My family came here for dinner before my nephew's school band fall concert. We were seated on the patio since there was a small party/event happening inside. About five minutes later, a server brought waters and took our drink orders, a beer and a soda which arrived promptly. So far, so good. After about 20 more minutes without anyone returning, I went inside to ask if we could place our food orders. A staff member said she'd send someone out. Meanwhile, one of the patio's Halloween decorations, an animatronic witch that cackled every time someone walked by, kept going off while other servers passed us without checking in. It was a bit frustrating (and honestly distracting), but I let it slide. After another five minutes with no service, I went back inside to ask for the check so we could leave and grab dinner elsewhere before the concert. I paid for the drinks and left. Had we been able to order, I was looking forward to trying the Surf and Turf Tacos! read more

Happened upon this place while looking for brunch spots. It has a great brunch menu that includes staples like French toast, breakfast sandwiches, chilaquiles and breakfast burritos, as well as, some burgers and salads. They also have a great cocktail list. We were sat in a smaller side room as the main room was occupied by one of their Bingo events. This restaurant apparently hosts themed bingo events on a regular basis. It was all decorated for a Galentines event and was super cute. I would love to check one out. My parents had the French toast plates which came with French toast, eggs and a choice of bacon or sausage. They enjoyed their plates. I had the "Sure Bet" which was a basic plate of eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. The potatoes were delicious and crispy, the bacon( initially missing from my plate) was thick and crispy, and the scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed some of their brunch cocktails. The downside to going on an event day was that the service was slow and we struggled to get refills, condiments and when an item was missing from my plate, I had to go to the bartender for assistance as our waitress wasn't around. However, the bartender did quickly resolve the problem and was very kind about it. I would for sure return to try more of their menu. read more

Seems like a nice place I food we were served was good but we were missing food items from our orders. The service well we had to go searching for someone to help us a couple of times. The ambiance was nice however we happened to pick this establishment on the day they had an event which we were told the do events occasionally. So we were sat in a side room and that's where the lack of attention began. When we tracked down someone to attend to us they were very cordial Now I will visit this place again to be fair and see what they truly can do but knowing that they hold events you would think they would have staffing for those of us not participating in their event. O well I will be back to get the full treatment folks it's all about enjoying good places. read more

First time trying this place and am sad that I waited so long. Good ambiance and nice staff. My California Club with tater tots was excellent. My sister got the Tavern Dip that she loved, said that the meat was thinly sliced and not fatty with good flavor. Next time I am trying that one. read more

Had lunch yesterday. Made reservations on their website for a party of 5 and on the comments/special requests I was very specific on who was attending-2 adults/2toddlers, no high chairs and on baby in stroller and a low table preferably. Reservations made for 1:30pm. My best friend and I had a girls day with our toddlers. She arrive a minute just before us and checked us in and said there was only going to be 4 people. Nice, clean place beautiful Christmas decorations. They were BUSY! Didn't realize that they were having an event and Santa was also in attendance. They sat us at our table (6seaters and had 5 menus out). The space was so tight. My daughter and I sat with our backs turned to another party and hey had a very small walk way between us that the people who walked by kept side swiping us and accidentally hit my daughter in the head with a plate, it was quite unpleasant. Samantha was our server. She gave our girls coloring kids menu a with color pencils and took our drink orders. My friend had asked for a water for her daughter in a kids cup but she didn't even up bringing one, but she did get my daughters oj in a kids cup. After dropping off the drinks she left for a while and didn't come back. We were actually ready to order after she came back with drinks. So we were patiently just looking around for her. She finally came back and asked if we wanted apps and if we were still waiting on 2 more ppl. We said no it's just us and we were ready. I wasn't sure where the miss communication was, I wrote specifically on the comments reservations it was only 2 adults and the rest were children and when we were being seating we said it was just us 4. So we felt the service was a bit slow and not quite sure if they actually read the comments/ special request box but didn't realize that our server thought we were still waiting on more people that's why she took her time to take our orders. Anyways, I ordered the breakfast blunt off their speciality brunch menu and I ordered my toddler a rigatoni pasta from the kids. They tried to bring us a chilaquiles plate that we didn't order. Then later came back with all of our orders. The presentation was beautiful and portions were pretty big. My breakfast blunt burrito came with a side of tater tots that was so crunchy it was just made perfect, just the way I like it! The burrito was also so delicious, fresh guac and eggs, chorizo, beans and potato ratio was just right! Very filling and such a great dish! My daughter's kids rigatoni was okay I felt the red sauce was a bit acidic and she only took like 2 bites and ended up eating my tots. Restrooms clean, the servers that came to see us were nice. The food was really good I really do highly recommend the breakfast blunt. The service was a bit slow in the beginning and there was some kind of misunderstanding but overall I would return. read more

I have never written a review anywhere, I work in food service and would never have written one unless my experience was like this. Our first time here and not sure if we're coming back. Our server dropped off waters and didn't come back for at least 30 minutes, didn't talk to us or even introduce herself. Both my partner and I are in the bar/food industry and have never treated guests like that. Food was good, but we got it an hour after sitting down. The hostess, Sam was AMAZING!! I had to ask her to get our server to take our order after 25 mins of sitting watching the server be at other tables. Sam checked on us more than the server did to make sure we got food in and that we got everything we needed. Sam was hustling and cleaning and doing everything my partner and I would do at our places of work. She should be moved up to server and we will request her if we ever come back! Would've been 2 stars if it wasn't for Sam's service. read more

Went to TT today at 2pm 12/14/25. I ordered a couple dishes for take out. Tavern Burger and a BBQ chicken pizza. Totally came out to 45 bucks. That's just the sign of the times. I would NEVER pay full price for those 2 items because the taste and portion just wasn't worth it. But I had a half off coupon so that kinda deadens the blow. Service was 4 out of 5. Doordashed from here the other day and honestly don't have anything bad to say. The flavor of the burger was great. The fries came soggy but that's one of the things when doordashing fries. I have never been inside the restaurant so I can't comment on staff or store but we were happy with our food and will eat it again in the future. First time coming here for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn't very busy so we were seated right away. Overall the service was nice. The food did take a long time to come out and when it finally arrived our fries tasted cold like they had been sitting out. I tried the Clovis burger and my mom tried the burger sliders. She really enjoyed the sliders. I thought the burger had good flavor but I was expecting a little more from it. It was a bit on pricier side for the portions of burger and fries. I would like to come back and try something different. The inside is really nice and they have an outdoor seating area. Also huge bonus is that they serve crow & wolf's dark horse! read more

Chicken sandwhich was 40$ Tell me why a basic mcchicken from McDonald is better , probably because they actually put mayonnaise on it . And don't get me started on there room temperature water . I don't care for fancy jar displays of water just make sure it's cold . I wouldn't mind paying a high price for good food but come on at least put the ingredients in your food like how you have it described . Never saw my coleslaw and the chicken patty tasted like it was from my high school cafeteria expect the one from my high school tasted I was unaware of your even set up and the way it works . My receipt was itemized and didn't mention what you just described to me . Literally says dinner item 40$ And even listed beer I purchased . Other than that there were other issues with food ordered by family members , they order short ribs and were given roast beef on mashed potatoes ? Not sure how that's an order of short ribs . Not happy with your reply it feels more like an insult and a defensive reply rather then just admitting that their are issues with you meals and your process with hosting events . I would have asked for cold water but your servers could barely keep up with the orders and lacked the ability to check in on us because they were short staffed . There were definitely not 40 people there either maybe 20 at most and maybe 5-6 kids . Just letting people know the chicken sandwhich is not worth spending money on . read more
