I decided to do the house cleaning myself but they did come clean most of the carpets. They did a great job but since I have multiple dogs, there was a lingering dog smell. I called Noemi and explained this to her and she and a crew member came out again to clean the carpets. Customer satisfaction is her top priority and most companies would not be willing to come back and clean the carpets again for free. This was our first time using move-out cleaning services since we just bought our first home, and we're considering regular cleanings by EliteShine at our new home when life gets in the way and too busy for us. I was embarrassed to show the mess in our old home, especially in the bedroom and bathroom of our 16 y.o nephew who left the most heinous funk and the filthiest tub, but Marcello and Isabella performed a miracle in both areas!! I wish we would've used their move-in services earlier this month, but our closing was so fast, and they were booked. Nonetheless, I'm highly impressed with the work they performed, and I'll definitely be reaching out to them again. Thank you, Marcello and Isabella!!

This is for the 250-604-1536 business…read more I have a lot of compassion for small business owners, but also feel the need to warn others. My interactions with Yliclean started in March 2025 and problem still not resolved and service not delivered. I purchased a Groupon for $130. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and they said they might not be able to do it because my house is too big for the 2 hours I paid for. I explained that the cleaning do ace does not include the mother-in-law suite, and was told to call again. --I missed the expiration date by a week because of a car accident and the merchant was not able to arrange with Groupon to get me an extension. I had to call them myself at which time an extension was granted, no problem. I contacted the merchant with this information, at which she said that she would wait to hear from Groupon and get back to me. No answer for a few weeks. I reached out repeatedly to the merchant. As of today, she still has not had effective communication with Groupon to make sure she will be paid for service to me. I followed up several times. The only response I get is that only Groupon can fix this, which makes no sense. Groupon said the merchant can proceed since they approved the extension.... I totally wasted $130 for no good reason that I can see.

Within hours of me filling out the Yelp form, they were in my home, and by that afternoon they sent a quote and we scheduled a date. All communications - details, appointment confirmation/reminder, arrival - were communicated clearly and timely basis via Yelp and text. Susana inquired if there were any specific cleaning products I liked, and used those I requested for the floors and stainless steel. On cleaning day they arrived equipped with all tools and supplies. Their crew of 4 total spent 6-1/2 hours cleaning my house. There was a kitchen specialist and a bathroom specialist, with the other two going room-by-room to the other areas of the house. The outcome was wonderful. It felt as if the bathrooms were detailed by hand and the kitchen feels brand new! All other areas of the home were detailed as well, with all surfaces being cleaned. Also, the house smelled great. It was a treat to have this team do in a day what I usually do over many weeks! I can't recommend this team enough. In addition to presenting themselves professionally before the job, they were super-professional and diligent while working. They know what they are doing and do it with a quiet pride. Thank you!

Several areas were overlooked, surfaces were still dirty, and the overall job felt rushed and incomplete. I expected my home to look and feel thoroughly cleaned, especially after paying for a deep-cleaning service, but I was extremely disappointed with the results. I do not recommend this company. Save your time and money--do not book them. Response to the owners: Unfortunately, much of the information in your response is inaccurate. Several areas of our home were still visibly dirty after the cleaning. I personally wiped down multiple cabinets, and the cleaning cloths were covered in dirt. The pantry shelves were also left filthy. As requested, I sent photos documenting these issues, but I never received a response. Please do not misrepresent the condition in which our home was left or the efforts I made to contact you.
