I called to tell the girl about it and she apologized and said it was on her but didn't offer a resolution to replace my drink or offer to make me one that's actually drinkable. This was my favorite place but seeing how she didn't give me a replacement offer, I'm truly disappointed. I've been a loyal customer giving great reviews for the longest and I'm just bummed they offered me no replacement. She said she over blended it but it had no sign of ice and was mostly liquid form like she used too much artificially flavored syrup. The drink wasn't a smoothie. I also don't like how it gives the smoothie price but when you customize it only has the option to charge you one dollar and some change for the only cup size they offer. My 6 dollar drink came out to be almost 9 dollars with a free topping. I threw away the drink and went down the street to get a better tasting smoothie at Uni Uni. I can't believe I was served a really disgusting drink today.

Overall great tasty treat after a bowl of ramen. It's a huge dish to be shared. I think even splitting amongst the 3 of us was still a lot, you need like 5 people for this. Inflation hurts though because this was $17. I swear it was cheaper centuries ago. We Tsaocaa frequent for to go for boba so I'm pleased we have some boba options nearby in comparison to hiking to Chinatown.

I was a little disappointed by my visit to this location this afternoon as the fries were super burnt and my favorite popcorn chicken was also very burnt and dry, very different from how these usually taste when I eat at the Chinatown location. The panda milk tea was better but way way too sweet (I had ordered it with 50% sugar and it tasted like it was 100% sugar). In the future I will continue to support Hello Jasmine, but will go to the Chinatown location for any food purchases. I hope that management can see this review and standardize the quality of the food across the locations so that customers can feel comfortable visiting any of them.

The coffee had us spinning it WAS SO STRONG; we didn't realize they used a different type of bean (true Vietnamese coffee). Ok, I though I've had Vietnamese coffee but apparently Fat Milk is doing it the correct way-- they are using Robusta coffee which is stronger than the regular beans (Arabica) we typically use in the U.S. & most of the world. it's literally double the caffeine in the beans theyre using. We felt like we took something LMAO and I drink coffee almost daily so this took me off guard Definitely worth the price because of how strong the coffee is. Im glad I tried it.
