We have a large sectional and two chairs that have had lots of use over the years and badly needed help. I chose S4S based on the great reviews here and on other review platforms. I'm so glad I did! Good customer service is very important to me. From the initial call with Eric, I knew we would be in good hands. His professionalism, deep expertise, detailed explanation of what to expect, and straightforward quote (no surprises), made an excellent impression. Most importantly, the results he delivered exceeded our expectations. We are exceptionally pleased and will recommend Sanitize 4 Serenity to everyone we know. Thank you for a great experience, Eric!

We hired The Clean Castle two years ago, when we moved to Maryland. They did a "move-in clean"…read morebefore we arrived, and the home was spotless for us. We have continued to use them bi-monthly for two years, and now we are moving again, and they will be doing our "move-out clean" for the new owners to arrive at a clean home. They usually send two cleaners, and they have a routine they follow every time they come. The house is done in around 1 1/2 hours. They are very trustworthy, and take direction easily if needed. They are polite and friendly, and we have a great working relationship. I can wholeheartedly recommend The Clean Castle for cleaning your home.

If I coiuld give -10 stars I would. I hired this company for a move out deep clean. To say I was…read moredisappointed would be an understatement. They did not clean the stove. Tried to tell me the stove was old whwhen it was purchased less than a year ago. I sprayed it, wiped it down and it was clean. I was told the baseboards and caninets would be wiped down before booking. Upon inspection they weren't touched. I was then told they only dust those areas. Doesn't even make sense. The floors were't mopped. The windows wasn't cleaned. While I was pointing this out ahe found it funnt and asked why I'm mad. On top of paying them I had to go buy products and do the cleaning myself. I steingly suggest not hiring these scammers.

Their services are just okay. I don't expect perfection, but I don't want to run my hand across the…read morekitchen and bathroom counter tops to feel like they haven't been wiped down properly. The ladies that come to clean do everything, from cleaning the bathrooms and toilets to vacuuming all floors. But they don't clean with attention to detail, which is strange because I see another reviewer wrote that the ladies folded the toilet rolls nicely for them whereas for us, they left it in the uneven rip the toilet paper roll was last left in. Whatever, because I could care less about that. The very first time they came to clean, they didn't wipe all the bathroom items down all the way, so it took for us to request for them to wipe those down more thoroughly for that to happen. Also, as I mentioned above, counter top surfaces aren't wiped down meticulously. I noticed the area where we usually eat on the kitchen counter top still had tiny food crumbs/spills, which were easily wiped away when I went over that area and wiped it down. I expect thoroughness over speed. We switched cleaning ladies and companies, and the previous ladies made sure to clean and wipe down all surfaces spotlessly, so maybe that's why I am being so particular. I don't think I'm asking for too much though, so I'm on the hunt for a better cleaning company.

The job was mediocre at best. I gave a priority list of things I wanted accomplished and was told…read morethat the list was complete (I was not there when the job was done but the house was completely empty in preparation for renters). It appeared as though all that was done was the bathroom I asked to be cleaned (and even still, that was mediocre) and vacuuming. Not at all what I would expect for a home turnover for renters. I stupidly sent my check before really inspecting the job and of course didn't hear back when I emailed the owner with my concerns. Lesson learned on my part..make sure you're present, thoroughly inspect the job before paying, and never use this company again!

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from this company. I scheduled the cleaning…read morebecause I was moving out and had new tenants moving in. I later learned that there was misunderstanding between myself and the sales associate I spoke to; because when the cleaning guy showed up to my condo he was only there to clean my carpet (which I don't have). After many phone calls back and forth between myself and the sales associate, the cleaning guy came back with the correct equipment to clean my condo. The machine that he used to clean my floors left a white residue which I had to reclean. He was also supposed to clean my kitchen, but I ended up doing it myself while he was outside smoking a cigarette. He attempted to clean my bathrooms, but did a very poor job. All of this work cost me $305. I ended up calling the sales associate back and complained about the poor job that was done. He really didn't seem interested in hearing about my issue and only wanted to focus on the misunderstanding about what kind of work I needed done. At one point he told me that I should be grateful that they did the cleaning at such a low cost. I then asked him if I could speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager and continued on. During the end of our conversation he mentioned his supervisor...no wonder we were having a communication problem; this guy doesn't understand that when I asked to speak to the manager, I am referring to his boss! He called me back a few minutes later and told me that they would be crediting my bill 10% (it has been over three weeks now and I still have not received this credit). Don't waste your time and money!
