    Easy to schedule but the company does a shotty job, particularly for the price. I had a standard cleaning with fans skipped, a tub still dirty and floors and counters still with dried milk on them (we have kids). Plus, they dont actually mop. They spray the floor with a spray bottle and move it around with a dry flat broom. Cutsomer service reached out once and offered to reclean problem areas and then stopped responding after I asked for a refund. Defintely would not reccomend.

    Update (response to owner's comment): To insinuate in any way that your staff were in harms way or that I contributed to the behaviors of your "now former employee" is truly insulting. BHC lacks the integrity and professionalism of any company deserving of support. ---- Please see attached videos of supervisor threatening to cause bodily harm to a customer, screaming "f-ck you" and using profane gestures in a quiet neighborhood. Using this company was the worst decision I could have made I honestly don't understand how they have such great reviews. I hired this company for a "Move In, Move Out" the day before I was scheduled to move into a property that needed deep cleaning. The crew sent out did not complete one third of the checklist advertised for this service. This company is a scam. I cleaned up behind the crew and showed them all of the dirt and grime they left behind and was met with huffing and puffing. I expressed my concerns (and sent photos) to a manager and asked for a full refund as I would take my hard earned money and pay another company more professional and capable of meeting my cleaning needs. Manager Chris told me the best he could offer was a partial refund and insisted that a supervisor and new crew could come out and rectify any cleaning concerns I had. A very aggressive and hostile supervisor was sent out to my home and was very provoking. She tried to instill fear in me and intimidate me. As I described to her my concerns she combated everything I said and was very argumentative. I asked her why she insisted in having a back and forth exchange with me. Finally she proceeded to say "f-ck you", she won't be sending anyone out to my home. I told her I wanted a full refund (which they should have just given me to begin with) and she told me she wasn't "giving me sh-t" and to "f-ck my dirty as- house." Ummm. Duh! Why do you think I hired your company before I moved into the home? The supervisor was very spiteful and threatened to physically harm me by "whipping my as-." I seriously cannot make this up. Please watch the videos uploaded. How can you send an individual like this out to the home of a customer who has expressed dissatisfaction with services received, and rightfully so. Plenty of times this company told me there was a misunderstanding among the crew with what they should have done and this particular supervisor even told me that they often have to "get on Chardae" (one of the workers) about her sweeping skills. After this supervisor left, I spoke with manager James who apologized and told me that they carefully vet their staff. This clearly cannot be so. I'm sure this is not the first time this supervisor has been very nasty and aggressive with customers. She needs customer service, de-escalation, and conflict management training. This supervisor was not professional or level-headed at all. She is ill-equipped to handle customers who are dissatisfied with services and is unnecessarily defensive. She is very conflict-orientated and initiated an argument with a customer by using offensive and violent gestures, disrespecting personal space, and shouting and cursing to them. James assured me that I would get a full refund and would still send a crew to finish the poor job the first crew did. I sent James video footage of the supervisor and he called to say that in the best interest of his company he could not send anyone out, but would still refund me. Even though he already stated that someone would still be assisting me. James told me it is unclear who initiated the argument. Baltimore Home Cleaning you cannot negate the fact that your supervisor threatened a customer and was very violent and used profane gestures. This is the type of people this company stands behind. On top of poor quality of services, they have poor customer service. Maybe this company picks and chooses who to mistreat, but as you can see this supervisor had an issue with me being a younger woman, constantly calling me a "little girl." This was reflected in her initial aggression upon entering my home and her condescending nature when I asked questions about their unclear service practices. Most of this could have simply been avoided if they just refunded me completely the first time I expressed concern. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. PAYING FOR BHC SERVICES WAS THE WORSE DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE. THIS HOME WAS NOT DEEP CLEANED AND APPROPRIATELY DISINFECTED FOR A NEW PARTY TO MOVE IN. USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Please see the attached photos. I also want to note that I've asked this company full the full name of this supervisor that they sent to my home, who threatened me and they have not yet responded via email! ***The actions of this company are INEXCUSABLE. Please remember that if this company chooses to respond to my review. Please view the attached photos and videos for yourself and make the appropriate determination that this company should not be supported. Thank you.

    Cleaner was extremely late to the job. When she arrived she did a rush job. My shower still had residue, as well as my baseboards & floors. I would not recommend using this company. What's the point of paying for an hour cleaning service when the job looks like it's been done in 15 minutes?
