Super cleaning solutions was so great! We used them to clean all of the carpets in our new house before we moved in and Ricardo did a great job. It was 8 rooms, a hallway and 2 sets of steps and he got it all done in about 2 hours (and he arrived only 15 min after the estimated time even though it was a 2-3 hour arrival window). It looks great and he even sprayed the carpet with a deodorizer to help with the cleaning smell (although I didn't notice any weird smells at all). I stand by my review. Like many other Yelpers, I don't use my real first name. Sorry, I didn't feel the need to respond to the business owner as we have tried to fix the problem by using enzymatic pet odor remover products over a sustained period of time. Maybe I'll contact the owner in the future but I was dismayed that a very simple issue of how long the carpets took to dry was not even close to being accurate. Glad I didn't have my rooms filled with furniture, nor have kids running all around, nor did I have to use those rooms immediately. Firstly, scheduling the appointment was very easy. The owner was very accommodating and had some coupons along with my military discount. I had Tyler as my tech today. He called when he was 45 minutes out to give me a heads up and arrived right on time. He was so professional! He gave me all my options for add-ons without pressuring me; even offered to come back out if I wanted to add on later. He showed me before and after videos of cleaning my air ducts and it was a massive improvement. I also had him clean the carpets and they essentially looked new by the time he left. I admit, I have a hard time hiring people I don't know to come into my home, but having suffered with severe allergies for some time, I knew it would be beneficial to have my air ducts cleaned. I used Yelp to send out a request for quotes, and made it clear in my message that I don't play the "bait-and-switch" game; meaning, tell me your price(s) up-front, and don't waste my time. Kerry, owner of Superior Cleaning Solutions, was one of the first businesses to contact me (almost immediately after sending my message). He seemed personable, he was patient in answering my questions, and he directed me to his website, where I could view all of his prices before deciding whether or not to hire him. I not only decided to hire him to clean the air ducts, but to clean our dryer vent, and some of our carpets as well. Not only were he and his son on time, but I received a call about an hour prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, my husband and I walked them through our home and discussed exactly what we wanted done. He also inspected our furnace and showed us what was going on in there (gross!!). We were shown a list of costs for the services we wanted (same as what the website showed), as well as options for services we might want (for example, we ended up having our ducts fogged for dust mites, bacteria, etc). After that, they went straight to work. They had plenty of hose to reach all the vents and returns in my two-story home. I didn't have to worry about them parking directly in front of or behind my home like other businesses had stated. Both Kerry and Tyler were so personable, professional, and did such a great job that I wish I could hire them for every job I need completed in my home.
