Early on, we were able to get cleanings in line with our needs with a 2-hour window. Then, the windows were changed to 4 hours. For the longest time, we had a Friday morning appointment, then our times were changed to the afternoon despite explaining the need for the morning. After I contacted them in an attempt to get our morning time back for one occasion, our request was refused, and our times kept getting later and later in the day. CC seems more interested in their convenience than the needs of their customers. By the way, we changed times at their request several times. We were flexible for them, but this was not reciprocated.
