Doing a FULL investigation would require both parties and speaking with the person with the complaint. It shows how you treat black people . Bathroom cabinets still had hair from previous owner inside, fridge has sauce on the shelves that was not scrubbed off, and the kitchen cabinets had glass that was still there from a broken bottle or appliance. Would not recommend if you need a deep clean.
