I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The service was unprofessional, delays were not communicated properly, and the issue remained unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. Better accountability and customer care are needed. The staff member I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when I raised concerns about my service. This brother and sister team came highly recommended and I am so glad that I listened. I needed a recliner delivered ASAP and was able to schedule them for the very next day. They were at the furniture store on time and they set up my new recliner for me and even explained how to detached the back should I ever need to move it. Then they hauled away my old oversized recliner and several other pieces of furniture. They even took the plastic my new recliner had come in. At no time did I feel uncomfortable having them in my home. They were courteous and professional, as well as very hard workers. Would I use them again? Absolutely. read more

Very kind lady answered the phone to help arrange junk removal and moving 2 rooms. Set it up a month ahead of time and someone came to my sisters apartment to see what needed to be done. So far so good I thought. Moving day came and after waiting almost 4 hours a man and his son showed up came into the apartment and said "I'm not in the frame of my mind to do this". It's too much work and I'm not doing it. I try to help "these people" but I'm not in the mood.
