This is the company to hire. Our home was serviced by Jerry and it was fast and professional. Jerry took the time to explain where the termites were and the treatment he was using to take care of the problem. Very informative, thorough, and professional and a very nice man who was kind enough to observe house rules even though I didn't ask. Hire Termike and ask for Jerry! read more

Addendum: As much as I've praised John McLane in my review above, I'm going to now praise Joe. Since I posted my review, I've had several complications re: dead rats in crazy places. Joe has responded to every distress call I've made, has been to my house more times than I care to share, and has either located and removed the dead rat or taken steps to ensure that there was no dead rat anywhere near where I suspected one might be. And Joe's handholding--i.e., allaying my concerns, walking me through next steps, and assuring me that Termike would be there for me should any further problems arise--is on par with John's. They both provided me with outstanding service, and I cannot emphasize how important this when you are enduring the stress of a rat infestation. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. read more

John and Joe are great. Fast response, thorough and fair price. Highly recommend for termite and/or rodents.

I'm an out-of-state rental property owner. Termike provided one of the most professional and reliable services I contracted in the area. They inspected, identified, and treated a termite issue at one of my properties. Their price was very competitive, with the best terms in the area. They were very responsive in all communication. I'd like to particularly thank Jackie and the office coordinators for their patient coordination with a tenant at the property and for thoughtful follow-ups on the operator's log sheet (e.g., confirming no damage on the tile roof). Their attention to detail was much appreciated. They provided the most thorough, user-friendly instructions for the tenants to follow, compared with what I received from other contractors. I'll definitely use Termike if any termite issue arises with any other property again. read more

Reached out to Termike Saturday morning for a real estate related termite inspection and they were at our house at 4:30pm the same day. The staff was ultra communicative and accommodating. Mike was on time, professional, and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended! read more

The last aspect of Termike Pest Control was having our house tented after our compromised wood was repaired. The tenting went very smooth and they were very careful not to damage any of the wood work just completed. This was the first time we've had our house tented and it went like clockwork. It was nice to have a company based in my hometown complete the work and their prices were great. read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Termike to eliminate a termite pest problem in my balcony. Out of all the Termite companies I contacted, Mike was the most friendly and among the quickest to visit my place. Mike walked around the perimeter of my house and he did a VERY thorough inspection using his poker stick and poking every foot of wood around my home including the balcony, the eaves & fascia of my roof. We discovered several areas on my balcony that had dry rot. Additionally, Mike went into my attic and inspected it thoroughly. He spent another 30 minutes with me reviewing what he observed, and he patiently gave me his recommendations, explaining step by step how he would fix the problem, and also answering my questions. He was not pushy and he did not try to scare me into buying any of his services. He was honest and helped me to understand the situation and gave me several options. I urgently needed my termite problem fixed because I was scheduled to do a whole house paint the following week, and lucky for me Mike was able to accommodate. Mike sent his best guy Max, who is a machine! Max came out to my place the day before the scheduled work day so he could review the damages and plan out the termicide treatment and wood repair. He was knowledgeable and friendly and worked all day to get the job done. Max closely inspected the damaged areas for signs of termites such as "kickout holes", treated the wood with a special termicide foam that only licensed people can get, and he replaced the wood where it was un-patchable. It was a lot of hard work... I know because I spent a lot of time outside watching and asking questions as Max worked. All in all, I was so impressed with Termike and enjoyed working with them. I highly recommend. read more

They sub contract out so be aware that the guy who you put your faith into for the job is not the company who will show up and the people that show up don't care about customer service at all. read more

Called these folks as I saw them tenting a house in the neighborhood. Mike came out on a Saturday, explored the house, and confirmed we had several areas that could be locally treated. On the day the work was done he came out with his colleague to ensure all bases were covered. We needed to replace some wood and paint and everything was done efficiently courteously and professionally. The house was left spotless. Great value, great work, full explanation, great folks. No one likes termites but Mike and his folks make lemonade out of lemons. Highly recommend. read more

First of all, I don't know how I'm going to thank Mike, Sue, Max, and John enough for the trustworthy service they provided. I needed the last-minute (less than a week) termite and fungus service including a clearance report for my VA loan. Not only professional but excellent skills with the knowledgeable work they provided, they went beyond their job so that I can complete and turn in the required reports in time for my loan. If it wasn't for them, I would have not completed and gotten the loan for my house. I highly recommend Termike, mike, sue, and max to those who need termite and related assistance. Once again, thank you so much!! read more

Very pleased with the ease of scheduling an estimate online. The day mike came out it was raining, but he still came out even though he would not be able to inspect the outside of my house. He came out again and gave me a very reasonable price and was able to do repair and tenting the following week. I had to text him a few times, half of tent blew apart in the wind and he responded quickly. Overall great experience even though the weather was not. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Termike Pest Control! I reached out to them on a Thursday night, and heard back from them the next morning and scheduled an inspection and treatment the same day! They were so patient with my work schedule and multiple phone calls throughout the day. This is the first time I have to have my house treated for termites. Mike is very helpful and explained everything to me. I never had a problem with them when I have to have them come back as his people did not do what Mike told me what they should be doing. They also tried to clean up. I just took it from there to clean up properly. Price is fair. read more
