I started having issues with my video card overheating, despite being on a cooling pad. After some research I determined that the issue was that the fans were probably either dead or failing and needed to be replaced. I called Adrian, who was able to pick up my laptop at my house and returned it to my house (sweet!). It did take almost 2 weeks for my laptop to be repaired as it is a computer that he doesn't usually work on so he didn't have spare parts just lying around (completely cool - I knew that was doing to happen). I had to reach out to him a few times for updates though. He also suggested that while he had it open he could upgrade the RAM which is a no brainer for me. All in all it works great - no issues now.
