They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

Amazing! Beat every other quote by a TON! WIll definitely use them again!…read more Maria and her team of 3 ladies came out to clean a place that I was moving out of--so it was virtually empty. I needed it for the move-out inspection. When I told that to Maria she went the extra mile to make sure that everything was tidy and presentable. Took a total of 3 hours to clean a 3-bedroom 3-level townhouse from top to bottom. Will definitely use there services at my new place as their pricing blew the competition away. Can't imagine the more expensive services (in some cases TRIPLE the price) would do a better job! Thanks Sylvio and Maria!

My weekends have been FULL and cleaning hasn't happened. Other than kitchens and bathrooms, trash and laundry there has been NO cleaning here in weeks AND, despite living here for 5 months, we haven't fully unpacked. In despair I placed a Yelp! Project bid request for another company and Bright also responded. They were the only company who offered three people at an amazing rate and almost immediate time. I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! And be prepared to tip these ladies, they WILL EARN IT. (And no they don't ask or expect it), they're Uber professional. Saved my sanity.

When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Wow, I am not surprised , I also encountered very shady behaviors from their team during the work. If you do decide to give this company a try, please be careful.

Like anything you buy (car insurance, housekeeping, groceries), even when you are very happy with the service you are receiving, you should check prices with other companies to prove to yourself that you are getting a great value. Well, when I checked with 3 different cleaning services (including one just 3/4 of a mile from my home) in early 2025, they were all much more expensive. Bottom line, Maid Solutions does great work at a great value. I'm going to miss them at my new home.
