I can't believe there are seats available here today.

This is one of my go-to spots. I always consider consistency in good service. I receive great service here. Whether we are taking advantage of Teryaki One special or one of many freshly cut sushi rolls, quality is consistent. Today is that week between Christmas and New Year's Eve, the lunch crowd is on vacation. I'm still moving around Downtown Brooklyn, I took advantage of this time to get some fresh Dragon rolls for dinner and get points on my card. I watched as the fresh spicy Dragon rolls connect with that spicy mayo. I could smell the spice, you know how I feel about aroma. Ohhhhhh and there was seating available today (Gasp that never happens). I love this place! Stop by and pick up your point card!

Price is very reasonable. Food is pretty tasty. Place is clean. Overall, around the area, you can't beat the price.. Perfect place to get lunch.

Disappointed for my to go order. I said EXTRA SAUCE, but looks like no sauce at all! 1.13.2026

I ordered the chicken and shrimp with mixed vegetables over fried rice. Food was fresh, portions were generious and service was quick. I would probably order white rice next time because the fried rice has too much soy sauce and was salty. They currently have Chicken teriyaki special for $9.69 and I believe it is $7.99 on Sundays. Will definitely come back to try other items on their menu.

Amazing value, chicken teriyaki special will easily last you 2 satisfying meals. Chicken very tender, seems like thigh meat. Do yourself a favor - skip the fried rice, kind of oily and salty. Tempura was ok, but batter was really thick and comes with a mayo based sauce. $5 for 3 pieces. I usually like the traditional dipping sauce that real Japanese places would offer but understanding given teriyaki is the star of the show here.

Teriyaki chicken joint that also does bentos, sushi and poke bowls. Look for the big "Grand Opening" flags up front- they're doing a limited time promotion where their teriyaki chicken combo (served w/ steamed rice and veggies) is $8.89 and fried chicken dumplings at $4.69. Walk in and you'll notice it's pretty no frills- some seating is available (they have a bathroom too.) Order your meal at the counter and they'll give you a receipt with a number, they'll call out your order number at the end of the counter. Teriyaki chicken is just like the mall food version- covered in a teriyaki sauce, its a big meal that will leave you full! The chicken dumplings were crispy and good as well. They have a point card system too- if you order 6 teriyaki chickens, you'll get one free.

Heard of this spot before, and tired of burgers, stopped in on my lunch break from jury duty and got a hot meal. It's really enjoyable and price is worth it, service is quick, I will be going again.

Finally have one open in the area. This place is definitely busy. I prefer freshly cooked meat over so this is great. You can never go wrong ordering teriyaki chicken with rice. It just so satisfying.

Me and the husband grabbed lunch from here one day and the service was fast, courteous and informative. I ordered the beef teriyaki with noodle substitute and cabbage. Noodles were soft and sauce was delicious. Beef was tender! Just wish for a little more beef. Nice and clean establishment. I will definitely stop here for my fast food teriyaki fix!

You should 100% try the Chicken Teriyaki with rice and vegetables at least once in your life time at this place. It is so much better than any of the halal food trucks or BBQ places nearby for the same or lower amount of price. This is a very decent modern fast-food style asian/chinese resturant overall.

A very good selection for a quick bite to eat. There is a public seating area opposite the restaurant, ordering was very quick and the food tasted very good.

Above all, the fish quality and freshness is excellent and the nigiri felt especially authentic (not too much rice, sizable cuts of fish done in the traditional style). The akami and hamachi belly were particularly great. The toro scallion and king salmon crunch hand rolls were also favorites. Our opinions were more split on the spicy tuna crispy rice (I loved, husband was more lukewarm) and dumplings (obviously very freshly prepared but quite fried). The overall ambience is airy, quiet and calm and service was warm and fast. We would have loved to try the cocktails as they sound really interesting -- next time!

The space is pretty large, with a good amount of tables in addition to bar seating. I split the tuna crispy rice and the signature roll set and it was plenty of food for two. The signature roll set had an assortment of interesting and unique rolls ranging from truffle to mango- my fave was the New York crunch w potato crisps on top. The tuna crispy rice was also a bit different- served as a tartare w crispy rice chips for dipping. Very crispy and tasty though! Service was super attentive and very welcoming. Definitely will be coming back if I'm in the area.

Regardless, it's the best salmon roll I've ever had -- buttery with a delicate, fresh flavor wrapped in fragrant rice in perfect proportions. After experiencing the first salmon roll that I could stomach and finally understanding the hype a while ago, I've tried dozens of rolls throughout the city at many price points and this was my favorite experience. It's also relatively very affordable; my meal of a miso cod appetizer (flaky scrumptious simplicity), miso soup, a salmon roll, and green tea cheesecake came to $54 + tip. The service was also excellent. I'm the sort to dine solo with a novel, want to be completely left alone, and not notice the quality of service at all. The waitress provided the feel of an independent experience while also being very attentive, pleasant, and informative. There was an art to her skill that prompted me to observe and note an art to the service I rarely do. The staff was very watchful and reaction; everyone was well cared for. I'm inspired to try something over than a salmon roll. This seems to be the place to do it. I'll also add I was surprised to read the review on them refusing to let a guest take their leftovers home. I had just a few bites of my dessert remaining, and they asked me if I'd like it boxed unprompted.

Tried the Omakon, chef choice 5 shashimi, 6 nigiri and 1 handroll. Overall I loved each round of seafood. They picked the progression perfect. There was a really buttery fatty tuna and the mackerel was the best I have ever had. I really enjoyed the meal and will certainly come here again. We were both sufficiently full but ended up getting dessert. The mochi came in 3 flavors and was a great ending to the meal. I will also say the prices are great for some really solid suchi.

For our main, we shared the Goma Hamachi, American Wagyu Steak, Seared Salmon Roll. The hamachi and salmon roll were our favorites. So flavorful. The steak was okay. Cooked to our liking but flavor-wise wasn't anything spectacular. The sauce it came with tasted like oil with no seasoning. For my drink, I had the margarita with mezcal. It was amazing. For the service, I wish the food had been timed out better. We had a small two top table and the food came out so quickly. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing but we rushed eating our apps because we had no table space. We had to constantly shift plates, the candle, and our drinks to make room. It was slightly frustrating.

The portion size lined up with the cost, and more importantly, the quality delivered. Every sip of the broth and every slurp of the udon made it clear this was a thoughtfully prepared dish. I went with the niku udon on recommendation and it lived up to it. The flavor was rich and satisfying, and the quality of the meat really stood out. What really put things into perspective was visiting Raku shortly after. At a similar price point, the difference in portion, flavor, and quality of ingredients was noticeable. To start off, we had the Cheeseburger Dumplings ($12), which was so unique. We've never had something like this and they executed it really well. The dumplings were filled with meat and fried with a skirt. The cheese part was topped over it like a melty dressing, so a delicious and special dish here. Plus, it had a side salad to balance all the grease here. For the entrees, we had to get the udon and shared the Niku Udon ($25) and Salmon Ikura Udon ($30). It was a nice combo between a hot and cold udon. The Niku was your classic udon bowl filled with plenty of beef and a perfectly soft-boiled egg. The broth was sweet and savory for a warm and comforting meal. On the other hand, the salmon udon was quite unique with matcha udon and fresh salmon. There is a dashi to pour and mix into the noodles, which still gave it flavor and the slurp you want in a udon. Both were so great in its own way. Even their ramen also looked great, but I love all noodles. Definitely a great spot to dine near Barclays Center. Love to come back whenever I'm in the area again. The udon dishes are on the pricier side, but they're huge bowls.
