Once there, he made me sign a document without notifying that the diagnostics fee has jumped from $50 to $250. I did not caught on this immediately since he requested credit card information during the call before coming and so he charge the card once the "agreement" is signed. He defended the charge by stating that the agreement is signed by me and is recorded on the CCTV. However, not notifying the customers that the fee has increased by $200 only after they sign the form is extremely scummy and dishonest.
