In a matter of minutes after bringing my computer in it was like a huge weight off my shoulders. Van and James are the Best IT Support ever. Van returned my call from my message in the evening before almost immediately after I left the message, I was in there the next day and he had it running in no time. They fixed the problem immediately and went above and beyond in checking my laptops performance and update status. Van explained to me everything he was doing, why he was doing it and what was and was not needed. He cleaned up my laptop, added more memory all at a very reasonable price. If you need any help with your small business, home office, printers, computers etc. I highly recommend this company. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. It is such a relief to know there is such a great company as them if anything ever goes wrong with my computer again. The knowledge that they have is just mind-boggling, you can tell they have been doing this for a very long time and are very good at what they do.

Dropped it off Thursday afternoon and had it back within 24 hrs. I'd say less than 3 hours after dropping it off, they called to give me a price quote and idea of what needed to be done, asking for the okay before proceeding. They ran into additional issues, having to unexpectedly replace the hard drive, which they did, and stuck to the quote price not charging for the replacement part which I am so thankful for! Laptop is up and running smoothly and no files lost. I did lose one program (Adobe Photoshop) but all things considered, I'm really grateful for the timeliness, price and overall outcome. Paying less than $200 to repair my laptop as opposed to losing everything and starting anew paying $600+ for a new laptop was exactly what I wanted to do. My Tech delivered and I was not disappointed. Definitely recommend.

He refused to reconnect the system that he has dismantled. I use computers 24/7 for my work and my whole business comes to a standstill if my computers don't…read morework. I had an issue with my main computer on Tuesday morning when it just would not start. It worked fine on Friday and when I tried to log in after the long weekend, it sat their like a brick. I was in a fix and tried to call around to see how I could get it fixed asap. Jose from TopDog responded immediately and offered to come by in the evening and take care of the problem. He quoted a competitive price and arrived punctually in the evening to look at the computer. He was pleasant and helpful. He figured that nothing obvious was the issue with the computer and the fix would probably cost more than the computer was worth so it was just best to get all the data off the hard drive because I needed that data to continue with my work on a different computer. He needed to take the computer to his office for that and promised to retrieve all data and get everything back to me the next day as soon as possible. He worked on the data retrieval and the data was more than he expected and the process took longer that expected too but he worked on it and made sure I got everything back by the end of the day on Wednesday. I explained to him how I needed this to run my business and I had already lost 2 days and could not afford to lose any more if impending snow kept him from giving me the data. So he went the extra mile literally and drove for an hour from his place to mine at midnight to bring me all that I needed to get back on line and in business this morning. He stayed calm and pleasant throughout and helped alleviate my anxiety by assuring me he would continue to work on it till he was able to get me back on track. I could not have been more grateful to find someone who understood how important every day is for a small business especially these days and did all that he could to help me as much as he could. Thank you Jose.
