I acknowledged this and had no problem with this, but I was very disappointed at this Servpro office's communication on the status of my belongings throughout the cleaning process. When I finally got my things back, there were still a lot of things damaged or not cleaned that I easily wiped the ash off of with my finger, like no attempt was made to clean them at all. I put them in my own dishwasher and they came clean... and I paid how much for their professional cleaning service that took for how many weeks? There were other items that got damaged during the cleaning process that I had to throw out, and then understandably there were things like bed sheets that didn't come clean... however they put all these items back in the same boxes dirty & clean together, and never communicated to me that they weren't able to clean everything. I emailed the representative all of these concerns with photos and she basically wrote off my concerns. I have been dealing with a ton of crap since the fire and did not have the patience to argue with another company about poor service, so I just paid them to be done with it.
