Response feels very condescending and not personable at all. Just goes to show they really don't care about your experience. I will never be back and would not recommend

I dined here for lunch with three of my girl friends on Monday, 10/20/25. I'd made a reservation for Noon, but it wasn't busy at all when we arrived. We were promptly seated and attended to; drinks were brought out right away. When our server asked if we had dined there before, the others hadn't but I mentioned I'd attended their recent Yelp Elite event, which she was familiar with. We all shared the General Tso Cauliflower, which was delicious and fun! I also enjoyed the Crab Bisque as a starter and the Fish Tacos for my entree. Everything was hot and tasty, and the portions were just right. No complaints. Initially the food was brought out pretty quickly, then service slowed wayyy down. It did start to get busy, but not unmanageably; however, it eventually felt like we were forgotten about. It took forever to get our check, and the system wouldn't recognize my Burtons membership info to give me points for the visit. But I mentioned the date in the beginning because the AWS outage occurred that day. I think that was ultimately the issue, but the lack of communication and check-ins from our server added an element of frustration to our experience that could have been prevented. We skipped dessert, as we were full and literally out of time (had to get back to work). Overall it was decent, and I'd still go back again. (Oh, and I did finally get my points credited to my account, so that's all good!)

Went here with some friends, who had been here before and highly recommended it. While the food was very good, the service was horrendous. The server was all over the place. She was chatting when she should have been serving, and could not be found when needed. She didn't seem to know what was going on. It was also like a freezer inside, very cold even wearing a sweater. Every server was wearing long sleeves. We sat down and one person in the party gave his appetizer order. She went to put that one in alone, and that threw everything else off. The server did not come back to take the rest of our appetizer orders for 15-20 minutes. The one had his food come out while we were still waiting to order our salads. By the time we got the salad, our entrees were then thrown at us. It was the weirdest service I've ever seen. We ordered bread. Three times. It finally came out right before the food. That was really excellent. My partner and I split a house salad, and they divided it in the kitchen for us. It was very fresh and the dressing was delicious. I had the Wild Mushroom Ravioli, which was good and not heavy. It's not a huge portion. Two people got the haddock topped with crab. It was a very good portion, and I heard excellent things. Unfortunately the fourth person's order was lost, and we had to wait for her to finally get her meal, which came when everyone had finished. We ordered the key lime pie for dessert. First one came out. Then another (we ordered only one). The manager graciously told us to keep the second one and wrapped it up for us to take home. It was excellent. A mini pie with a delicious graham cracker crust. As I said, the food is very good. If you can deal with the lousy service and crazy serving rhythm, maybe you'll enjoy it? For me, there are too many other places to try.

Giving another 5 star review to burtons! I love the food here it's absolutely incredible and tastes so fresh! I gotta give it to my guy Gee, he's been our server about 3-4 times but we are here so much we see him a lot more and he's always being so welcoming and sweet to me and my boyfriend! Also shoutout to Chris! I felt so bad, I had this poor guy running back and forth into the kitchen for refills and recooking my steak and he was so sweet and so nice about it. Sorry for being so picky!! Don't mean to be that person!! LOL!! But I love burtons and how clean their food is, how clean their restaurant and restrooms are, and how great their servers are. EVERYTIME we are here we tip our server 22-25%!! Thanks for another awesome night!!!!

I had to try this place as people are raving about it! Very impressed. Food was really good. My boyfriend said that was the best Parmesan truffle fries he ever had. My tuna bowl was quality as well. Onsite parking. It got really crowded around dinner time. One thing tho, reception people have very little knowledge about food and drinks. Almost not friendly when asked.

New American dining with a dash of Asian fusion. The bartenders Chris and Marco were the highlight of our visit. There was a Yelp event too so it was quite busy for a Wednesday. Sleek bar vibes with an extensive menu. Fried calamari was ok but Fried popper peppers were really good. The chimichurri steak was cooked to perfection (med well as requested) but the sauce lacked flavor. The truffle Parmesan cheese fries were pretty good. Used to be the old chilis location. Nice clean well decorated bathrooms. Drinks were perfect 10/10.

    Email confirmation of original order

Placed a pickup order at this restaurant. There seemed to be a miscommunication between their online ordering system and the restaurant and we got the wrong sides (we were supposed to get mashed potatoes as one of our sides but it was replaced with broccoli.) Completely understand mistakes happen. I tried to call back to remedy this situation, and they behaved like I was lying. Refused to believe there could be a system error. Then told me they would submit a partial refund. And I should get an email about it. I have yet to receive this refund or an email 5 days later. Will not be returning. Terrible customer service.

My 100th Yelp Review is way overdue, but am happy it is a momentous one…read more As this was a dinner of a lifetime. It was the second weekend in December and we arrived on a cold night to Eddie V's. With the chill in the air, it was a pleasant surprise to see valet parking available for patrons. We pulled up, the young man was so quick and friendly & we headed inside. We had a 7:30pm reservation and could see the restaurant was packed. Lots of holiday cheer around the bar area for sure. Our coats were checked. We waited quite some time in the corridor, however after about 10 minutes a staff member appeared with a tray offering of champagne, for all who were waiting. This was an exceptional consideration. After about 10 more minutes we were seated. In the back room of the restaurant, back corner, along side their Christmas tree. The ambiance was only made more perfect by the birthday card and confetti they had adorned the table with. We started with cocktails. My signature Sapphire Martini with Blue Cheese Olives. Spot on. Perfect dirty, only a vermouth kiss and big ole hand stuffed olives. My husband ordered an Old Fashioned. It was with a specific rye on menu that was not available at the time. The server had them substitute Whistle Pig 12 (complimentary without upcharge). This again was so considerate. Our server was so attentive, generous, complimentary, careful and helpful. We loved having him. Our Food- The bread was warm, crusty and chewy. Along with the creamy, fatty butter flaked with salt and chives. We ordered our appetizers- Oysters, Calamari and Dumplings We loved having the opportunity to try multiple varieties of oysters. They all tasted clean and distinct. My husband loves horseradish, so it was fantastic to see a side offering of just that, with the cocktail sauce and mignonette. And the lemon was in a bag!!!! The Calamari was a joy. Asian flair, crisp veggies, the calamari sang in texture and light fry. And cashews!! Squid and cashews. Inspiring. We also tried the Wagyu Dumplings. Plump, savory pillows. The beef was tender and flavorful. The wasabi cream gave a zing. Our meal had the best start. For entrees, my husband ordered the Lamb Chops. I ordered the Sea Scallops. Sides we had - the Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. (We had leftovers, lolol) The plating for this Lamb was so strategic. It sat atop its Chimichurri Butter Sauce just the bottoms dabbling in it. So at your desire- to dip at whatever length the lamb, into the sauce, or eat the lamb alone. This dish was incredible and genius. My Scallops were seared spot on. Golden crust but a mild, clean, sweet inside. Cooked exactly. The pepitas gave a nice crunch and the squash puree gave a seasonal spin. But the scallops stood on their own and it was perfect. The Asparagus had bite, was not woodsy and not over seasoned. Just a well cooked vegetable. The Lobster Mashed Potatoes was butter heaven. Creamy, the huge chunks of lobster were swimming, and no potato peels, so smooth & decadent. We were stuffed so nixed dessert, however- a birthday dessert arrived. What a show! Flambé hooray!!! A firey plate with bananas, a coffee chip ice cream and chocolate cookie cake. We ate it happily, (hating ourselves later, for being so stuffed). This dessert was so sweet in gesture and taste. An ideal ending. This was sincerely the most care we have ever felt dining out. We felt like (and ate like!) a King and Queen. The thoughtfulness that went into our night gave miracle service. Model class, truly magical, and unprecedented. Thank you Eddie V's for a birthday experience so incredible in food, small touches and care that I will treasure and feel special for forever.

The restaurant was completely packed, and by the time we left, there was a crowd gathered out front waiting--definitely a popular spot. Inside, the two-person tables were set quite close together, making the space feel a bit tight, and the noise level was quite high throughout the restaurant. Service was a highlight. Our server, Nadine, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She answered our questions with ease and always had a welcoming smile, and the bussing team kept our water glasses filled without us ever having to ask. We started with the complimentary warm bread and butter, which is always a nice touch. We were also each served a fried oyster called amuse, which was a pleasant surprise. I had the crab cake appetizer, followed by the Big Glory Bay king salmon with a side of crab fried rice with mushrooms. My husband ordered the Wagyu dumplings and the Norwegian salmon. I enjoyed my dishes--everything was well-prepared and flavorful. However, my husband wasn't particularly impressed; he found his dishes to be average and not especially memorable, which made the overall experience feel a bit uneven. While the restaurant delivers on ambiance and solid service, the food didn't quite rise to the level you might expect for the price point. Overall, it feels like an elevated mall restaurant--pleasant, but slightly overpriced for what you get.

From the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted us with a smile, another welcomed us in by holding the door, and a third (a waiter) said good evening and welcome! These may seem like insignificant gestures but when going out to eat, no matter the restaurant (chick fil a knows haha), the treatment of patrons is important. Especially with the costs of dining out. Our waiter, Aladdin, was exceptional in every sense--energetic, kind, light hearted, and treated my wife and I with the upmost care. It was brutally loud as well; couldn't hear anything people were saying at the table. First, the total bill was about $500, and no one even ordered cocktails. That's a lot of money for what you get. I ordered the salmon, and it was microscopic, barely warm, and nothing special. It was literally a tiny piece of fish with almost nothing else on the plate. It looked more like a prison meal than something from an expensive restaurant. I've had salmon at many other restaurants where it arrived hot, was a generous portion, and was actually enjoyable. This was a real disappointment. The service was just okay. The staff clearing the plates seemed to have no idea what they were doing and actually asked us to pass our plates to them. Patrons shouldn't have to help clear the table, especially at a restaurant charging these prices. The servers constantly came by asking how everything was, but I wasn't interested in spending my wife's birthday complaining or sending food back. I shouldn't have to say, "My salmon isn't hot--please take it back." We also asked for a doggy bag, and they left items out of it. We reminded them three separate times, but they didn't seem to be listening. Someone else at the table complained that the Caesar salad tasted off. I could go on, but that's enough. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the prices. I would not go back. Last thing. They have bread on the menu for $12. it is nothing more than about five tiny croissant rolls - nothing special. They don't offer free bread. Talk about taking advantage of patrons.

We both ordered from the prix fixe menu (sharing the appetizers) which is a good deal, and I don't remember so many items involving an upcharge so that's new to me. - fried calamari - 4/5, very good, nice aioli dipping sauce, breading was consistent and not too heavy, light tasting and delicious - greek salad - 4/5, I usually love this and it was still delicious and fresh but I noticed that 1) they've changed the name so it's no longer called horiatiki, and 2) we had a very small piece of feta with the salad whereas in the past the ratio of feta to the tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, cucumbers has been more even. And now there's a $6 supplement charge for this appetizer which seems like A LOT for a salad. Next time I might skip this because of the upcharge - lavraki - 5/5, this light white fish is just the right amount of flavor and portion and my go to choice when I go to Estia. Also a $6 upcharge but this seemed more worth it - baklava - 5*/5, also a $2 upcharge but worth it as these four pieces of cylindrical baklava, while a little difficult to eat (use your hand? try to cut a cylinder with a fork?) it is an excellent baklava We went at 5pm before it got too busy and were seated away from the bar so we were able to have a quiet conversation but as the restaurant filled it definitely got noisier and I would not want to be seated near the bar. They do have a lovely outdoor area at the front and side of the restaurant so we could have sat outside since last night was quite mild in weather. One downside of the prix fixe is no zucchini and eggplant chips which are my favorite, and I didn't want to order that on top of the appetizer, entree, and dessert. Next time!

While the interior design and service are very good, food itself is lackluster and not of good value. My husband ordered $18 mini pot (five spice chicken), but he wasn't impressed by the flavor and portion. For him to say "the lunch is horrible", it means the flavor is really not there. I had the $18 signature chicken soup rice noodle. I would say it's of better value. But I wasn't too keen about the flavor either. Their food presentation is superb, but at the end of the day a restaurant needs to work on flavor and value if it's seeking long term success.

Caitlin & ling were nice Caitlin took the time to explain the menu. This is a hot pot place. You can order other things. You can order from their menu or create your own hot pot. They have a fixing bar where you can get sauces an other ad-ins for your hot pot m Food: Scallion pancake: it was good. It comes with a sauce Gyoza: it was ok Dessert soup with white fungus dates & brown sugar: it had a weird texture. It was lightly sweet. It was ok. Hot pot: They bring a beautiful pot to your table with thr both & meat we selected: lamb. They add hot water when the broth gets low however that diluted the broth. I would rather they brought more broth. The lamb was good but some of the lamb was tough and some was very tender which made us think they were cooked at different times. I took it home and pressure cooked it and it was great. I added rice to my take away. The portions were so big, it could feed 4 to 6 people!! The manager Zoie came over and answered questions about the process. She was nice. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to going back.
