Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. It took 2 people 3 hrs to clean a 1 person occupied apartment with less than 1300 sq ft (2 bedroom, loft, 2 bathrooms, very small kitchen, and dining/living room space) and no pets. I was charged $270. My oven cleaning was waived because they had to cancel the first appointment. (-)They don't charge until after the job is completed and per their policy they "process payments within 24 to 48 hours after your job is done. We do this for 2 reasons, first & foremost, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our services and at that time we would know the actual time cleaning". I only gave them 3 stars because I provided my feedback that there were several items still dirty such as the outside surface of oven, bathroom toilet paper holders, kitchen sink faucet. They charged the full amount and didn't offer to come back and fix my concerns. It was to be last thursday, they had an "emergency". Today they are a no show. I had been using them about a year, it has been up and down. Sometimes a decent clean, sometimes not. Damaged multiple items, charging cables=prongs bent, TV left unplugged, items moved, lamp broken. Scheduling is a nightmare, you settle on a date and time, usually arriving 45 minutes to 1 hour late. The cleaning is "ok" most of the time. First time they did a good deep clean. The last "clean" was far below standard. When they cleaned last the left the bathroom tub wall completely coated in cleaning solution upstairs, didn't clean the tub walls in the main floor at all. and split some kind of cleaner on the door in the bathroom and left it that way, all over my bathrobe and the door. They planned to come back to correct the issue, and again could not arrive to correct a problem they created-that took a week to "squeeze into the schedule". Tonight (7/31), I was sent a text that the team would arrive at 10am for the scheduled 9am appointment. The reason behind this was an oil change for the vehicle. I scheduled my appointment for August 1, three weeks ago and now they aren't coming at all. They do not value their customers and do not expect them to arrive on time as scheduled.
