Do not waste your time or money with this cleaning service. Where do I start?.... The two girls they sent out were late. No call, nothing. They claimed that they tried calling but they said my number did not work (I did not let it bother me, although I confirmed that they had the right number, I was just happy that they were there). I have a small home that is pretty tidy. I hired them because I wanted a deep clean of the whole house. They estimated that a deep clean for a house of my size would take 2.5 hrs. for two people to clean. Okay, great. Upon my return 2.5 hrs later, only the upper level of my house had been completed. They flew through the main level in 30 minutes. My guess was that the top floor that they cleaned for 2.5 hrs would be perfect (heck, it took 2 people 2.5 hrs to clean 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). Nope, I was wrong! The bedrooms had been brushed over, nothing was dusted and they only vaccummed one of two bedrooms. At $75 per hour, I expect a cleaned home. Not a half done job. Oh, did I mention that they did not even clean my second bathroom?! And... here's the kicker... they dumped their trash bag from the cleaning on my front lawn on their way out (right in my flower bed!) To pay $225 to clean a small house. I should not have to clean my own bathroom and pick up trash off my front yard. Do not be fooled by their impressive claims when you book an appointment with them. They sold me on their claim to be top in attention to detail. Even when I spoke with the manager afterwards, she wanted me to PAY for a two week follow up cleaning for them to "prove themselves" to me and that the two girls were not their finest cleaners. Not a fat chance. I have used cleaning services before and I was not impressed by Thai Cleaning at all. Take your business and money elsewhere. read more

Well, two girls showed up with no mop and took forever to clean the house. Charged 67 dollars per hour for the questionable level of clean. When I took a paper towel and wiped the floor in front of them afterwards, the towel came up dirty. Dust was not taken care of. One of the maids expressed some amount of attitude and generally just gave up on cleaning. There was a big amount of chatting between them during the job duties. We were not satisfied with the job done and I would not recommend this cleaning service to no one. My friend who has been using the thai cleaners for over a year now recommended them, and I am glad that she did because I was quite happy with the service and otherwise would have never used them based on the reviews listed here. Went there for an interview and spoke to a nice lady that works for them but she's been working there 4 years is what she told me and the woman on the phone claimed she worked there for 6-7 years first off. While I was there for my observation I found out that she said a lot of customers don't like the way the cleaning products that they provide for you smell or clean & YOU HAVE TO MIX THE CHEMICALS YOURSELF. On top of that you have to provide your own vacuum. I asked a lot of people about cleaning jobs and this is by far the most unprofessional. So not only did I find out I'd have to drive 15-19 miles from my current location but then I also have to provide my own cleaning supplies along with my own vacuum so customers would be satisfied with the smell and cleanliness. Because that's how you get customers that want you to clean for them and so you can get tips from them. But that also means you're paying more money for gas because they don't reimburse your gas and your own cleaning supplies you'll have to buy if you want good reviews from the customers house you're cleaning and bring and dirty up your OWN vacuum. Never heard of no company like this in my life. At first it seemed ideal until I spoke with the woman who's worked there for 4 years part time. ALSO if you have food stamps from the state they only allow you to work part time. So keep this in mind all moms who might be applying. read more

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing the lackluster reviews here. My co-worker had recommended Thai Cleaning, and I was discouraged by the poor reviews, but thought I'd trust their judgement and try it out. Thank goodness I did! During their first clean of my home, which was a deep clean, the house was perfection. I think they cleaned things that I had never touched. My kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling. I since have used Thai Cleaning once a month, and have never had a poor experience. I am not home during the time of the cleaning, so I cannot speak for their timeliness or demeanor. I can say that they make every attempt to put frames and home decor back exactly where it was after dusting, and even took the time to clean-up and arrange our son's nursery.
