This is for the 250-604-1536 business. I have a lot of compassion for small business owners, but also feel the need to warn others. My interactions with Yliclean started in March 2025 and problem still not resolved and service not delivered. I purchased a Groupon for $130. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and they said they might not be able to do it because my house is too big for the 2 hours I paid for. I explained that the cleaning do ace does not include the mother-in-law suite, and was told to call again. --I missed the expiration date by a week because of a car accident and the merchant was not able to arrange with Groupon to get me an extension. I had to call them myself at which time an extension was granted, no problem. I contacted the merchant with this information, at which she said that she would wait to hear from Groupon and get back to me. No answer for a few weeks. I reached out repeatedly to the merchant. As of today, she still has not had effective communication with Groupon to make sure she will be paid for service to me. I followed up several times. The only response I get is that only Groupon can fix this, which makes no sense. Groupon said the merchant can proceed since they approved the extension.... I totally wasted $130 for no good reason that I can see. read more

My entire basement which is full of furnishings had a significant amount of dust from drywall work that was on everything in the basement including on furniture, pots and pans and baking pans, exercise equipment and furnisings and the laundry room. The workers from YliClean performed the work in a very organized way cleaning everything to a spotless condition. The company clearly has a high standard for their employees and the employees work to maintain that standard. And, if that wasn't enough they also cleaned the refrigerator and toilet in the basement and my stove and upstairs powder room. All the work was completed on the same day. I paid 250.00. My expectations were clearly mapped out. I was soo excited to have my cabinets cleaned out. Paid and tipped o ly to find out that MY bottom cabinets were completely untouched!! My upper cabinets were Not properly wiped out either. I just took a dry cloth and wiped out all the dust they left behind. What in the world were they doing if this little kitchen was not cleaned in 3 hours and 15 minutes I was billed for? Clearly when you leave out, they don't work. The manager claims the cleaners cleaned and has denied me compensation or a reasonable turn around to just come clean my cabinets. This was after full payment and a very nice cash tip!!! Hired YliClean through Amazon Home Services to do a whole house "Deep Cleaning". The price given was a flat rate, based upon house size. The night before, the owner texted asking about the number of rooms. When I told her, she said "You bought 5.5 man-hours of cleaning, so we probably can't do the whole house." The cleaners came on time and did a great job on most, but didn't do the basement level because they'd worked the allotted time. The owner texted that the job could be finished if I paid for another hour. I declined. I complained to Amazon, who did not stand behind their "Happiness Guarantee". I complained to YliClean, and they never responded. Bottom line, good cleaning but make sure of the price and DO NOT USE AMAZON HOME SERVICES as they don't honor their so-called "Happiness Guarantee." read more

I bought a 2 hour house cleaning on groupon. One quick email and within an hour they confirmed a day and time. They confirmed the day before and arrived on time. They were courteous and hard working. They asked about the areas of focus (given the 2 hours) and away they went, Everything was cleaned thoroughly and looks as good as the day I moved in. I have purchased Groupons previously for other companies, but scheduling was difficult and they wouldn't arrive on time if at all. The exact opposite of YliClean. We had employed YliClean for regular cleaning, then move out cleaning services. During normal cleaning there were multiple times when an entire room was completely overlooked. Our objects were also always randomly placed after cleaning, and it would take us ages to find them - inconsistent time to time. On our move out cleaning, which was over $300, stains from my children were left on the wall that the cleaners did not clean despite specific requests to do so, that I was left scrambling to clean myself right before move out. Could not recommend for a thorough cleaning, but fine if you do not need a comprehensive cleaning service. read more

Very disappointed in my interactions with this company. In my search for a regular cleaning service, I purchased a Groupon and Yliclean seemed like a good one to try. I read the fine print in the Groupon which states that you must be within a 15-mile radius of 20906 for their service area. Ok, makes sense. Of course I enter this into google maps and am 13.1 miles. That fits. I try 3 times over 2 weeks to reach them to schedule an appt. I call the number and leave messages. No response. I visited their website and submitted a message. No response. Finally I see a message on their site to call OR text. So I texted. Immediate response so I'm hopeful! They then say I'm 16 miles from their address. After some back-and-forth it turns out they were using an address that is different from the zip code only that was given in the Groupon instructions. Even after showing that evidence, they still wanted to charge me extra to come out. That kind of customer service does not receive my business. I followed the instructions (that I presume THEY provided to Groupon) and they did not honor it. Bad customer service and not honoring your own word is a bad sign which lost this potentially recurring business. If you decide to use them - be careful. read more
