Over the years, I didn't feel like they cared properly for their customers and saw that also extends to the employees . I sustained a lot of abuse and saw a lot of abuse occuring. My manager, James Warren , knew I had a spinal injury and did everything he could to make the job difficult for me . Deliberately taking my organized vehicle and substituting it for a vehicle that was in the worst of conditions. Human resources​​ told me he could fire me if I refuse to get in the truck and work. Supervisor pulled up chair from underneath a pregnant technician, in an attempt to make her fall on the floor. Technicians will constantly targeted by management ​for not making, I and other technicians were moved far to garages farthest from our home , in an effort to make us have to drive further and get up earlier in the morning . Management joked and called it Alcatraz. It was made clear that it was punitive. So just know that Verizon is also one of those companies that abuses its employees.

He SUGGESTED it would not help my phone. It was an internal computer issue. After googling later, saw Apple no longer supported updates for that phone. Graveyard is on the Horizon. I also appreciate that they realize the costs of vitamins, supplements, etc, are very expensive and will try to find a way that will provide you with the most relief, in the most inexpensive way they can. I also like that they use their reference books to do this, ie, finding 2 items that when combined, may allow me not to have to purchase a third item instead. I also really appreciate them referring to their reference books for safety, when prescribing herbs, etc, especially for people who have certain conditions where for example, a prebiotic might not be a safe choice. I drove to the…read morestore before I had to go to work and when I pulled up at 2pm the open sign was lit up and there was a clock that said the employee would return at 12pm but there was no one there and the doors were locked I had tried calling earlier in the day 5 times and got no answer so I assumed maybe they were just busy. I found out after driving there that they were closed. It would have been nice if they had left a message saying they were closed for the day because it wasted my time. TLDR: paid $200 for this. Not the quality work I expect from the price. Try somewhere else…read more My sons 1yr old iPad 9th generation accidentally had a 15 pound dumbbell fall from a short height onto the screen (less than 6in) and it cracked in 2 places. Thankfully because the height was short there was no pixel damage, the screen had normal responsiveness, and otherwise the iPad appeared to function normally. I work long hours so had the iPad at home for 4 days prior to bringing it to Techy, June 26. Bringing it in they told me it would be 189.99 for the screen repair and with taxes that came out to just above $200. I probably should have walked away at this point but hindsight is 20/20 and they said it would be done within a day or 2 and i was going on vacation the following week so just wanted the work done. Plus on Google reviews they had a 5 star rating with a decent number of reviews so I decided to go through with the work. So they called me and said it was done the same day i brought it in. Unfortunately I was already at work so came to pick it up the next day (Day 2). They said during their testing that the screen kept turning on and off (this didn't happen before I brought it in and like I mentioned I had it for 4 days broken before bringing it in) so they would need another day to fix the problem. No problem. Thankfully I live close by. They call later that day and say it's done. Again I'm at work so have to wait until the next day. Next day (Day 3) comes and I get a call that it isn't charging so they need another day. Next day (Day 4, June 30) comes and this is what I pick up. Mind you there was never any crack or damage to the button. I wish I had taken a picture of what the broken screen looked like prior but unfortunately I didnt. When questioning them about it they said they had to reseat the button multiple times and this is unfortunately the best they could do. The button is loose in the seating plus a visible gap so I'm sure all kinds of dust and debris will get inside. Also the previous button has Touch ID capabilities and this new one does not. The worst part is that there is a warranty on the screen if it stops working but I asked about if the button is covered under the warranty and it of course isn't. I also noticed some small cracks that look to be under the new screen. They don't seem to impact the functionality of the screen and is just more a cosmetic defect so im not as worried about that. Plus if the screen stops functioning due to a tech issue that's at least covered. I'm devastated. I expected much better quality work for $200. I feel like I got scammed. The one good point is all the staff was very nice and professional. The visible appearance of the shop is nice and clean. I want to clarify I am not unhappy with the time it took for them to do the work just the overall quality of work and price together. I have no problem if you need extra time to do good work. Update: July 27th the button has completely stopped working. So less than a month. I also have noticed that I've had issues accessing my sons Apple ID which has me very concerned and this wasn't a problem prior. I don't even want to take it back to have them potentially ruin it more so here I am with a broken iPad out $200 with a potential security issue.
