Of course then, it just wouldn't get done, which was very annoying. Eventually, I figured out that the only option was to contact Corina in the office, talk to her, and have her relay whatever it was to her workers. I finally gave up on them when I came home to find the workers just arriving. As the workers entered, my dog excitedly came running to see what was going on (as he always does). The worker than threw a coil of heavy vacuum cleaner hose at him!!!! I have no idea if they had been mistreating him this way all along, but that was the last time they set foot in my house.

One time I was told it was left unlocked because they thought my husband was home. Because he is Rambo and wants to fight the bad guys hand to hand? Also, they just cleaned the whole house so they knew that wasn't true. CR Services has a lot of excuses. The kicker came when my engagement ring disappears after a cleaning. I got a lot of blame from Corina (if you had asked us before the vacuum was emptied, etc) and not a lot of apology which is typical of them. I've used cleaning services for years and never had something disappear. It happened with this company so I would never use them again.

The person who came spent over two hours cleaning, but I could not identify anything that had actually been cleaned other than the stovetop. There was still dust and cat hair on the furniture and floors, there was actual dirt on the floors that was not there when they started, nothing had been vacuumed, it did not appear that anything had been swept or dusted, my area rugs were stuffed into trash bags, and the cats' food and water dishes had been dumped out. The cleaning staff that came to my home did not know many of the specifics of things we wanted cleaned. Also, we had to ask them to go over many parts of the house as their effort was minimal. They were kind to us and gladly went over the spots, but still, we did NOT get our money's worth. 6 bedrooms in our house and all the did was vacuum, maybe dusted the baseboards a bit. Why did I pay so much money for that? It was just disappointing. It was a busy time of year, and I know it's hard to manage a small business, but the communication with Cleaning Frenzy was ridiculous. Will not be giving my money to them again.
