Super professional and the outcome was great. Definitely my go to for carpet cleaning.

I did an online quote, and he answered within a few minutes. Gary did a great job cleaning my carpet. His prices are very reasonable and he truly cares about satisfying his customers. I would definitely use him again. read more

Gary has served our family for over 5 years, in multiple homes. It is always quality cleaning for amazing prices, and he always goes above and beyond what's required without charging more! Recently he made my couches look like new, smell better than new, and then he cleaned a stain off an antique loveseat without damaging the delicate fabric. I'll never call anyone else! read more

Superior service across the board! Gary arrived on time (to the minute!) on a Sunday morning. He rejuvenated two stair wells that had numerous stains and dirt. Throughout the house he removed stains and soil marks. Gary was careful about the house and his equipment. I would strongly recommend Gary to others seeking great service at reasonable price. I intend to use him again. read more

Late review Post but their business deserves a review!! I moved into my townhome in March of 2019, at the time the carpet seemed okay. It wasn't until the summer when the weather got warmer that I noticed a dog smell throughout my townhome. Unfortunately I'm renting and the landlords weren't willing to replace the carpet until after I renewed my license. Since I really like the place and the only major issue at the time was the carpet smell, I agreed. So until then I needed to get the carpets deep cleaned to remove the smell or at least lessen it. I contacted Gary's Carpet cleaning company and they quoted me a really good price for my three story townhome. I had 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a family room, two sets of stairs deep cleaned. He was very professional, on time and even showed us how dirty the carpets were. I wish I had a before and after but again this is a late review, and I didn't think to take pictures at the time. But he really helped us out, I was able to get through two summers without having to smell the last tenants pet. Covid hit so it took a little longer before I got new carpeting put in. I really appreciate his business and will be using them again in the near future for maintenance on my new carpet. read more

OMG! what can I say , I called and was given an appointment on the day I needed ! Mr.Gary totally impressed me I thought I would have to replace at least ( 2) carpets caused they were so bad but he brought them back to practically new!!! And the carpets are almost ( 24 ) years old!! The master bedroom carpet had puppy stains & a water damage stains that came from cherry wood furniture !!! He amazed me & was extremely careful with my wood floors! If your thinking of having your carpets cleaned & smelling good especially with the holidays coming , just do it, call him ,make that appointment, you won't be disappointed!! read more

Gary was fantastic to work with. He was able to come quickly after inquiring a quote to have our carpets cleaned. He was very honest in his quote and his communication was great. Day before service he gave a better estimate of a time versus just a big window. On the day of the service he was very communicative about his timing so I knew exactly when to expect him (since day of job other jobs can be unpredictable). He went out of his way to both call and text me day of when his first job set him back just 30 mins. He showed up and was very professional and extremely kind. Job well done, the carpets look great! read more

Gary was just excellent! I just moved into a new rental and needed carpet cleaning services quickly. I spoke to Gary and even though his schedule was full for the week I needed, he was able to squeeze me in on the Friday of that week. He was on time and his carpet cleaning service was superb. I am impressed and I would definitely recommend Gary. I will definitely be using him again! read more

C&G did a great job on my carpets. They arrived at precisely the time we scheduled for, and my carpets were spotless when they finished. I made my appointment on the Internet and received an automatic response that they would contact me within 48 hours. But I wanted my carpets DONE in the next 48 hours, not a call back. So I called the phone number listed and Gary answered. After explaining to him that I needed my carpets done sooner, he accommodated me with the day that I needed. As I said, they arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again. read more

Did the online quote, got a call back immediately for scheduling. Fantastic job. Logan came by and explained everything real quick, gave me a reasonable quote and knocked out the carpets in no time. They dried in about 3 hours with some windows open and I couldn't be happier. There were some tough stain areas that appear to be gone completely. Definitely recommend and will be a return customer. Great customer service and great cleaning. read more

They did do a good job and the carpets were clean, but the hose ripped the weather striping off my front door and I called they about it. To his credit he returned but instead of fixing the stripping just removed it. Now I have a draft. read more

Awesome job.......they reacted in short notice and did a superb job. If anyone is using another carpet cleaning company besides C&G Chem Dry you are absolutely throwing your money away. You want the job done right the first time by the ultimate professionals! I just want to thank you for making our carpets look like new again. The only regret I have is not taking before and after photos to show how great of a job was done. Thanks again, just added you guys on my speed dial! read more

I gave 3 stars because they quoted me way less than what they charged when they got here. I feel like they hiked the prices up to take advantage of me. Tried to make it seem like I didn't have an understanding of what srvices I asked for before I booked the appointment, which was false. In the end, the service was good and the technician was nice, but I will not book them again in the future. read more

At first the worker came in and saw the sofa that needed cleaning...he wasn't thrilled on how large the sofa was even though we mentioned the size at time of reservation. He also mentioned he would only clean one-side of the cushions which makes absolutely no sense at all since we called to request the entire sofa to be cleaned. We called Gary to discuss. Once Gary called and spoke to worker, his attitude changed right away and did ended up doing a good job. Other than the initial issue we had with the worker, Gary was able to rectify the situation and we are very satisfied with the end result. Would recommend and likely use in the future again! Gary is a great guy and very attentive to customer service! read more

Shout out to Logan, really cool guy. Everything was explained really well BEFORE he began the cleaning. I feel like even though the quoted price was different from the actual price, I still got the best bang for my buck compared to other companies. Gary was really easy to schedule with. My carpets turned out really well. My upholstery was decent I think I was expecting a little more however I was also given a spot remover so that was thoughtful. Overall the four stars is because I felt comfortable with the service and I feel like Logan gave it his all and he had great interpersonal skills. read more

I had scheduled an appointment to have my rugs cleaned two weeks in advance of the date. On the date of the service, I realized he did not confirm. I tried calling his office for an hour. Only got voicemail. Could not leave a message as mailbox was full. After texting him twice, I received a text back that he hurt his back the day before and he forgot to notify me. Very unprofessional. I had to scramble to find someone to clean my rugs as I was having new furniture delivered the next day. Will not call this company back as I find them unreliable. read more

Great service, friendly staff and carpets were cleaned and looked like new despite being 10yrs old. Was able to get service short notice. Highly recommend. read more

I found this company on Yelp and decided to use them to clean a few puppy urine stains/smells that I couldn't get out myself. The smell was driving me crazy. Gary showed up on time. He got the urine smell out of my carpet! I'm so pleased. Highly recommend and would use again. read more

Lou came out and expertly cleaned my sofa and chair that were destroyed, or so I thought, by a leak in the roof of my last apartment. Blackened water stains were all over my expensive Natuzzi couch and chair but, after about an hour and a half, Lou made my furniture look like new. Really! It looks almost like it did when it was first purchased. Lou was a good guy too and customer service oriented. They did it at the previously agreed to priced also. No upsell! It's always a pleasure to reccommend a great service when you run across one and I'm happy to give Lou and C&G Chem-Dry five stars! read more

Very good overall experience. They were easy to deal with and got out some tough stains in my carpet. It was a bonus that the chew-dry process they use is appropriate for my wool looped rugs. read more
