My interactions with Yliclean started in March 2025 and problem still not resolved and service not delivered. I purchased a Groupon for $130. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and they said they might not be able to do it because my house is too big for the 2 hours I paid for. I explained that the cleaning do ace does not include the mother-in-law suite, and was told to call again. --I missed the expiration date by a week because of a car accident and the merchant was not able to arrange with Groupon to get me an extension. I had to call them myself at which time an extension was granted, no problem. I contacted the merchant with this information, at which she said that she would wait to hear from Groupon and get back to me. No answer for a few weeks. I reached out repeatedly to the merchant. As of today, she still has not had effective communication with Groupon to make sure she will be paid for service to me. I followed up several times. The only response I get is that only Groupon can fix this, which makes no sense. Groupon said the merchant can proceed since they approved the extension.... I totally wasted $130 for no good reason that I can see.

A friend recommended this company so I was pumped to have them clean our new condo we just…read morepurchased. I called a month in advance to schedule my cleaning. Spoke with Carlos, who seemed unorganized. I explained that we were going to closing on the 14th and I would like a evening cleaning, since he said they take their last appt at 4. He said he would reserve me for the 14th and the 15th just in case our closing went over and we couldn't make it. I thought, great how wonderful and helpful... He cares! He tells me that he will email me the quote and the confirmation. I wait and wait and wait..... Two days later still nothing. So I email and call him.... He says he's been "busy" and will send it soon! Then a couple of more days go by and still nothing. I contact him again and he said he wrote my email wrong and the "quote" was in his outbox. OK?! So why not contact me to fix the issue?! Or at the very least make sure I get my quote?? Then as if this was a sign enough to not use them and schedule with a more reputable company, my friend who referred me send me a screen shot Carlos messaging her, stating he lost my contact information and could she provide it..... Wait this is the CEO of the company and he's this scattered brain?! She ask me if its ok and I tell her yes. I wait all day expecting him to contact me since he stated he needed to contact me about my cleaning. NOPE! So I finally email and say here is my contact info, My friend said you lost my info. He gave me some silly excuse about moving and someone misplacing my information. Sir, you emailed me and I'm almost sure it saved my information in your email (inbox and outbox) Becoming skeptical of the company I ask if everything was still on and OK for the 14th. I get a response from Carlos that he would not be able to clean my condo on the confirmed day because he booked someone else for that day and that he could move me to the 15th and 16th instead. WHAT?!?! I was never told this or sent any kind of information asking if I would be OK with having my date changed. How would I have ever known?! This is unacceptable .... So I explain and send him the original email where he stated the dates and confirmed that he would be cleaning my condo on the 14 or 15th, no answer back. I wait a day and email again and he finally responds with he can fit me in on the 15th at 8 a.m. I agree and think all is well. Think again! I write him the night before the cleaning to confirm the time they will be arriving tomorrow.... And I get 10:30-11:30 time frame. Wait, wait wait..... This is the final strike. I explain that I was told they would be there early in the morning and now once again am being pushed back. He responds with that he's cleaning another house (my friends) which is bigger and obviously more money so we got pushed out of the way..... I have everything planned and timed for my move-in and he has completely ruined everything. I also have an appt at 10am and will not be available to let this company in. Not only have I been treated like the red headed step child more than once (completely my bad for over looking all of the signs of a bad business) he doesn't try to fix the situation by telling the other people that he needs to push them back an hour or so. This company obviously needs to work on scheduling, customer service and organizing. This is not how you do "business" and I would def say customers beware. If they are this scattered and money hungry, it's speaks volumes about their over all business. I spoke with my friend wed because she just sold her house and was trying to schedule to have them clean before they hand over the keys and she said that Carlos has been difficult and hard to get in contact with and scheduled. He's terribly unorganized and it was difficult for her to get her house scheduled and cleaned by them again. That he is not good with follow through and doesn't respond via phone. They came to clean my 1500 sq foot home that was completely empty. They show up a@ 9:20am. They were here till 11:05 and Carlos showed up.... You could tell he was rushing them and I honestly can't say what they did bc my house is still dirty. It took them an 1-1/2 to clean a empty place?! They leave and we come in and see the TERRIBLE job. My room closet (both) were not vacuumed, they left several cob webs in the apt after we asked for them to be cleaned, the stove side wasn't wiped down and still had grease, there are dust bunnies every where, and make the house smell like cleaner to trick you. They also used all of my paper towels, soap, step stools and supples. I pay for you to bring your stuff and not use mine. I inform Carlos of issues, he comes back and re"cleans" but doesn't bring vacuum even though I showed him pics. As I was cooking last night a few dust bunnies flew off top of fridge! GROSS! I was basically robbed

They claimed that they tried calling but they said my number did not work (I did not let it bother me, although I confirmed that they had the right number, I was just happy that they were there). I have a small home that is pretty tidy. I hired them because I wanted a deep clean of the whole house. They estimated that a deep clean for a house of my size would take 2.5 hrs. for two people to clean. Okay, great. Upon my return 2.5 hrs later, only the upper level of my house had been completed. They flew through the main level in 30 minutes. My guess was that the top floor that they cleaned for 2.5 hrs would be perfect (heck, it took 2 people 2.5 hrs to clean 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). Nope, I was wrong! The bedrooms had been brushed over, nothing was dusted and they only vaccummed one of two bedrooms. At $75 per hour, I expect a cleaned home. Not a half done job. Oh, did I mention that they did not even clean my second bathroom?! And... here's the kicker... they dumped their trash bag from the cleaning on my front lawn on their way out (right in my flower bed!) To pay $225 to clean a small house. I should not have to clean my own bathroom and pick up trash off my front yard. Do not be fooled by their impressive claims when you book an appointment with them. They sold me on their claim to be top in attention to detail. Even when I spoke with the manager afterwards, she wanted me to PAY for a two week follow up cleaning for them to "prove themselves" to me and that the two girls were not their finest cleaners. Not a fat chance. I have used cleaning services before and I was not impressed by Thai Cleaning at all. Take your business and money elsewhere.

Of course then, it just wouldn't get done, which was very annoying. Eventually, I figured out that the only option was to contact Corina in the office, talk to her, and have her relay whatever it was to her workers. I finally gave up on them when I came home to find the workers just arriving. As the workers entered, my dog excitedly came running to see what was going on (as he always does). The worker than threw a coil of heavy vacuum cleaner hose at him!!!! I have no idea if they had been mistreating him this way all along, but that was the last time they set foot in my house.

I found my front door unlocked multiple times after cleanings. I would complain and they would stop doing it, then it started again. One time I was told it was left unlocked because they thought my husband was home. Because he is Rambo and wants to fight the bad guys hand to hand? Also, they just cleaned the whole house so they knew that wasn't true. CR Services has a lot of excuses. The kicker came when my engagement ring disappears after a cleaning. I got a lot of blame from Corina (if you had asked us before the vacuum was emptied, etc) and not a lot of apology which is typical of them. I've used cleaning services for years and never had something disappear. It happened with this company so I would never use them again.
