Jay is always prompt and affordable and does great work. For example, this weekend the rental property fridge was broken. I could not leave my house to bring up a dorm fridge as a stop-gap due to needing to stay home for a repairman myself, and with it being a holiday weekend I couldn't find anyone to look at the fridge for at least two days. Jay kindly re-arranged his schedule so that he could get the fridge up to the cabin well in advance of the next guests - on a Sunday! He has done tree work and paving for us as well with excellent results. Highly recommend.

I decided to do the house cleaning myself but they did come clean most of the carpets. They did a great job but since I have multiple dogs, there was a lingering dog smell. Customer satisfaction is her top priority and most companies would not be willing to come back and clean the carpets again for free. I highly recommend Nowa Diamond shine and value their level of commitment and satisfaction.

This is not an uncommon occurrence with his company, his own employees have mentioned similar instances with other clients. Do not use this company - this review will stay here as a warning to others until I receive my refund back.
