Fact: I paid Sam Delgado and the Surge Agency $1500 to build me a website for my business which had…read moremultiple locations. Fact: Surge never delivered a product as stated in the contract. Fact: I took Sam and Surge to small claims court. Fact: Sam did not show up to court after being professionally served. Fact: The judge ruled in my favor. Fact: There is a judgement against him for $1554 for failing to deliver promised services under a contract. Fact: I have been unable to garnish his wages because Surge constantly opens/closes/relocates. Fact: I will keep trying until I get the money I paid for services I never received.
