The rate was $50 per person, three people arrived and stayed 4 hours and not one room received a full cleaning. I cannot understand what they were doing for four hours because I assure you it isn't clean. So much so that I will have to hire another company for a deep cleaning. I informed management of things an immediately saw upon completion and sent her team back out to remedy however they return with attitudes and quickly and sloppily fixed the items pointed out. The three women cleaned my home like they would have cleaned a hotel room, so they moved quickly, but they broke things in the house and they decided where things belonged. God forbid they put things back where they found them! When I contacted Tony about the problems I had with the service, he said he would replace the broken things, but what they broke are two sets of blinds; and all I can figure is that once Tony understood how expensive blinds are to replace, he decided to ghost me. I tried to schedule a second visit with him, and I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for him to schedule with me. These people are probably good for cleaning up prior to moving into an empty place, or after moving out of a place; but they don't seem to want to establish continuing clients.
