Our opinions were more split on the spicy tuna crispy rice (I loved, husband was more lukewarm) and dumplings (obviously very freshly prepared but quite fried). There is a dashi to pour and mix into the noodles, which still gave it flavor and the slurp you want in a udon. Both were so great in its own way.
