On the house bread with lemon butter
    Praveen S.

We went here based on our daughter's recommendation and we loved it. It is a very cute place. We came right at opening on Sunday. Ambience is chic. Servers are friendly and helpful. I am really surprised why this has low review.may be because the options are not huge. However there are enough that I didn't feel like it was lacking. The bread they serve as on the house comes wi the flavored butter, and was fresh and tasty. Coffee was good. The tiny glass for milk was a nice touch. Highly recommend it. The sauce on avocado toast is really spicy. We loved it, but didn't expect it to be this hot. Glad we had preserved fries with it , which helped tamper it. Will order again for sure. Grilled cheese was eclectic with balsamic vinegar and apple slices. Different.

I've been wanting to visit a terrain Cafe for thr longest time because greenhouse restaurants are just the cutest with all of thr plants and natural light. We came with a reservation for Friday lunch and wow, this place was packed with ladies of all ages lunching. Food was standard, not bad, but doesn't blow your mind. Lives the flower pot bread. Also got some champagne because we were celebrating a friend's engagement. After lunch we went over to anthropologie and the terrain store for some shopping and basically spent a half day at anthropologie.

    Mushroom Soup & French Fries

Cute cafe tucked next to its sister business, Anthropologie. Everything on the menu was tasty, from the breakfast bowls down to the fries. The free bread was the most inventive dish- a cute roll in a planter pot that tasted like fluffy brioche, and a sweet maple butter. The mushroom soup was thick, creamy, and great. The iced tea was a little fruitier and more sour than I would've liked. We were seated in the greenhouse, which was super cute, but the wind kept knocking the tarp into our table and I definitely got some leaves on my dishes, so I wish our server had addresses that, but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

I had a good experience here with two friends for brunch. We absolutely were obsessed with the truffle fries and ended up placing a second order for them. The service was great as our server was very friendly and we enjoyed the aesthics. Our only complaint honestly is that the portions are smaller hence the need for a second order of truffle fries. We would definitely return.

The entire restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The menu is smaller but has very interesting and yummy options! The mere clearly states the gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options! My bowl was really good! Loved the gluten free crackers that you get instead of bread!

Was in on a Tuesday for brunch around 130. All of the staff seemed friendly and eager to accommodate. The place is cozy and cute. We started with truffle fries, quinoa fritters and drinks. All were delicious! I especially enjoyed the Apple Cider Ginger Fizz drink. The bread in a pot was so cute and came with a delicious spiced apple butter. Our mains were Braised Short Ribs & Egg (delicious), Terrain breakfast and Heirloom Shrimp & Grits. All were flavorful and fresh. The portions were perfect. We finished with the dessert board, which had a nice mix of items on it. Would've loved for the salted cookies to be a little softer, but they still had good flavor. If you're looking for a unique twist to your food and overall dining experience then you'll love Terrain.

Went to terrain cafe in Devon for an early dinner, such good ambiance! Lots of fairy lights and plants inside. The servers was so so nice as well and the food came out pretty quickly. It was all delicious but in particular the lasagna with the corn stood out to me, def would recommend giving this place a try!

We came here for brunch after having delicious blueberry pie chai at their other site in Glen Mills. Of course we got the chai again and it didn't disappoint. This site is smaller but still love the ambience! There is so much greenery. The flower pot bread is cute and I liked the lemon poppyseed butter, which was something I hadn't tried before. My shrimp and grits was fresh but could have used a bit more flavor and my friend's omelette was okay, but nothing special. We appreciated that the waiter was really accommodating with her food allergies.

Our waitress, Devon, was amazing! We had a great dinner and it was a great night! The scallops and arugula salad were perfectly crafted! We also loved the honey decaf iced tea that was on the special list of the night Thank you!

Pretty good. Very nice setting in a greenhouse basically, but very, very loud inside (we sat outside fortunately). Service was good save for the snotty hostess. Food was solid, not exceptional. Table had the burger, grain/veggie bowl add salmon, and a salad (apple? I forget). Nice spot but I probably wouldn't drive more than a mile or two to visit again with so many other better choices nearby.

    Taylor B.

Phenomenal , good shi, artesian cheese board was fire, salmon avacado toast went crazy, I got the tumeric drink which was amazing and made me feel good all day not to mention the insane flower shop if you sit outside with all the clothing stores, go when you got good money and it's nice out

Had a pretty low key New Year and wanted to have a nice brunch. This place is a 5 min walk from my office but I've never seen it before. It looked interesting so we decided to give it a try. First the good ++ Ambiance and decor is amazing ++ The mule, the shakshukha and French toast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the French toast. The fruits and granola was yummy -- the bloody Mary tasted more like a smoothie vs a cocktail -- the quinoa frites was a bit bland to my liking and I had to squeeze a lot of lime. Overall I would likely come back again given the limited number of options in the area. However I think these guys can up their game and get to a 5*

I've been to the Glenn Mills location, which is prettier, quieter, and with much better food. This was quite the disappointment. It started out bad when the coffee served was tepid and bitter. They replaced the cup with another that was tepid and bitter. My friend's tea was hotter. The bread that was served comes to the table in a cute flower pot. The bread was over baked and very dry. I've had it at the other location and we couldn't get enough of it. On this occasion, one piece was enough. My friend has an onion allergy. If she eats onions, her esophagus swells and she ends up in the hospital. She mentioned that to the waitress at the start before ordering, and asked if there were any onions in a certain omelette. She was told no, so she ordered it. The plate came out with potatoes with onions in it and had to go back to the kitchen. They brought her out another omelette served with a double portion of greens. The greens were undressed, meaning no salad dressing, so were very dry and well, who wants a plate of dry greens?. I ordered the mushroom frittata, also served with greens that were undressed. The potatoes that came with it were not cooked all the way through. The frittata was dry and without seasoning. Service was not great. We couldn't wait to finish and get out of there. Seriously, go somewhere else. It's an expensive place for an unenjoyable meal. For a $50 breakfast, we should get something that we like. I can't think of a breakfast I liked less in quite awhile. And the fact that they didn't pay attention to an allergy is really inexcusable. Those onions were cut very small and it's a good thing my dining partner saw them in the potatoes before she ate them.

I'd like to know the corkage fee they charge for BYOB. Does anyone know?

Does anyone know what the difference between "standard" and "outdoor" reservations would be on Open Table for Terrain? Would standard be the greenhouse?

When I was making a reservation it had indoor and outdoor and I was told that greenhouse is considered "indoor", as they do have a separate outdoor patio.

We all shared the General Tso Cauliflower, which was delicious and fun! I also enjoyed the Crab Bisque as a starter and the Fish Tacos for my entree. Everything was hot and tasty, and the portions were just right. No complaints. Initially the food was brought out pretty quickly, then service slowed wayyy down. It did start to get busy, but not unmanageably; however, it eventually felt like we were forgotten about. It took forever to get our check, and the system wouldn't recognize my Burtons membership info to give me points for the visit. I think that was ultimately the issue, but the lack of communication and check-ins from our server added an element of frustration to our experience that could have been prevented. We skipped dessert, as we were full and literally out of time (had to get back to work). Overall it was decent, and I'd still go back again. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone that I know. Sure it's nice inside and they said everything they make is homemade which is great, but the food doesn't taste nor the drinks and the service couldn't hit the mark. This was a disappointment. We each ordered the COOL RIVER SALAD which said it was; Danish bleu cheese crumbles, Granny Smith apple, candied pecans, maple vinaigrette. Problem was each had big bowl of mixed greens. A pinch of blue cheese. I couldn't find mine. 4-5 pieces of candied pecans and what looked like shredded apple sticks which was wasn't even from a single Apple slice. I thought it was a garnish. It was pathetic. When we flagged down a waiter we asked for some more blue cheese and apples. Waiter didn't even acknowledge our request and returned with a single side cup half filled with blue cheese. Non apples. I was pissed but I got the look from the wife to let it go. She ordered a loaded baked potato which came out dry which had a dab of sour cream an essence of butter, a pinch of cheese, bacon and 3 scallions on it. She asked for more Sour Cream and butter and they brought out another dab of sour cream and side order of melted butter. Not one inquiry as to how the food was. But they were quick to bring check. And, the plates remained once we hurriedly ate the food the "airline" pushed in front of us. The soups were delicious with the French Dip layered with thinly sliced beef (It was called a French Dip after all.) soaking in a rich onion influced broth accompanied by a soaked brioche crouton covered in melty provolone. The Butternut Squash Bisque flavored with asiago was definitely a winner too but before our soup course was 1/2 finished and with our Mediterranean Platter's tabouleh still showing its colors and enough hummus to later lead our waitress to ask if we wanted more pita ... the first entree was added to our crowded table. Not sure where the blame lies for the hurried appearance of plates but we were looking forward to a special evening out ... a birthday dinner choice ... a restaurant specializing in small plate dining should be well accustomed to serving diners in a relaxed manner. Upon their arrival I looked at the Schnitzel Medallions but wanted to enjoy the French Dip soup ... I knew the temperature of the food would be decreasing but the soup was so good. Why in the world would the first plate be served while we were enjoying our soup literally with soup spoons in or hands ... no, I did not hear that our flight was boarding ... we were in no rush but we were being rushed. So, now on the small table were our two soup bowls that we were finishing ... the plate still holding quite a bit of our Mediterranean Platter (We did expect to have some small talk after all it was a birthday celebration so we had leisurely started eating this appetizer.), we had the plates that we were expected to eat off of (Mine still had hummus and tabouleh on it.) and this brand new plate with pork tenderloin and asparagus. Maneuvering food became a needed skill. My dining partner put some schnitzel onto her "eating" plate letting soup cool ... I decided hot soup was more important than hot or even warmish pork so I continued to eat my soup but rushing soup made it less enjoyable. So, I finished my soup squeezing the empty bowl into a limited space on the table ... my "eating plate" was crowded still having hummus on it because I rushed my soup .. my dining partner said "yum the Schnitzel is good" while her soup chilled. I took the serving plate with the remaining Schnitzel and asparagus eating off it since it was the only plate with room. Before I took a bite the sliders arrived further crowding the table. Quickly the Butternut Squash Bisque was finished so that she could eat a hot well maybe warm Crispy Fish Slider ... I was still working on the Schnitzel knowing I was going to eat cold fish. And, as we both kept putting food in our mouths foregoing any conversation the Chicken Primavera arrived and looked picture perfect amidst the crowded table but finally the soup bowls were removed ... there's still hummus and tabloeh from that Mediterranean Platter that we didn't have time to finish and the waitress asks if we would like more pita ... sure ... I had just finished the cold slider and was about to try the chicken primavera. She also then noticed my water glass was almost empty and asked if I wanted a refill ...I did but had been so busy shoving food down my mouth that I just barely noticed I needed water (I actually knew I did but no one ever stopped by to ask.). And, just in case you're wondering... our flight still was not close to taking off from the terminal in this lovely lounge (It really is an attractive restaurant to dine in.) that reminded us of a classic airport lounge but it felt like a hallway fast food eatery. We had come to enjoy a leisurely small plate dinner with good conversation...celebrating a birthday before heading off to the theatre. You might be wondering why there are three stars rather than one. Well, the food was all really tasty. I would say it was delicious even though due to the rush the only food I ate that was hot was my soup. We finally did get back to that Mediterranean Platter and yes, we were given more pita and I wasn't rushed eating it because there was nothing left to be served. Oh, it looks like they have some nice outside seating for warmer days. We skipped the mixed drinks ... they looked really good and other folks seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The tuna nicoise made with seared ahi tuna was perfect in every respect. The portions were generous and there were lots of interesting components to the salad. I loved the watermelon radishes tucked into the salad and that level of attention to detail highlighted the excellence of the meal. Service was attentive and informative and I look forward to a revisit.

It's like you walked into your childhood dream. So many photos of Pop culture most iconic stars. In one nook in the stairway and loos there are hundreds of autographed photos. In the bar area there are framed records and oodles of violins and double bass wall display and whimsical trumpet lighting fixtures . Then there are ultra charmingly, cozy booths that feature a large frame photo of one of Hollywood's biggest icons. Then a bright and open room , oodles of tables and exceedingly large photos of some of Hollywood's proper silver screen elite! And finally a large room, dimly lit , plushed velvety tapestry backed furniture with political caricature art decor. The service was fantastic. Lots and lots of staff. I ordered the salmon with pea purée and wild mushrooms. My bff ordered beef bourguignon. Everything was so exceedingly flavorful, fresh and divine. We split a crème brûlée for dessert . I absolutely look forward to coming back! What a wonderful time. It's more than just Instagram worthy... everyone does their job so very well. I love my food. And service was fantastic.
