If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is such a gem inside a Mobil gas station! First of all, they have the best shrimp tempura ever, each piece of shrimp tastes like it was pulled out of the deep fryer the moment it was cooked through. The Sloppy Lobsta Roll and Sloppy Lobsta Fries were both delicious, for the fries I substituted tater tots for crinkle cut fries and the crunch was wonderful. What a fantastic gem hidden in a gas station convenience store. The Sloppy Lobsta Roll and Shrimp Burger were delicious! You can tell that there is care and love used when preparing these items, and the creative approach to them along with the sauces and garnishes is very evident. The light tempura adds a nice crunch to the abundant shrimp and lobster. I also had the tots with some seasoning and spice. Very tasty, especially with the extra dipping sauce. This place is AMAZING! The best lobster rolls I've had in my life! We tried the Sloppy Lobsta Roll, the Lobsta Lux and the Tokyo Shrimp Fries. All were soooo good! My favorite was the Lobsta Lux. The owner is cool and makes everything with love. All the recipes and special sauces all made by her. She's located inside a gas station and be prepared to wait a while for your food, as she is by herself. But totally worth the wait! I hope she gets her own restaurant and space. Wow! This place is exceptional! When you walk in it's a bit sketch but once you order and talk to the woman who owns the joint, it's super chill. Yes it's inside a gas station but I've found that little gems like these are a diamond in a ruff. I had to wait almost an hour for my food but I kept telling myself it must be worth it, because people were waiting and not leaving even when she told them it could be up to a 45 min wait.
