Tmobile is pretty horrible, overall, but walked in to get help with sonething. I had Sprint for 20 years, but now am stuck w Tmobile, due to the merge. Not gonna bore you with all the horror stories my friends and I have accumulated over the years from dealing with this fraudulent enterprise, but I literally just walked into a store devoid of customers. The place is open for one more hr. The guy there is working on sonething with a mgr perhaps, on speakerphone. He asked me how I was doing, but couldn't be bothered to tell me how long he would be and couldn't tell the person on the phone there is a customer in the store. I walked out. These young people are clueless as to how customer service works. My next rant will be to the FCC, bec. of the way Tmobile jerks people around. Good luck if you're stuck witn them like me. read more

I joined T-Mobile 6 days ago, I had service for 3 days at which point my service was suspended due to concern for fraud. I have called customer service countless times, gone into the store, and sent emails to get this sorted out. All anyone can tell me is that the fraud department has to handle it. Of course, they won't connect me to anyone in the fraud department. I have heard I'll have to wait anywhere from 24 hours to a week for them to get in touch with me. In the meantime one rep actually suggested that I get a pay as you go phone if it's that big of deal! As a brand new customer you would think T-Mobile would do a little more to improve my experience! You would think that someone from T-Mobiles fraud department would contact me as promised! I am at a complete loss of what to do. A friend, who knows I switched told me she didn't think I was getting the texts she sent, I told her I certainly hadn't since my service was suspended. Ironically, she told me her husband has been trying to get her to switch to T-Mobile, I just laughed and told her I wouldn't recommend it. So, there are 5 more lines they won't even getting. In all, this has been the absolute worst experience I have had with a cell carrier and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! Once my contract is up (or maybe even before) I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending the same to EVERYONE I know!!! read more

I have never in my life have given a bad rating to anyone until now and I'm pretty sure it's not even going to matter. I came to this location due the fact it's closer to me. I had a problem in the past with my phone and they were very helpful and now that I was having issues with my watch they do a good job at helping me. When I first came I told them that my gear watch was dying every 4 to 6 hours tops and before it would last a day or two the guy said it could be a battery issues which should be covered by the warranty so he when ahead and order me a new one. Now since the watch was giving me problem I told them to text my phone not my watch due to having issues with the watch and they said ok. After that was done I was waiting and waiting and no text then I check the watch and it had the text saying that the item was at the store and I had until the 15 of February to pick up or they would cancel the order. Today February 4 go to the location to pick up the item and they tell me they send it back because they have a 3 day policy even though t-mobile text me and told me it was the 15. After that the manager Gary tells me that I have to be an authorized user in the account for him to "reorder" one since they send it back. Which it was find because my wife wasn't with me this time so I called her to add me and she did fairly quick and when I told him ok I'm an authorized user in the account can we reorder the watch and he said he could because there was a small hair line Crack on the watch but before they didn't have an problem ordering one due to being a battery issue at this point I know for sure I will be not returning to this store and get all the update on the phones at another location. They shouldn't have order one in the first place if they shouldn't have nor send the order back and t-mobile texting me other wise. read more
