Dave was on time, he only charges for the sq ft that he cleans, not the square ft of the whole room. He spent about 3 hours doing our master bedroom and my son's bedroom. 400 sq ft for our room plus closet and another 100 or so for his room. These carpets haven't been cleaned professionally before and they are 16 years old, installed when we built our home. Highly recommended.

Alright... Review time. To anyone whose reticent about using…read morethis guy; Don't be. Sometimes, the most obscure, small guys do the best job - and he's no exception. I was the difficult customer due to my scheduling, but he worked it out with me to get the job done. He showed up on time fully stocked, with all the tools and equipment he needed to do the job. He is a self starter, required no input after the initial conversation about wants and expectations. He said he'd be done in about a hour at 9am, and at 10:10, he was packing up - True to his word. The carpets and upholstery were vacuumed and cleaned. Stains were removed and the cleaning agent smells nice without being "too much" and leaving your house smelling like a dollar store toilet disinfectant isle. Additionally, he showed up with the -right- tools for the job, and not a rug doctor rented from walmart - a HUGE plus in my book. It shows he cares enough about what he's doing to invest money into making sure his output is exceptional. Pertaining to appearance, he was dressed as he should be - in work clothes, but cleanly. If he smokes, I didn't know about it- as it didn't affect the job he was doing... you know the guys who come and do a job, and every time you check on them, they're missing? Not this guy. He was dedicated to the task with no d*cking around. Concerning pricing - Absolutely fair. Probably a little too fair for the job he did and the time he put in with the specialized equipment. As he left, he talked me though the wrap up with instructions one what to expect, and final tasks to make sure the carpet and couches look their best. On the downside, he's a bit hard to find on facebook, or google - but these things get better as time goes on and business grows. My business is hard to find on these as well due to poor SEO - but it is what it is. Final thoughts: If you have the opportunity to use him, don't hesitate. He certainly left my stuff in a better state!
