The worst handyman I've ever encountered is Mike McKamey of Iron Hill Home Repair!!! From the…read moremoment he entered my home he was intent on stealing from me. Mike gave me an estimate of $815.00 to replace my bathroom ceiling. When finished I was informed that it took him longer than he thought so the final price was $1245.00!!! There was no warning he was going to exceed the estimate , no reason given why it was so much, not even an apology for exceeding the estimate by 34.6%. He robbed me of $430.00!!! I asked Mike to seal a crack in my bathtub drain. He sent me a text saying it would take an hour or so to do a 2-3 minute job. He came the next day and spent 35 minutes in my bathroom. When finished he said it would be $100 for the fix. This is his second attempt to steal from me. Mike sent me an estimate to do my bathroom floor. He proved how unprofessional he is by sending me an estimate for $800 in a text with crossed fingers. That's how unprofessional he is! Couldn't give me a firm estimate after stealing from me. It was his way of saying he's going to steal from me, again. Mike was recommended to me but I no idea why. I hired him to do repairs inside and outside of my home but all he wanted to do was steal. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT HIRE IRON HILL HOME REPAIR!!!

He was very polite and I can not tell you how appreciative I was with his transparency for the additional price above the original estimate due to my sub flooring having had water damage from the leak around my toilet. I'm so thankful that he took the time to bring it to my attention. The final results were outstanding! I will definitely be using him as my go to handyman!

Just face the facts that your company is sh** and you didn't know what the F*** you were doing. The construction workers were done and gone when it was time for you to go and clean the basement where most of the construction was. Did you say you needed the house completely empty for you to clean!??? NO YOU DID NOT!! If you were a professional cleaning company you would have professional cleaning equipment not a vacuum from Walmart that probably costs $40 and proper cleaning solutions not water mixed up with a tablespoons of dishwashing liquid or comet. You're a joke and should have your license revoked... sorry A**!!!! My fridge didn't break on its own. Having a license doesn't prevent you from breaking equipment. How do you explain the way you left the oven, oh let me guess.... Because the appointment time was changed....you're so full of ..it. What a joke....
