don't sit inside unless they can read lips. I'll be back but hope they can work out those issues. The people are friendly but it seems like they need someone with more service industry experience managing them and a little more communication to get on par with other local restaurants like Blackies and Siena. read more

Stopped by on a Friday night with no reservation, and our host advised the two of us that we could sit at a table but because there was a reservation at that table we'd have to be out an hour later. Plenty of time, we thought, so we sat down and within minutes our server was with us. Not five minutes after that we had our drink and food order in. The food took about 50 minutes to come out, just minutes before we were instructed to leave for the other party. We didnt know if we were supposed to scarf our food down so we could leave in time for the other party. Overall just very confused. read more

I went here because it was a local restaurant offering a sweet deal on the 92 pro fm website. Pros- Very good food. I had the Lobster Risotto as an entree and the Mediterranean tacos as an app. My wife had the Mushroom Ravioli. Everything tasted hot and fresh. Portion size was just right if you don't want leftovers. The bread and cheese they serve is very unique and tasty. This was a very nice experience. Cons - The waitress was very nice and kept up with the refills and our requests but did not know the answer to a couple of my wife's basic questions. That is probably nitpicking but I had to come up with one con. Give them a shot! read more

The place is very nice inside with plenty of seating and room. The drinks, apps, food, desserts, and service was great. I'm not your upscale dining type, my girlfriend loves crabcakes and it was Valentine's day morning, so I thought I would surprise her and at the same time get her something from Terraza to sample. Look before you leap. It being 11am, I figured I'd call it in from the online menu. $14 with tax for 2 crabcakes. Guy on the phone way too nice and nosy. Order was right there on the bar counter upon arrival. Hand the bartender a $20, he goes into "slow-motion" as though I'm going to give him a $6 dollar tip for handing me a paper bag. I still gave him a buck because it was too pathetic. The bag felt like there was nothing in it. Now, I'm not asking for half-pound crab cakes. These pitiful things were all panko. Barely a trace element of crustacean. Won't get fooled again... read more

Made a second trip back for some take out after a long day. The food was hot and ready to go upon arriving. I sat at the bar and enjoyed a glass of wine before leaving. The staff were all so very friendly. They did a wonderful job with plexi glass dividers and everything was sanitized and cleaned between guests. The food was very good and just what we needed. Let me preface by saying I know the Head Chef and owner Mario. But regardless of whether or not we're friends, this flippin' kid can cook your junk off yo. The Chicken Taouk is beast. The food was really good but we had an issue with the hostess. We had a 5:30 reservation, early because we wanted to be outside due to covid. We arrived and were told it was a 15-20 minute wait. We got a drink from the bar and waited outside and got seated at 6. We ordered the hummus and grape leaves as appetizers, both of which were delicious. Our waiter was personable and friendly and the food came out very quickly. My husband had chicken Marsala and I had the pumpkin ravioli, both of which were very good. At 7 on the dot, a hostess came out and said we had to leave the table since we had been there was a 90-minute limit on tables. The signs on the table actually said an hour and 45 minutes, and we had only been seated an hour before because they were running behind; we didn't complain about being seated late so we shouldn't have been rushed out after being at the table for an hour. Also, they had forgotten to put our cocktails on our bill and we had them correct it; it felt very off putting to be told to leave after sitting for just one hour after all that. read more

My wife and I had a very pleasant time tonight at Terrazza. While the waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, she was friendly and helpful. All interactions with the staff were equally friendly. We each started with salads. My wife had the Buratta and heirloom tomato and I had the Beet and goat cheese. Both were fresh, well prepared and presented. Delicious. For entrees, my wife said her Roasted chicken was delicious and my Bistro steak was as well. We ate inside but the patio seating looked very nice for a warmer evening. The food here is outstanding. They import things straight from Italy and change their menu often. The steak is absolutely melt in your mouth delicious and the atmosphere is great too. They had some live music playing in the background when we were there. We got the fig jam and prosciutto pizza as an appetizer which was delicious as well. My experience with Terrazza was horrible. I did not receive the service that I requested and was told I would have to remove a truthful review from facebook before I could receive a refund. The general manager called me and asked why I couldn't "just put the steak in the oven". I then posted a review on my Facebook and received an even nastier response on Facebook from the owner. Would never reccomend this place. The food was actually good other then the still alive cow, but the service was horrible. read more

We visited Terrazza today . We had found it by accident and were very glad we did. We wanted a little pick me up for lunch and it was about 1:00 . We sat outside at their awesome outside bar. We were greeted inside the restaurant by their hostess and she led us outside to the bar. Very friendly and courteous. The bar tender Angeliek. (Please forgive me if spelling in incorrect. ) Anyway she was great about describing the food and explaining the menu. We had the Lamb Hummus , and a Bloody Mary. OMG!!! Both were awesome. One of the owners came over and talked to us. Then he introduced us to a second owner who was also the chef. He was clean and neat!! I like to know my food is prepared by someone like that!! Saturday night, full parking lot, about half full restaurant. Waited with an outdoor reservation for one of the MANY empty tables and after about 15 minutes we were sat inside, when we said we had an outdoor reservation we were told we'd have to wait longer for our table while people without reservations were seated ahead of us. So we took the lead of two other couples and walked out. Don't know if they were playing games trying to look busier than they clearly were or there was that much miscommunication for us and the other potential Customers but either way not someplace we are going back to. read more

Food was good, however service sucks. They quoted 30-40 mins for takeout pickup, waited over 1 hr. and restaurant was empty. No apology nothing for food being late. We asked for tomato and bread which was on the receipt but not included. The server gave me the bag of food and asked me to check it for accuracy? Isn't that your job? Disappointing. We came on a Friday with our son, daughter and 2 year old granddaughter for the first time. The food was great and our server, Mandi was very attentive. Today, it felt like they put their B team on. The food was still great but it took 40 minutes for the apps to come out and another 30 for the entree. No apologies, just attitude when we inquired how much more time for the food. The manager, Eddie, I believe, was not friendly whatsoever and did not show any care for the customers, just attitude. On a positive note, the live music was very enjoyable, a young woman, Christiana Caprarelli. Great music and very talented. Too bad, we will be looking for another restaurant to frequent. read more

Driving around on a Saturday night we happened upon Terrazza. We passed up the warm and inviting dining room to take advantage of al fresco dining on the patio. The patio is large enough that all the tables were well spaced out, which made for a private and intimate dining experience; the outdoor bar filled up as the night progressed and there was a game on the big screen tv but it wasn't bothersome at all. Karen took care of us. She was gracious and professional. I order Caesar salad and calamari everywhere I go which makes me a self-professed expert in both. I'm happy to report that both were excellent choices. My husband liked the pork chop dish he ordered. The artichoke app was super rich and would have been better with non-marinated artichokes. There is an outdoor fireplace which i bet is really nice on cool nights -- which are coming. read more

My food was pretty good but the service was terrible . We came here from out of town because we were running an early morning race . We were seated right away and the waiter took our order promptly . One of the girls I was with ordered a gluten free pizza . He repeated the order back to us and had it right . It took FOREVER to get our food and there were empty tables ... it wasn't very crowded so I'm not sure why it took so long . When two food runners brought out our pizzas and we asked which one was gluten free they didn't know. One of my friends spoke up and said " it's very important that we know which one is gluten free because our friend has celiac's disease ". They took both pizzas back (we had ordered 3) and then came back and said "none of these are gluten free , it will be out soon ". Later the waiter came back and said " everything good here ?" And we said "where is our friend's pizza ?" . He then left and came back and said they were making a new one . He never would have mentioned it /put in a new order if we hadn't spoken up !! It was very unclear what the actual issue was . Did he not ever put the order in ? Did he put it in wrong ? It seemed like there never WAS a third pizza . He apologized a lot but never actually owned what happened . Another girl we were with has a mayonnaise allergy and there was an issue with an avocado sauce on her burger . He claimed he checked with the chef and it was "pure avocado " but it clearly wasn't . He did give us that burger for free but it was very weird . My friend's gluten free pizza eventually came out in a box since the rest of us already had finished eating . Not once did a manager come and speak with us . Celiacs disease is pretty serious and restaurants and waitstaff should not take food allergies lightly . This waiter was awful . read more
