Amazing job! Courtesy all the way! Let me know when they were coming, and we're in & out leaving everything clean and smelling great!

We just moved to this area and purchased a beautiful old home with lovely area rugs. Chris and his crew came to the property to get the rugs before we even moved in and worked diligently to thoroughly clean and sanitize them. The quality of their services and work is outstanding. The care for our beautiful carpets and oriental rug is above and beyond what we hoped for. Chris checked in daily and explained the process they were going thru to bring these gorgeous pieces back to their former glory. They turned out lovely and they returned them with care and precision. What a beautiful welcome to this wonderful city with service and professionalism. The value of this type of service is epic. The best. We went to visit their amazing operation and they gave us a tour of their beautiful facilities with open arms. Chris is a friendly and amazing representative of this business and he shows such pride and respect for his company. Again the Value of work and the price was right. We thank you for your warm welcome and respect, Chris and team. Dr. Brian and Sandy McKinnon read more

I wanted to post this because the professionalism was superb. I'm very cautious about who comes in my home. The team was outstanding, taking special care of my home the way I do. They covered my hard wood floors with tarps used corner guards so my walls wouldn't get damaged by hoses. they wore foot protection to protect my floors from damage, the Central location kept in touch with me making sure I was informed of any schedule changes, they even notified me one day before they came. If you're looking for a professional service I highly recommend this one. They did my whole home half of it has white carpet. I only pictured the living room. Nice Job! read more

Just recently moved to Hagerstown and had my carpets cleaned by AmeriClean Cleaning Services. Todd did a great job on the carpets and was on time , friendly, and got straight to work! Sheila the owner, was also friendly, helpful, responsive to emails and phone calls. Would highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. read more

I found AmeriClean online, when searching for a carpet cleaning service. I'm selling my home, and wanted the 14-yr old carpets in the bedrooms and a staircase to look their best. What a great job, and quick/easy for me, the homeowner. I also needed carpet repair in a few corners of doorways, and had a piece of original carpeting to use for the repair. Todd used the original carpet to fix the torn carpet areas, then shampooed everything. It all looks so good! And the price is competitive with the big wholesale companies. This is a local company, woman-owned, efficient, on time and thorough. I even received a call the next day from the owner, Sheila, to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I don't think you can go wrong with this company and their service. I am pleased I chose this local company. read more

Great place! Had a carpet they cleaned because of my fur baby. They called to check in about a week later. They did a great job.

I love supporting local business so I thought I'd give this company a try. One never knows when it comes to carpet cleaning so it was like here goes.... I could not be more satisfied with them. Very responsive, professional, friendly and listened about my carpet issues. We have a senior dog and 20 year old carpet. Hesitant to replace until our sweet girl crosses so I prayed this would clean and freshen. Boy it looks like the day we moved in. Fresh, hard stains gone! Gave it a few days to see if they'd creep back but nothing yet. I will for sure use them again. And it is was done at a reasonable price too! Highly recommended! read more

My 12 year old carpeting needed cleaning badly and Todd did a fantastic job!! Very thorough and went the extra mile by treating stain spots and deep steamed throughout the house... he is my new carpet cleaner, hands down! read more

Very good work. Had my carpets steam cleaned and deodorized. They were very accommodating with my schedule and my carpets looks better than when I moved in. Very happy and will use again in the future. read more

If you want great customer service they have that, but I had a bedroom cleaned and saw zero difference. I actually rented a rug doctor shortly after and it really got this one area deeper than the professionals. I would recommend them, but I'm just not sure if it "works" as it should for the cost... read more

We are very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. What we thought was a disaster stain turned out to be treatable and is now just an ugly memory! Stain gone! Bravo and Thanks. read more

We just had our carpets cleaned by Americlean and the service was professional and extremely well done. From the initial contact with the business by phone, the follow up emails and phone call reminder, to the technician that did our carpets, I could find no fault, everything was great. The technician did a super job and was so thorough, kind and explained everything clearly. Overall this was a top notch service and our carpets and couch look brand new. I would highly recommend! read more

It's extremely rare today to get exemplary service from a company which truly appreciates your business. AmeriClean is one of those companies. The service professional who came to my home was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even instructed me on how to maintain my carpet and ceramic tile between cleanings. In addition, the company owner contacted me personally before and after my appointment to answer any questions I had and make sure I was satisfied. How many companies do that today? I will be a repeat customer, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning service. read more

Used to be reallly good, now constant cancels then can't do the job! Would never be back as a customer!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday, but the service from this company didn't start there. The company has called me several times: to tell me about their service once I left a message, to confirm the appointment made, to remind me the day before, and I have a feeling a will receive a call today to ask how the service was completed. I appreciate a company that appreciates my business! The person that cleaned my carpets yesterday was very professional, respected my house by laying towels on the regular floors for hoses to be brought in, and applied plastic shoe covers to finish the carpet cleaning so not to bring the outdoors in on his shoes. The carpets look great! The only down side: I thought the service was a little on the expensive side- but the company gave a military discount. Other carpet cleaners are cheaper, but most times you get what you pay for. It would have been great if the company would accept other competitors coupons. I would recommend this company for your carpet cleaning! read more

While they were already occupied when we would have needed them, I will be contacting them in the future. The owner contacted me later to make sure that we had been satisfactorily serviced by another firm. That kind of customer service is very unusual in this field, we have found. Good work Linda. read more

African American. On 6/16/2017 We received a phone call from AmeriClean saying that we need to pay $289.38. We rented a property in Frederick, Maryland from Guardian Properties and Guardian Properties agreed with my husband to take the carpet cleaning fee out of the security deposit and didn't do it. This was apart of the lease. My husband was threatened that if he didn't pay quickly that it would go on our credit report. The carpet was cleaned on 05/12/2016 and we were there at the property to let the tech in. Once the tech finished we asked for a copy of the bill to have proof that it was professionally clean and the tech said no that Guardian Properties gets the invoice again they agreed to pay the bill. We had no idea that all of this was going on AmeriClean got their money because my husband paid in full. It is wrong and bad business practice AmeriClean should have made Guardian Properties pay that was the agreement. BEWARE!!!!!! read more
