We are so thankful we found Nate and Rough Diamonds Construction…read more Nate and his crew completed a kitchen and dining room remodel, a bathroom remodel, and installed new flooring throughout our home. It was a large project, and from start to finish, Nate proved himself to be someone we could completely trust. If Nate says he's going to do something, he does it! We had a very tight timeline, and he worked incredibly hard to make sure everything stayed on schedule. As with any renovation in an older home, unexpected situations came up, but Nate handled each one with professionalism and care. One of the things we appreciated most was his communication. He is highly responsive and kept us informed throughout the project, never leaving us wondering what was happening next. When we had questions or concerns during our renovation, Nate always listened patiently, answered them thoughtfully, and handled every concern with kindness, grace, and respect. We always felt like our concerns were important to him. One thing especially worth noting is that Nate stands behind his work 100%. Before he considered the project finished, he made sure every detail was exactly as it should be. He wanted us to be completely happy with the finished result--which we truly are! His pricing was more than fair, and the final touch was incredible. He brought in a professional cleaner who cleaned and disinfected the house, leaving everything spotless and completely turnkey. Beyond his craftsmanship, Nate is simply a genuinely good person who cares about his customers. After spending weeks working in our home, we came away genuinely grateful to know him. He is kind, honest, thoughtful, and someone we would welcome back into our home without hesitation. We are excited to enjoy our beautiful new spaces for years to come. Thank you, Nate!
