Always great service. If my internet goes out I can send a text and it's right back up. Very pleasing.

My manager, James Warren , knew I had a spinal injury and did everything he could to make the job difficult for me . I also appreciate that they realize the costs of vitamins, supplements, etc, are very expensive and will try to find a way that will provide you with the most relief, in the most inexpensive way they can. I also like that they use their reference books to do this, ie, finding 2 items that when combined, may allow me not to have to purchase a third item instead. I also really appreciate them referring to their reference books for safety, when prescribing herbs, etc, especially for people who have certain conditions where for example, a prebiotic might not be a safe choice. They are the best when it comes to apothecaries!

I found out after driving there that they were closed. It would have been nice if they had left a message saying they were closed for the day because it wasted my time. I know some stores are temporarily closed due to Covid-19 but seriously if you say you're open online you should probably be open!!

Not gonna bore you with all the horror stories my friends and I have accumulated over the years from dealing with this fraudulent enterprise, but I literally just walked into a store devoid of customers. The place is open for one more hr. The guy there is working on sonething with a mgr perhaps, on speakerphone. He asked me how I was doing, but couldn't be bothered to tell me how long he would be and couldn't tell the person on the phone there is a customer in the store. I walked out. These young people are clueless as to how customer service works. My next rant will be to the FCC, bec. of the way Tmobile jerks people around. Good luck if you're stuck witn them like me.

I have called customer service countless times, gone into the store, and sent emails to get this sorted out. All anyone can tell me is that the fraud department has to handle it. Of course, they won't connect me to anyone in the fraud department. I have heard I'll have to wait anywhere from 24 hours to a week for them to get in touch with me. In the meantime one rep actually suggested that I get a pay as you go phone if it's that big of deal! As a brand new customer you would think T-Mobile would do a little more to improve my experience! You would think that someone from T-Mobiles fraud department would contact me as promised! I am at a complete loss of what to do. A friend, who knows I switched told me she didn't think I was getting the texts she sent, I told her I certainly hadn't since my service was suspended. Ironically, she told me her husband has been trying to get her to switch to T-Mobile, I just laughed and told her I wouldn't recommend it. So, there are 5 more lines they won't even getting. In all, this has been the absolute worst experience I have had with a cell carrier and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! Once my contract is up (or maybe even before) I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending the same to EVERYONE I know!!!

Turns out that was a really wise decision! Because I had an issue with my name not being on my wife's account, I was a bit of a challenge to serve to get a new phone, and ended up being handed off twice to other agents, while the issue was being resolved offsite. Eventually, a gentleman named Stefan helped me out for the remainder of the transaction, which took quite a while, as I had problems remembering a password I needed to know to get into my iCloud. Fortunately, he was very patient. And then, with a little help from up above, I was able to guess/remember my password and we were able to get into the system. Stefan then spend a lot more time with me getting me straight before I left the store. Trust me, I was very thankful. But, again, the patience, professionalism, courtesy, and kindness displayed by all of the employees at this location was unparalleled. Normally, I might have become impatient with so many challenges. But feeling as though I was in very good hands, I was able to remain calm myself, and actually enjoyed the process. I would not hesitate to go back to this store next time I have the need for T-Mobile services. 5 stars!

I tried two different charging cords, both of which worked on another iPad with no problem, but the bolt would either not appear at all or it would appear and then quickly disappear right after I let go of the cord. I thought maybe there was a blockage of some sort in the port, though I'm pretty careful with my iPad. I tried gently cleaning out the port using a qtip with the cotton pulled out a bit, thinking that I didn't want to damage anything inside the port. I even watched a video of a guy pulling apart an iPad to re-solder the port, but I thought, there's no way we want to tackle THAT. Nothing worked, and I was resigned to having to get another iPad. My husband and I hopped up to the AT&T store on West Patrick in Frederick, MD, and right away we were greeted by Brian. I explained that we were there for a new iPad because my charging port wasn't working, and I had tried everything but to no avail. He nodded, said, "Got it," and went to get a tiny little tool that resembled a flat metal key. He poked around in the port, scraping at the metal part inside that, and I thought, what harm can he do because I'm getting another one anyway? WELL, IT WORKED AFTER THAT. Yes, REALLY. He took an iPad charging cord, plugged it in, and darned if that bolt didn't come right up and start recharging the iPad!WHAT KIND OF SORCERY WAS THAT?! Brian, you DA MAN!!! Thank you a million times over, and when I *do* need a new iPad, you're going to get my business!
